On the top of the list, this is a great location and walking distance to so many things to do including, but not limited to, shopping, food, theater and comedy club. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Indoor pool is great. But the TV in our room did not work. We called the office from room phone and sat on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. Called from an outside line and got in touch with someone who said they would send someone “right up”. By the time we checked out the next day, nobody had showed up and TV was never fixed. Also, the pullout bed had only one not fitted sheet and no blanket. We called the front desk but, again, nobody answered. This was 9 PM and we decided to just make due. Went to the front desk the next morning to complain and they told me the cable had been out for a couple days. Would have been good to have that info either at check in or when we finally got to talk to someone. They shrugged off the pullout bed concern but guess there was not much they could do about that at that point anyway. The front desk did offer a complimentary breakfast. Overall, this place is not worth the money paid and my next travels to Columbus will not include this hotel.

Great location!! The only pro. Make sure to check your bill. We stayed here 2 nights. When I checked out, I checked my bill and they double charged me. It took about 10 minutes to fix it. Thank goodness I asked for a print out. Then when I got home I noticed the over $1,200.00 they charged my card. They did credit it back but still have (in addition to the correct charge on my credit card for the room) 3 pending charges for over $1,400.00 for a two night stay. Shady practices at best. The only food we tried in the hotel was the breakfast. Everything was old and low quality. The yogurt being served was past the expiration date. Makes you wonder about the rest of the food where you don’t have access to the expiration dates.

I stayed at this hotel for 12 days! It overall would've been decent, except for the front desk staff, well one in particular, I think her name was Brenda. During one of the many evenings I stayed, there was a party in the "Presidential Suite" across the hall from me. I called the front desk to have them come up to address it. I was told by this person, they would call the room. I assumed this hotel would have security and they would send them up to the room. After another 30 min of no change, I called again and got the same person. She told me she would call again, then, also said, she knew who was in that room. Almost implying it was a friend or coworker. I asked if it would be better if I called the police. She told e I wasn't allowed to call the police. Yes NOT ALLOWED!! She told me if I did I would be kicked out along with the people making all the noise. I asked to speak to the manager and she put me on an endless hold, so I hung up. Immediately after that, the noise stopped. This morning, the electricity went out I got the same person when I called down to ask about it. She said it was out for everyone and hung up on me. No apology, nothing. Horrible Horrible customer service. Run don't walk to one of the other many hotels in that area!!!

I would like to start off by giving the staff here at the Hilton, a 5 star review. Everyone we had interactions with was so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. A special thanks to the bartenders, Audra & Cody. As busy as they were with everything going on with the patrons at the bar, these two always had a smile on their face and had the best personalities. They really made our time here at Hilton a great experience. Now, as for the actual hotel and rooms, I would have to give it a 3 star rating. The lobby and social gathering areas were clean, but the room was in need of attention in several areas. The bed was comfortable, but there was a visible tear on the box spring. The sleeper sofa had several white stains on the lower left-hand side. The bedside lamp shade also sported a medium-sized stain. In the bathroom, up above the toilet where the wall meets the ceiling, there were black stains all along the crease. These rooms at the Hilton used to be impeccable. The last 2 years, they seem to have been sorely neglected. Overall, our experience was a good one. Again, this was due to the wonderful people here at the Hilton.

Check in was quick and easy. However bar staff needs re-education asap. Before heading out for the evening, I ordered 2 drinks. She served one. Then another member of our party showed up and I asked for a third drink. She served that one and handed me the bill. I asked for the very first drink I ordered and she said I didn't order one. I renamed the drink and instead of saying I just forgot or I didn't hear you, she actually started arguing with me saying that I never ordered that particular drink because if I, had she would have made it! I used to tend bar and I would never dream of treating customers like that. At the same time a disgruntled guest was standing in the lobby SCREAMING at someone that she didn't pay $125.00 to be dissed. I was waiting for her to pick up some furniture and start throwing it! It was like a scene out of a Jerry Springer show. Not what I expected at this type of property. Also rooms are starting to age and they need a deep cleaning!! Surface dust, mold and greasy dirt build up especially in the bathroom. Something nasty splashed on the wall and not wiped off.

