Hannah is amazing at what she does! I have been to her several times and always feeling so relaxed and skin looks amazing! She is very gentle in her craft and is very knowledgeable with products and recommendations. Would highly recommend.

I would give a 2.5. Bethany was very pleasant and friendly. My massage was lacking an actual massage. She rubbed my back but I needed more massaging. She also rolled me around while massage rubbing and it was quite uncomfortable. I had sore “boobs” from the rocking Again a sweet young lady but not for me.

Shawn is always great! She focuses on problem areas while also providing all-over massage so I feel both physically better and very relaxed each time. She’s a gem!

Cameron was awesome. Pressure was perfect. He was informative and has a warm personality.

I brought in Art R. who is deafblind to have a massage by Wu. I could tell immediately that Art enjoyed the massage because he had this look of total content. But it was just as we were leaving that he signed to me what a great massage he had and Wu was a fantastic masseuse.

Layla is the most amazing aesthetician! She’s so personable and knowledgeable and always has a suggestion on a new product to help my skin.

Had a migraine going into my massage (my reason for booking). Left feeling like a million bucks and my migraine was gone. If you like a firm and deep targeted massage, 100% recommend Wu. He did extra focus on my face, scalp, and neck, and it melted away all the pain. Will be going back again soon!

Made me feel welcome, and very relaxing environment. My masseuse was absolutely amazing, Amanda was very perceptive and asked questions about me to try and cater to exactly what was best for me, I had a lot of built up stress and knots and I feel so much better.

The girl at the front desk was very friendly. Cameron was wonderful, really trying to accommodate the pressure for me with that little “gun” he uses for the Rapid Tension Relief. Unfortunately, I never did take a liking to it. I hope to schedule a regular massage soon.

I’ve fortunate to have had many sessions - with Cam and I would say he is one of the best deep tissue therapist I’ve had over many years of therapy!

This is the 4th Massage Envy I’ve visited. I was one month away from canceling my membership but since going to the Westerville location, I will happily continue to get my massages at Massage Envy but ONLY AT THIS ONE! Wu was/is the definition of a massage therapist, addressing the needs of his client and has the expertise to independently find the muscles that need attention. AMAZING 🤩

I love Massage Envy! They are so knowledgeable of the muscular system and find every little tense muscle or knot from your head to your toes then gently but firmly work out the kinks. I also appreciate them being modest and helping to cover areas of my body not being work on at the moment.

Shawn has always been able to find and smooth the knots in my back. I love to have my hands and feet massaged, Shawn makes sure to give them plenty of attention.
