I reported off the bad air quality that’s coming from the neighbors apartment and as the ladies entered the upstairs apartment and came back they lied that is was perfectly clean but today tons of trash was taken out of the same apartment and I was told that it was filthy and stinky. Very unhealthy place. I wish if we had side walks. It’s dangerous for the children to be walking the road when most of the cars don’t follow the rules about the stop signs. We should have some surveillance cameras at the stop sign. We should get rid of the gates because they cause delays and problems for visitors. The roads need to be fixed too many deep holes.

Maintenance don’t do anything. They do not come if it an emergency, they are very lazy. Been with out air conditioning since I moved in 2 months ago and have two kids. They refuse to fix it. And when they do show up for other things to be fixed they do a half job. They will also come into your apartment with out your permission!!! It’s always a gated community, they never shut the gates. Peoples cars get stolen and cameras do NOT work! I pay for trash valet and they never come pick up the trash. Office never answers the phone or return calls . If I would have known this I would have never moved here! Over 1200$ a month is not worth it here.

Out of the 7 months I have lived here I have been without a refrigerator for over a month there is no priority to get it fixed maintenance does nothing with work orders if you have children I definitely would not recommend living here. Even if you don’t nobody should have to go without a refrigerator for over a month paying what the want for rent. The pools never opened the gates barley work the crime rate is higher than ever back here something is always going on whether it be a attempted home invasion to a stabbing just seems the residents is not there priority. But they go in the vacant apartments all day long if your living in one it won’t get fixed til you move out… if I could give 0 stars I would

This is the trashiest, most poorly managed complex we have ever had the bad luck to live in. Constantly there’s homeless people breaking into apartments, packages being stolen and strange people with ski mask testing doors at all hours of the night. We have constantly spoken to the office about this but their solution is to “get to know our neighbors better,” as if we are not all reporting the same issue over and over; just look at all the other reviews saying the same. If u are considering living here or value your personal safety, do yourself a favor and don’t.

I’m convinced it’s the worst apartment complex in the state of Ohio. They have you tour a unit and lie when you ask if all the units look the same then after you pay for everything to move in your apartment is nothing like the model. Good luck if maintenance ever comes to fix anything they don’t come unless the request is a month old it feels like. My heat hasn’t been working for 4 weeks and I call once a week nothing happened. Not to mention it’s water leaking into my apartment and nothing happened. I would rather pay to break my lease then to live another day in this horribly ran community. Don’t even waste your time viewing the property

I think it's time for management to think about hiring security. Too many break ins on cars, hit and runs, squatters, and people who have no business in the apartment complex!!! Police has continually failed because they are short of officers. Even getting a community watch program developed may help the situation... When apartments are vacant, maintenance and the clean up crew should be locking doors and windows. After exiting. To keep out squatters. Security or the community watch crew could then identify withch houses are being squatting in. Without the management getting involved or trying to fixed the situation is causing the community to react and try to resolve the issues on there own which then creates more problems. Like them no longer wanted to rent here or worse taking matters in there own hands and creating and big scene which includes police and the crime rate raises. Which stands a chance for the property value to lower.

My wife & I are looking to move and we stopped by Hilliard Station Apartments to check things out. When we got into the leasing office, we were greeted by Kelley. She was extremely helpful and very polite. The property is well maintained and all the staff is friendly and helpful.

Kelley, Juan, Kairstan, Lanie, and Ashley are always so nice! They always work together on every question or concern I have. Laemond, Lamont, David, and Larry are also always on top of my maintenance orders and keeping our grounds looking great!