Stayed here for business for a week. Location is great, so many things to do and within walking distance. The bar staff has been nice. Not sure why, but each night the electricity kept going out. This would only happen around 5-6 am! Super scary and wasn’t sure why. Didn’t get any type of communications from hotel either. Continued to happen all week and no communication! There was mold in the shower and towels were old- throw them away please. The bed had stains - again, please throw away. The bed was super comfortable!

Horrid experience at this Hilton location. I stayed here for two nights with my family in October. We are very diligent about covid safety, as we have 3 young kids (at that time they were ineligible for the vaccine), one of which has severe asthma. When we called and inquired they stated that masks were required for guests, and upon arrival, there were signs everywhere that said masks required. As we walked in, we were among *maybe* 10% of guests who were wearing masks. We felt incredibly uncomfortable, especially when some jerk scooted onto the elevator with us not wearing a mask. I contacted the hotel and received a response from Rene Vega, the front office manager who assured me that their executive team would be reviewing our issue. I emailed him twice after that seeking some sort of response, resolution, anything! - and never heard back. Terrible customer service, terrible experience, and embarrassing that they care so little for guest safety (especially children) during a global pandemic. We will not stay here again, and will probably rethink staying at Hilton Hotels in the future.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel to get some alone time with the kids and we enjoyed the day. This is in my top 3 hotels we've ever stayed at in all of our hotel stays across the countries. We loved that the indoor pool stayed open to midnight as well as all of the places to eat within walking distance. The bar lounge area also gave you the option to sit and enjoy a beverage privately away from the main bar which is perfect to have private conversations without hearing others while doing so. The Hilton at Easton is a must stay if you love luxury!!

The common areas of this hotel are fine enough, but the room was absolutely filthy (as echoed in other reviews). The carpet was stained so bad I didn’t even want to let my kids play on it. The headboard had a giant grease (?) stain on it that was very visible; clearly hadn’t been addressed by anyone. The fridge was broken, and no one told us ahead of time. We booked a junior suite and we’re told on the phone the bedroom and living room would be separate; they were not. The thermostat in the room didn’t work, or is unable to be controlled by the guest. We didn’t figure this out unfortunately until after our kids were asleep. Good thing we didn’t need the thin, stained linens because we were too hot! Very disappointed. Absolutely not worth the price, especially with the upgrade of the ‘suite’ we had!

The outside of the hotel was gorgeous and so was the lobby but expected way more from the rooms. I was also shocked there was no real room service and accommodations were lacking. However I did want to give high accolades to our bartender TAYLOR who went above and beyond for the award function we were attending. She was awesome! Thanks Taylor :)

The service was great! The breakfast was wonderful! The room was was dirty. The vents were caked in dust. The carpet was very stained. I did not walk on it with my shoes off. There was someone else false lashes on one of our towels. Hair on the ceiling in the bathroom. Yuck!

Very disappointed with our room at the Easton Hilton. The lobby looks amazing but the room was filthy. It looked like blood stains all over the carpet. The refrigerator door was broken off and left open leaking water into its cabinet. There was mold growing on the sinks and in the shower. The bedding was ripped and stained. We paid extra to have a suite with more space for our kids but didn’t feel comfortable letting them sit on the carpet or furniture. Our friends stayed at the hotel that evening and were also very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of their room. The staff was nice but clearly they invest in the common areas at the expense of the rooms. It was definitely not worth the price.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Arrived Sunday & have absolutely 0 complaints about this hotel. IGNORE all the “bad” reviews there just extremely picky people trying to find something wrong with the hotel, when there genuinely isn’t. Hotel so far has been amazing. - Our room was amazing - Rooms are regularly cleaned if you stick your door card out. - Air works a treat, super cold. - Water is restocked daily at the front desk and free of charge - Food is always warm, plenty of choice. - Snack bar pizza, burgers, chips, pancakes are amazing. - Great location, a 2 minute walk from the start of the mall - Staff are all friendly (Daja the bartender especially!! Such a happy girl) - There is a late check out option So far 5* out of 5* with 0 complaints. Great hotel.

