My husband and two friends went here and did the Deep Underground Escape Room and we HIGHLY recommend. The staff were so kind and the facility was clean and modern! It was so much fun, exciting, and interactive. Way better than any other escape room we have ever been to before. Will definitely be back to do the other adventures!

My wife and I completed the Dr. Faustus room. Extremely cool experience. The lights. The sound system. The way the room moved with the puzzles made it a very fun experience. Mary was our game master and she was extremely sweet and was great. Her and her husband have done an amazing job building a one of a kind experience.

Amazing experience! The escape room gave me a Disney vibe based on the quality of the set, props, and overall experience. We did the Deep Underground experience with a team of 4 and it was so much fun. I have been to a few escape rooms in the past and I was delighted to find one close to home with so many amazing reviews. I think I would have a hard time going anywhere else at this point and will definitely do all of my next escape rooms with my family here without question. We actually can't wait to go back! TATE was an amazing Game Master, such a sweet young man with dreams in filmmaking who gave us all the perfect nudges and clues, and a motivational debrief on conclusion of the experience. The owner was lovely. I have already referred friends! Keep up the amazing game making!

Such an awesome experience! We did the Sins of Dr. Faustus room and it was so cool. You can work on several different puzzles at the same time so there’s enough for everyone to do. Challenging but enough clues and “nudges” to keep you going if you need them. It’s a totally immersive experience and the technology is incredible. By far the best escape room company I’ve experienced. We will definitely be back to try more rooms!

I had such an amazing time at Captivating Worlds! The staff was so polite and on top of their game. Thanks to the " nudges" and clues our family was able to complete the task. It was a great experience the lights the technology was all mind blowing. We were celebrating a birthday and I love the personal touch they added. Great team building. I will definitely be back to explore the other rooms. First time at an escape room and we got through it, so proud of our group. I had a blast!

This is easily my favorite company to do escape rooms at (as someone who has done 20 escape rooms across 6 different companies). These rooms and puzzles are the most unique that you’ll find out there. David is a genius at making his rooms flow purposefully and in the way that our brains naturally think. Every piece of the room has meaning, even if it’s not a clue. There’s never a question whether or not you completed a puzzle. There’s enough to do so everyone has a meaningful share in solving something. We’ve played 3 out of the 4 rooms here and they’re all well suited for different levels of skill. If you want an escape room that will challenge you but also make you feel really smart, this is the place. The theatrics are amazing. The stories are “captivating”. The technology is crazy. And each room is focused on giving you a specific feeling. David and Mary make a wonderful team and my group will continue to support their endeavors! Highly recommend!

My wife and I went here for a date night. We attempted "The Machine" and were thoroughly impressed. Knowing that the experience was all designed and built by the owner made it even more impressive. The puzzles were fun, logical, and worked well with the theme. The staff were friendly, the location was clean. They even provided lockers for personal items including locked charging stations for your phone. I can't say enough good things about Captivating Worlds. We highly recommend this even if you've never tried an escape room before.

We've done 2 rooms here and they are awesome. It's a unique experience among escape rooms. There are great effects and attention to detail. They want you to succeed and have a good time doing it. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys doing a good puzzle and being challenged.

10 out of 10 stars! My fiance and I solved the Sins of Doctor Faustus with a minute and 15 seconds left. It was an amazing puzzle created by David. The staff were friendly and informative and the room was amazingly built and created! I highly recommend experiencing one of their escape rooms! We will definitely be back to try another one!

Captivating Worlds has the best escape rooms! The staff are owner operators and they have done a fantastic job creating an immersive experience using many different modalities and technologies! There is never a dull moment. We are not avid escape room people and the game masters do a great job helping you through the game when you are stuck or just need a little nudge. Service and experience is fantastic from start to finish!

Everything was great! This was more fun than other escape rooms I've done, it was 75 minutes of pure enjoyment. All the technology and special effects were professional grade, the puzzles were the perfect amount of challenging, and the staff were amazing!

This was the best escape room I’ve ever done! Insane technology, super unique and interesting puzzles, and incredibly friendly owners. We did “Welcome to the Machine” and it was unlike any escape room I’ve done— and I’ve done quite a few. So much adrenaline, so much action— this was a great way to spend a Sunday.

Hands down best escape room we've ever been to! In every aspect! We picked the room named The Sins of Doctor Faustus. It was my sons birthday, and among the clues was an envelope that read for my son only. It was a birthday card from "Dr. Faustus"! Such a cool little touch! The rooms, the clues, the details- all amazing!! Not to mention the staff. From them moment we walked in to the moment we left, they were friendly and helpful. We had 3 people and made it through, with a little help from them. We'll definitely be back!!

Adult kids and I had great time at Dr. Faustus room. Very cool technology, all designed by owner, who was our gamemaster and couldn’t have been nicer. Lots of puzzles to solve — not easy but well-timed hints, as needed, are delivered in a clever way and help you keep moving forward. Really well designed. You’ll love it!

This was my boyfriend and I’s 4th escape room and third location we have been too, but by far the best. We brought 3 guests, one of which had done escape rooms with us before and the other two were newbies. We all did a great job contributing to the success and all had a blast. The first timers mentioned multiple times afterwards how fun it was to experience this and that they were happy we brought them along. This location was very different from others and I loved the immersive experience and multiple rooms in the deep underground. We will definitely be back to enjoy the other rooms. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was clean and open.

This was a great experience! We did the Doctor Faustus, the puzzles were interesting and we even got stuck at a few which, for my husband was fun, because he enjoys being challenged. It was a spooky room and I did jump a few times. The owner was very nice and explained everything before and after the game gave us more details on the puzzles we took a long time with. Should we be in Columbus again we would definitely do another room!

My family enjoyed two rooms last weekend! We had an AMAZING time! Room themes were very impressive! Very interactive, fun and enjoyable for everyone. We have done many escape rooms and this place was definitely the BEST we have been to! Highly recommended!
