If you are vegan or gf, they cannot guarantee no cross contamination. How hard would it be to use a cutting board for specific diets. I do it all the time in my business. If a person is allergic to wheat or have a special diet, all you have to do is change your gloves and use a cutting board designated for specific foods. Don't use the same cutting board for all foods. You work in a hospital, you should know how to follow protocols for dietary issues.

Urgent care is a joke, the drs donā€™t want to give you anything. You send a message back about symptoms and it take them two days to get backā€¦ The Dr. Nurses would rather give you excuses why, the dr canā€™t manager you systems and want you to come back.. canā€™t wait for Ohio Health to open more buildings..

Urgent care experience would have been fine until we received the bill. On a Saturday morning there wasn't a wait at all. My daugher saw a nurse practitioner for an ear infection and they recommended a COVID and Flu test to rule those out. When we received the bill, we were charged $130 for the COVID test and $280 for the Flu test which insurance would not cover! I'm fine with the $275 office visit fee even though we didn't see a doctor, but the test fees were absurd. UPDATE - I had already called the Billing Dept. before writing the review because I assumed the costs were an error. I was told the prices were accurate for the COVID and Flu test.

I went to the facility for a routine yearly physical which is covered under my insurance 100 percent, as preventative care. Their billing department coded the physical as medical visit, instead of an annual physical, and sent me a bill of 600 dollars. When I called for clarification, they argued aggressively that it was my fault because I answered a health question when their doctor asked me. They offered no recourse for their billing error. Now Iā€™m being forced to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a flu shot and something that is preventative in nature. This is appalling, Iā€™ve not only wasted time but now money. Never coming here again.

Dr. Reynolds and all of the staff were incredible. The facility was clean, well organized, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. When there was a delay with my testing, they were up front with me and kind throughout my whole visit. I would recommend to anyone who needs urgent care services.

I had a wonderful visit at the OSU Advanced Care Clinic in New Albany. I came in, without an appointment and was seen almost immediately. The staff was kind and efficient from the moment I walked into the lobby. The nurses and Dr. Purcell were professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the New Albany Advanced Care clinic for those occasions your primary care provider is unavailable.

My experience with the outpatient care center has been very good thus far. I like the convenience of its location just off 161. You are greeted by people who are there to make your visit a positive one. The staff has been about as helpful and supportive as you will ever find.Great facility with positive minds at work.

I was not pleased with the quality of care that I received today. I went in for a consultation for sleep apnea. First of all, not sure why my copay is $180. My insurance indicates $50 to see a specialist. The registration associate could not explain why. Second, the care provider, Keen, was rude and condescending. As I explained my situation, I was repeatedly cutoff. In addition, when I started asking about obstructive vs. central types of sleep apnea, the provider snarkily remarks, ā€œoh, looks like somebody had an appointment with Dr. Googleā€¦ā€ I am no idiot. I can do research, and I have been studying this condition for a couple years. I am a critical thinker. Finally, I made it clear that this condition is really wearing me down and Iā€™d like to start treatment as soon as possible. Of which I learned it will take 7 months before I could even start treatment. No explanation other than, basically, ā€œit is what it is.ā€ I will be contacting my insurance company to ask them to dispute the claim, as I donā€™t think they should be on the hook to pay for such ā€œcare.ā€ Also, I will be going elsewhere for a second opinion, as if todayā€™s opinion could even be considered the first. Finally, as I predicted, when you have a complaint or give a bad review, they simply copy and paste the same generic response as what has been used for all other poor reviews. You have my phone number, call. Otherwise, stop wasting my time. See below.

I cannot say enough how amazing this place is!! Every single employee I came into contact with was beyond helpful and friendly. The Gastroenterology center and the people who work there are knowledgeable, helpful and want whatā€™s best for you, they listen. They make sure they answer any questions you may have and never judge you, which was a major factor for me. The MyChart app they use is also phenomenal, everything I need to know or do in one app. Iā€™m so grateful for the staff here, thank you! And an extra thank you to Linda!! You made my day with your kindness and Iā€™ll never forget it!

Iā€™ve been seeing Dr Ulman for several years now and truly hope she never leaves. She is by far the best dermatologist I have ever been to. She is so friendly, really takes her time and is extremely cautious when doing exams.

I had a pleasant experience with everyone I encountered. I felt safe and confident from check-in to post-op. The doctors, nurses and support staff are the best! Thank you to all who took good care of me!

These folks are really good at making a human feel comfortable during a weird experience (endoscopy followed by a colonoscopy). I appreciated their cheery attitudes and the many looming faces on the team who assisted me through this experience. Thank you Nurses and doctors I appreciate you!

My dad had cataract surgery. Arrival time was given @11:00AM. He waited more than 2 hours in lobby before being taken in for pre surgery preparation. He wasnā€™t informed by anyone why waiting is so longā€¦No communication at all ā€¦He is a man in 70s looked fragile with nothing to eat or drink just waiting hours for surgeryā€¦To be fair, doctor who did his surgery is the best doctor I ever met. She is polite, friendly, up-to -date on communicationā€¦For the doctor I will give her 5 stars ratingā€¦.when they discharged, even they didnā€™t offer /ask a sip of water to drink ā€¦Besides the nicest doctor, everything else is worstā€¦let me see the next surgery if they correct those shortcomingsā€¦.

Went to see a neurologist. He seemed competent. He ordered tests and did what I thought I needed. The place was clean. Parking was available. It did not take long in and out. He ordered x rays which I got right then and also did not take long either-in and out, no wait. I was impressed.

I just had my first colonoscopy at this facility. I canā€™t remember the names of all the nurses, specialists , and technicians to acknowledge them personally, but each of them were outstanding; especially the two young women who initially prepped me for the procedure. Doctor Chakraborty performed the procedure, and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. If you need an endoscopic procedure, this is absolutely the guy you want.

Took my friend for a procedure. It was easy to find with tons of parking. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The text service was very helpful. My friend even got a thank you card from all the staff.

My husband has been coming here for physical therapy after having a back surgery; the therapists Lauren & Kevin have been very attentive. Valet parking is at no charge & Abdul who runs the valet service is outgoing & very customer service oriented. We appreciate that the gal up front always wheels him back to therapy upon our arrival.

Went here for the first time as a new patient. Dr. Li had a friendly personality and explained things very clearly. Nursing staff and reception were very professional, friendly, and efficient. Doc also ordered some blood test and X-rays. Same building. Just walked up to the desks and waited less than 10 minutes for each. Side note - blood test was the least painful I've ever had. Definitely recommend. It's a great one-stop shop for everything. Might have to start physical therapy soon and that's also at this location.

Dr. Otto and the entire outpatient day-of team (nurses, anesthesiologists, etc.) were very very nice and helpful before/during/after my procedure was done. Thank you!

The kindest people, and best service I've ever received at a medical facility. There was one time where a doctor wrote down the wrong thing in my chart, but I was able to fix it with a phone call.
