I was nervous to get my first professional massage but figured there’s no time like the present to try. I booked with Brooke. When I arrived the facility was immaculate outside and in. It smelled so amazing, the vibe was very mellow and relaxed, and everyone was so sweet. Brooke brought me back to her room which was tastefully decorated, so relaxing, and had every comfort provided (bed warmer, comfortable bed pillow, two blankets). Brooke was so sweet, calm, and informative. I felt so comfortable with her and now, hours after my massage, I feel so good. Will be booking with her again soon. Thank you so much for the best first experience. If you are looking for a wonderful place to go and relax - this is a great option!

I stumbled across this gem from a highly recommended referral. The esthetician I was told to look for was named Brittany. This was my first time booking ANY self care service. The biggest reason for was my embarrassment about someone touching such delicate areas and me feeling as if I would be judged. Jaded by my insecurities I was blind to my needs. So I booked the following services: Brow wax w henna fill, underarm wax, facial with added derma, and a Brazilian wax. The level of knowledge, professionalism, care, and aftercare had me in tears inside. NEVER in my life have I been treated like such a priority. I got my money’s worth and some. I can say I have been traumatized in many a nail salon by being rushed and pushed to the side. Ladies and gentlemen self care is something I neglected but realized it’s the equivalent of an oil change in a vehicle. Brittany was outstanding and never made me feel judged, embarrassed, or dirty. It was a piece of heaven on earth. Anyone going to this place ask for Brittany you will not regret it. She has a passion for her craft and cares about her clients. Brandi is truly the most amazing massage therapist and her Spa is definitely a thoroughly relaxing experience. I have also used Brittney a few times for facials and waxing and absolutely love her!! Very knowledgeable and my skin feels amazing after each visit!

My fiancé and I went for a couples massage and this place did NOT disappoint. We had Brooke and Jazmine. While my fiancé wanted more of a sport/sore muscle massage, I wanted to just relax. Brooke provided one of the best massages I’ve gotten in a very long time, and Jazmine was able to provide the deeper tissue work. We both highly recommend Uptown Spa and Suites and will be back again!

This spa is awesome! Great atmosphere. Staff is amazing, knowledgeable, caring, and respectful. The spa is so clean and neat! I love going in to see them. Erica was so great, she explained everything. They really do take all the stress away, I always feel like I’m in another place!

First time at Uptown Spa and Suites and I can tell you my experience was wonderful. Sarai (hope I’m spelling it right) was amazing! I had a facial done and she took the time to see what facial best fit my skin type. She also told me what she was doing step by step throughout the facial. The bathroom was definitely in need of some TLC. There was no hot water. My massage was mediocre for the price. It is located downtown in the residential area, and I had 2 people ask me for money in the parking lot. Kind of sketchy. I just wasn't impressed.

Uptown Spa and Suites is my go-to for self-care! The spa is very relaxing and the location is perfect in the historic district. What I love the most is the flexibility of the therapist. If I need a weekday, weekend, or an evening appointment-- they have it! The ladies are very kind and talented. I highly recommend them for all of your self-care needs!

Wow is all I can say!! I get massages regularly for maintenance and have for YEARS. I reached out to Uptown and they got me in for a same-day appointment with Erica. I did the 60 minute sports massage and it was by far the best massage I have ever received. She found sore muscles that I didn't even know existed. I walked into my appointment with severe tightness around my neck and upper back and left feeling like a new woman. Can't wait to come back for another visit!

Had my second massage with Brooke and it was great, just like the first time. She targeted my problem areas and I felt so much better afterwards! The location is pretty, cozy and welcoming. Left feeling very relaxed and with a lot less tension. Caitlyn gave my daughter her massage and worked out a lot of the knots and tightness in her shoulders. It was her first massage and she enjoyed her experience as well.

Jazmine is freaking amazing! She is thorough and can pinpoint exactly where the tension is on your body! She is so sweet and have such a genuine soul. I love getting my massages with her. I use to only book for 1hr, but your girl has graduated to getting 1hr and 30 minutes now. It’s affordable and definitely worth it. All of the ladies at Uptown Spa and Suites are amazing.. you can’t go wrong with either of them!!