We asked for a crib to be delivered to our room. Then while we were changing after being in the pool, someone just walked into our room and placed a crib. No knocking and no “guest services” announcement. It freaked us out. Also, we were told that breakfast was $10.50 for the buffet by the guy who checked us in. So when I got the bill for $43.00 for 2 buffets, we were in shock. My wife had a croissant and a bowl of fruit and she was charged $20. The housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am and then at 10:30am and tried to walk in again with no announcement. Luckily I had the door locked. I got a beer from the bar in the lobby. I asked what beer do you have on tap, she said and pointed at the tap handles” you can see them, right?”. I was wanting her to describe what styles they were. Just extremely rude. Stacy the manager was great though!

This is supposed to be a high end Hilton, at least for the price and location. When we drive up to check in, the doorman said hello and walked away, no information about where to park, luggage cart, etc. to check in, we waited in line which was fine. What I didn’t understand is why 3 clerks were at desks and never called customers up to check in. The person who finally did check us in was barely civil which was a surprise. But here is the weird thing: no hand soap in the bathroom. You have to climb into the shower to wash your hands. The manager told me that all hotels are doing this now. I travel a lot for work and this was definitely a first. The rest of the hotel is fine - rooms are clean, pool is nice. Restaurant hasn’t been open so can’t comment on that. I really think that, for the price, this hotel shouldn’t be cutting cost corners the way they are. I guess location beats all and so they get away with it. I’d probably stay elsewhere next time.

I had a room booked for Jul 23-24. Due to a flight delay I would have missed my connection to Columbus and therefore called the hotel to see if I could move my reservation to Jul 25-26 when I could make it to Columbus. I spoke to two different people who assured me this would be changed. Instead i discover on Jul 25, I was late cancelled and charged for the room. I understand the policy for late cancellation but had this been enforced up front on the phone I would have had time to make a new reservation at another property. I called on Jul 25 after I realized my reservation was canceled in my app. They offered only to refund me but not a room. Absolutely unacceptable after speaking to two people about the matter assuring me this would be changed.. I am a loyal Hilton member but this experience has made me question ever booking a Hilton property again.

Stayed and attended a three day conference here. What an amazing facility to host a conference at. The conference rooms were freezing but have never attended a conference were this was not the case. The hotel room was spectacular, clean and spacious. The staff were responsive to needs and helpful when asking questions. Super easy to access from highway as I drove from out of town. There is lots of parking either Valet or self parking. The hotel is beside so many restaurants and shops. A fun area to explore.

Good luck getting the front desk to answer your call.. and when they do, don’t expect them to fulfill your request. Simply asking for a couple extra pillows is apparently too much to ask. We have always enjoyed this hotel, but we will not be coming back again. As a Hilton diamond member I expect the same quality of service and this hotel is no longer on my list of go-tos.

We booked a suite here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and we had a blast! Special mention to Blake Horton who made us feel extra special! The staff at the breakfast room, the bartenders and pretty much everyone we interacted with were super nice and efficient! Our room was very clean and nicely appointed. Great location, close to shopping and dining. Loved the pool! My husband and I met at a Hilton hotel in Miami over 10 years ago and through the years, the Hilton brand has been and will always be our go-to-hotel for our travels. Thank you again, Hilton Columbus at Easton for the amazing stay!!!

Joselin provided great customer service. We had a leak in our 1st room and she expedited a new room and compensated us with 2 free drinks at the bar. Her customer service was greatly appreciated.

