Stumbled on this restaurant and have not regretted it. Took co-workers for lunch and family for dinner for basketball celebration. The hot dogs are top-notch and the customer service is even BETTER. Family atmosphere and the owner seems to really love what he does! A extra plus for me!! We would definitely recommend to everybody and will surely be back.

First off, whoever the cashier is, he is amazing!! His personality is awesome and it seems like he really enjoys his job! I’m under the impression that he is the owner so if so, hope he see’s this! You’re doing an amazing job at this establishment! I ordered me the Manhattan hot dog and it was pretty good. It’s a nice sized hot dog and I’ve never had a hot dog with potato slices on it but it was great! My friend ordered the Coney Island and she enjoyed hers as well. I’m moving next week so I may stop by one last time!

The owner was so nice. Hot dogs are best in town by far. Tried the Manhattan & Bronx Hot Dogs. Both were amazing as was the pretzel w/ beer cheese sauce. Hubby and I can’t wait to go back. The inside is very clean and well decorated.

I truly enjoyed my 1st experience. It will not be my last. Customer service was excellent, the establishment was spotless, and my frank was pretty good. I was not a fan of the black/white cookie but the cinnamon sugar pretzel was out of this world!

Walked past this spot and thought it looked too cool to not stop in. Finally made my way back today and it was well worth it. Pretty cool the way the alley was converted into this little restaurant. Friendly people working, neat atmosphere, small menu but good food on it. If you like hotdogs it's worth the stop. I also suggest trying a dessert pretzel. I got one to go and was glad I did!

Frank’s hot dogs were great! We got 4 different kinds (the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and queens). All were delicious! We also got a pretzel with the beer cheese sauce which was tasty! Being from near New York I extra appreciated the black & white cookies from a New York bakery! Would definitely recommend!

First time visiting Frank's Alley since moving to Columbus. Atmosphere was great! The owner "Frank" is hilarious and has great customer service. The hot dogs were really good and at a very decent price. My husband and I got half/half, so we could try a few of the different types of dogs they had. (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx) My favorite was the Brooklyn! Will definitely be back 😀

I wish I could put a review up for the food, but we were a little too late to get some since we arrived 10 mins before closing. Not the store’s fault for that. I respect it; food services should be respected if you arrive way late. (Don’t be a Karen!!) BUT! We did get to chat with the owners/workers, and it was a fun time. They gave us some cookies, and they had some good vibes. The cookies were delish, and I truly wish I got to try out their hot dogs. The photos look bomb!

Their hotdog sandwich is really really great. I had the ‘queens’ and I thought that incorporating kimchi in their sandwich was brilliant and creative! It really took hotdog to a whole new level. I would definitely come back for more. They even gave me a free pretzel to taste, thanks to the guy who was really helpful in picking out the best hotdog i had!

The best hot dog I have ever had! The space is so gorgeous and well designed. The owner and his friend Ernest were so kind and engaged us with everything Columbus. It was such a personal and delightful experience. I got the Coney with chips and it was delicious! We are obsessed and will be back! You can’t beat a great local veteran owned business that just does everything right! Thanks Frank!

An absolutely fantastic spot to heighten the uptown Columbus, GA experience! I finally got around to writing some google reviews. Sad to see that they are temporarily closed, as we were looking forward to pay another visit. On our prior visit, I got the Manhattan with a soda and voodoo chips, as well as a pretzel with beer cheese. The shoestring fries on the Manhattan is an absolute feat of hotdog engineering, and the pretzel with the beer cheese was also nothing but pure house made bliss. No idea if the pretzels and beer cheese are actually house made, but it sure felt and tasted like they were made with love, and in the end, that’s all that matters. The cashier, who seemed like he might be the owner of the place, was very friendly, patient, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Bonus points if he really is the owner- it makes the establishment feel that much more local and cozy! Finally, the prices were what really threw the whole experience out of the ballpark- the level of affordability combined with the level of service, food, and atmosphere this place exhibited was just everything one would look for on an occasion to eat out. Now that this place is temporarily closed, hoping that cashier we met that day is doing well, and looking forward to when this place opens back up!
