My husband and I relocated from Iowa to Ohio this summer and were unable to visit this apartment in person. However, Jessica was kind enough to send us pictures of the neighborhood. Thanks to their efficiency, we were able to secure the rent within two days. Upon moving in, we were impressed with the apartment. The complex and its facilities are always clean and quiet. And they have a responsive maintenance team. The manager, Corner, is very friendly and genuinely cares about addressing any issues faced by tenants, based on my personal experiences.

Jessica was awesome. I just turned 18 so this was my first time having an apartment tour. She made everything really easy and personally helped me through the application in office while i did it online. Thank you Jessica. Keep up the good work.

It’s very nice and calm property. Location: perfect for the kids ( good school rate) and not far away from my work place (in downtown) Staff members: Jessica was very collaborative person to get my lease done in a reasonable time. Jordan is a helpful guy who guided me the first time I put my foot on the apartment. Conner welcomes me and pay attention to all my concerns. Maintenance people are amazing hard worker fix issues accordingly. I am glad to be one of this community!

We've really enjoyed our interaction with this property so far. I spoke with Christine directly over the phone. She was very welcoming and and accommodating with setting up a time so we could come out and see the property and get a feel for the floor plans. We were able to get a Saturday morning appt without any issues. When we arrived at the property, Jordan, was eager to show us around, give us a thorough tour of the amenities and the floor plans that fit exactly what we have been searching for, for nearly 6 months! Luxury living with an affordable feel. Looking forward to calling this space home.

From the time you walk into the leasing office, the vibes are off the charts! Absolutely beautiful property. They have pretty much everything you could ask for in an apartment! Great Pool, Clean Fitness Center, and a really fun Dog Park! I'm excited to hopefully call this place home!

Jessica set us up immediately for a tour that was accommodating to our schedule and helped us through the entire process. She was pleasant and courteous during the entire process and had answers to all of our questions. She was quick to answer any remaining questions we had via email or by phone which is a great sign for when we are living there soon!

The apartment is spacious at a reasonable price. The staff here are very helpful. They offered a lot of assistance before and during our move-in. The complex has a quiet neighborhood and even some scenery sites nearby. The location is good, which is only 5 miles to the university, and also not far from a variety of grocery shops.