The hotel is in a great location in Easton and the property is well kept. However, I was particularly pleased with service at the hotel. Some of the staff (like the older gentleman who was around late at night) were polite and cordial. However, the day staff were not particularly friendly or diligent. The restaurant staff too seemed rather unhappy to serve their customers. There was noise from a wedding being hosted at the hotel and they wouldn’t do much to intervene or provide the guests with rooms that are away from the sound. They charged the wrong card and would not help us pay from the correct card (which was a simple fix). I did however see their valets being courteous and welcoming. They should better train their front desk staff to be more friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well done but small. Overall, my experience was mixed leaning towards disappointment. You woild expect better hospitality at a 4-star. I hope they work on their hospitality.

Great hotel in a prime location to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Super fast and easy check in process. Friendly staff. Very clean and nice common area. Rooms spacious. Only suggestion mattress could be updated not most comfortable but we would stay here again! Loved this hotel!

Jack from guest services/front desk was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient earlier this week when assisting with a package retrieval. He went to the back room, triple-checked package slips, and went to our booth at the other end of the hotel, several times, all while being so friendly and patient. He is an excellent representation of fabulous customer service.

Nice hotel. If you're forced to go to Ohio (cause who actually wants to go to Ohio) it's a nice place to stay. Came for a convention and the staff really killed it not going to lie. Aside from the $6.99 8.5 ounce red bull I have no complaints. Would've been nice had maid service come to at give us fresh towels though.

I honestly have to say I have always loved staying during conferences in the past. Just stayed this past weekend and the main floor beautiful however our room needs attention. Wallpaper peeling. Mold in shower on wall and shelf under door. Just not what I expected. Everyone was lovely we spoke to and service however I think the building itself needs some updates and good cleaning in the showers

It’s been 3 years since I stayed at this hotel. I decided to stay at the Hilton this time due to proximity. NEVER AGAIN!!! Front desk associates are great but why can’t we get a clean room. The last time I visited this hotel, I was switched to 3 different rooms because their staff did not clean the room thoroughly. Same situation today. I know it’s hard to find employees but please have management start checking rooms to ensure it’s up to Hilton standards.

They don't do room service food and also won't let delivery people up to your door. They don't clean your room unless you request. They don't serve food after 10ish. They don't give you any information about the hotel upon check in. They don't have vending machines. They don't have an information card or book in the room. They don't honor their own check in times and will sometimes give you a room 2 hours after it's supposed to be available. They don't have on site parking so that you feel like you have to pay for valet. Any time you ask any of the staff questions about those things you'll get the distinct impression that they feel like you're wasting their time. Maintenance may barge into your room while you're sleeping. Everyone seems miserable. The room was fine.

Great location, beautiful rooms, new and comfortable hotel, and IMPECCABLE service, especially from Jessie (bartender) and Mark (delivery). Total MVPs when I was setting up my conference booth. Jessie helped me store my perishable food! Walking distance from a Trader Joe’s, Chipotle, and nice mall. I truly wish every Hilton property was so wonderful, I’d never stay anywhere else. I could print last minute conference materials at no charge and they help my booth stuff for nearly a week before the event. I was on the road for 10 days and this was my last stop and I ended the trip on such a high note!

I was here for a conference. It's a beautiful venue. Very clean. Bathrooms were out of soap in some pumps. Other than that, it was nice. I did not sleep at this hotel. The food was just ok.

Great place! The regular roon sizes are quite spacious, but you know, it's a Hilton 🤣. Average service, still good. I don't really like the location with it being at Easton while all the crime is happening up there. But otherwise, it's a great 4.5 star place!

