Zach is a wizard and has helped me unlock tightness and tension in my muscles and body as a whole. He is kind, caring, and does a wonderful job explaining what he’s doing and why it’s important for the health of your body. He has pushed my muscles to a new place of relaxation and shared tips for maintenance at home. Attachi Therapy is a great place to go if you're in need of any sort of muscle or massage therapy. I've been going every other week for over a year, and requested several different types of therapy, depending on what my condition was at the time - deep tissue (after a couple grueling workouts), relaxation (just needing a stress reliever), and Neuromuscular Therapy (for a pulled muscle or tightness). Zach does an excellent job and always addresses the issue needing attention. Friendly, relaxing and professional surroundings and service. This is the first time I’ve had a massage and walked away feeling like a new person. Days of pain gone in about an hour. I am so relieved. I also appreciated learning more about my body and how to improve my strength and flexibility to avoid injuries in the future.
