Went today this with my two daughters when I tell you this girl working there didn’t say hi or anything she didn’t say anything! All she was worried about was herself! I wanted to buy me and my daughters some children probably would have spent like 100 dollars. I know that’s not a lot but it’s something all she was worried about was her baby hairs and her ponytail that’s it that’s all. She didn’t say one word to us so I left I will gladly spend my money somewhere where people know how to treat customers because she doesn’t. So whoever hired her you guys made a big mistake real talk because she wasn’t speaking to any customers because I watched her.

I recently bought 3 pieces of jewelry on Dec 22. I bought a necklace and then a different necklace and that for an additional purchase came with a matching bracelet. I paid and bought all 3 and they were put into the gift box for me in two different boxes. Not hard to imagine that the two matching are in one and the other by itself. We’ll today when I gifted he matching piece it only had the necklace and no bracket with it even thought I paid for it and had the receipt as well. I checked the other box just in case but it only had the once separate necklace. I am very disappointed as somone did not receive the full gift on Christmas Eve and I paid for it though I do not have it.

Customer service was great. Items are of the most horrible quality. I purchased 2 items. One gold bar charm and a silver heart and chain. Gold piece lost most of its gold color by just cleaning it with a cloth. Horrible quality. $140 Dollars going to waste.
