Cockroaches everywhere - but pest control service is conducted. Gym only has a slim selection of dumbbells. No other strength training equipment. Might as well add a gym membership to your monthly rent. Loud clicking inside my wall by my bathroom - usually whenever water is run or during a windy day. Has woken me up and kept me up many times Sold me a room next to a major highway without telling me. Wakes me up every morning at 4am. Construction (on another W.C. Bradley building) routinely blocks entry into the building. Something else I was not notified about when moving in. Water doesn’t get hot or stay warm for long. Cheap appliances. (Stove/oven and fridge) Trash service is incredibly picky and if it isn’t just right they either won’t collect it or will fine you. Views are restricted to the riverfront Location is great for downtown Staff and maintenance are quick, kind, and easy to work with.

Interesting but overpriced and the model was well decorated but the headboard was shoddy and falling apart in the guest bedroom. Is this what they want you to see? Small pool and amenities for the number of units they have. Probably good if you want to live downtown, but that's the main attraction. Beautiful views of the Chattahoochie River rapids IF YOU WANT TO PAY THE BIG BUCKS. And apartments on south end are next to busy/noisy bridge ... who needs that? Saw a lot of homeless very close by, which raises concerns about safety. Who needs that? Gated and locked parking area because ... it needs to be!? Might want to check out Lullwater. My wife and I lived there for years. Nicest complex in Columbus and we went to ALL of them. Much more spacious and beautiful and cost effective with Lamb Lake Park and lots and LOTS of shopping nearby without the homeless or the parking problems.

Definitely a 5 star review for me . I love what Columbus has to offer minus the crime. This place is secluded and the amenities are really up to date. The premises are fenced in and security is in place at all times. I will be back to visit next time I’m in town thanks for the hospitality

My wife and I have been living here for two years. The Rapids has been one of my favorite places to live. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. Keri and DJ are awesome in running the day to day operations. Having the Riverwalk in your backyard is a plus. The apartments are clean and the property feels like a resort sometimes. We will miss it as we move on to a single family home.

Best & safest place in town. If you have a nice car, this is the only place you can have it secured in a parking garage; shoutout to Keri, the leasing agent, she’s the best person you can have looking out for you. Cons: the roaches here get pretty rough during the fall.

I absolutely love living at The Rapids ! It is a new construction apartment complex with a garage . I feel super secure loving here because you have to badge into every area of the building . It is super quiet and the apartments are spacious ! Plus I have this beautiful view from my balcony ! If you have any other questions ask me on IG @t.slater !

We’ve enjoyed living in the rapids since 2019 in a south facing studio and then river view 1BR (balcony picture attached). Never had issues with mail/package delivery. Parking gate issues are generally fixed promptly. The staff has been dedicated and consistent with Keri, DJ, and the maintenance/cleaning personnel. There is a tenant diversity of primarily working adults and the occasional retirees. The pool is enjoyable though it’s enclosed by apartment balconies inside the courtyard.

After deciding to sell our large house and simplify our lives, this was our favorite place after touring multiple apartments in the Columbus area. Keri and DJ in the leasing office were the deciding factor when we chose to make The Rapids our home. They were able to answer our (many) questions and showed us many units to help us decide on the right apartment for us. After touring other apartments in the area, it was obvious that The Rapids was by far the cleanest, friendliest option with an absolute dream of a location. We love the change of pace of living here and not having to commute to work any longer. There are entire weeks that go by that we don’t leave downtown. Its just a quick one block walk to many options for dinner, or across the Pedestrian bridge for a fun food truck lunch. The outdoor areas, pool, gym and clubhouse are so luxurious - we enjoy them almost daily. Living at The Rapids has been a wonderful, freeing lifestyle change and I would recommend it to anyone that is ready to start enjoying life!

The Rapids has been our favorite place to live in Columbus! We are just steps away from great food, entertainment, and the river walk! The staff is wonderful and is amazing to work with. This community is quiet and very well kept. I appreciate seeing the elevators and common areas disinfected and cleaned multiple times during the week! Our apartment was in perfect condition upon move in. We have had a wonder experience here! 10/10 would recommend!