Pros: -Everything was nice and clean. We had a comfortable sleep. -outlets everywhere in the room -the communal spaces are nice. Cons: -parking sucks. It’s a long walk if you get stuck on the ends of the lot like we did. Not to mention a $10 parking fee. I understand that they have to pay for space but… $10/room per night times X number of rooms seems like it’s a lot of money. -the bathroom only had 5 towels when we walked in (3 hand and 2 body). Not enough for both my partner and I who wanted showers. -shower pressure was very low. -you can hear EVERYTHING above and below you, side and side. Constantly heard people talking on the phone. -all the bathroom lights are connected by one switch so you had no option for less lights (like if you wanted to get up in the middle of the night). They could easily have had the mirror lights on a different switch. -towels smelled too much like chemical cleaner/bleach. -no bathroom fan

We debated between staying downtown or at Easton, but chose Easton because of the shopping. We went to stay there on Thanksgiving evening. I was really excited about staying there, because I’d wanted to use the hot tub. Several times we went down to use the hot tub, and it was taken. Which was completely fine. We waited until it wasn’t, but found that it was warm, not hot. Then it became really COLD. We’d asked for an upgrade, which was unavailable. The room we ended up getting was very small. The bed was much harder than we’re used to. The bathroom had only 2 large towels, and the pool hardly had any. However, the hotel was incredibly clean. The staff was attentive, and they brought us many more towels upon request. The hotel was lit up for Christmas, and was beautiful. I love the location, and appreciated that it was so close to the mall.

The lobby was amazing, but the corridors and the rooms were starting to look a little dated. My first room had spots on the wall and a musty smell maybe mold. Was moved to a different room that was a little less warn and no spots or smells. Breakfast was good and reasonably (reasonable for a hotel) priced.

The front desk staff and the valet personnel were extra attentive and listened carefully to our needs. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was delicious. The omelette was made with fresh eggs and an excellent choice of ingredients. Mona was especially friendly and stopped to spend a little time sharing with my sister and me. The personnel at the restaurant and the bar were especially helpful. Thank you for making our time together extra special.

The staff is super friendly and kind. They even gave my son a rubber ducky. However, we reserved a room with a king size bed, they didnt have it when we got here so we are stuck with 2 queens. Also, they over chlorine the pool the day before and so we can't go swimming till they fix it. We live over 2 hour away and all we wanted to do was relax and swim for our little vacation since having a .baby. but like I said, the staff was kind and friendly.

Hotel was nice overall but at check in was immediately a problem. Checked in for two nights and the first time at the desk I got room keys and they didn't work. Had to go back downstairs and wait in line again for about 15 more minutes with my things to tell them the keys didn't work. They rescanned them and said I was all set. Then I went upstairs and when I went into the room, I walked in on someone else in the room with their stuff laid out everywhere. So I had to go down a third time and get another room again. Then the next day my key didn't work again! I went downstairs and they had me as someone else and said I didn't have the room I stayed in. Asked if I needed in the room right then and I said yes as all my stuff is in there. Then they processed the key again after I stood there for 20 more minutes as a front manager tried to figure out what happened. I understand mistakes happen but 4 within 24 hours?? Seems like something here is amiss.

My husband leg was cut from a broken chair, only lavender soaps no alternative. (I'm allergic to lavender). Great location. Beautiful ambiance. Linens over starched sounded like we were sleeping on paper.

Overall, we had a nice stay! The pool water was definitely warm, which was nice, but the pool room was really cold. The one thing that left me perplexed was that there was only ONE very small trash can in the bathroom. When my husband asked for a plastic bag at least to put our trash in so it wasn't a mess for the housekeeping staff, he was told by the night front desk person that there was only one cleaning person for the night. Again, we only wanted a trash bag. It seemed like such an easy thing to fix but it was left unresolved. We ended up getting a trash bag from the housekeeping staff on the last day of our three night stay before we checked out because we didn't feel right leaving the room in such disarray with trash all over, because there was no where to put it! So, where does everyone else put their trash if there are no trash cans? Also, what's the deal with no trash cans or easy availability to get a trash bag upon request?

Beautiful hotel! Neat, clean, and spacious. Staff was kind and helpful. The extra fee for the breakfast buffet is absolutely worth paying! The made-to-order omelets were delicious! They also had scrambled eggs, meats, waffles/pancakes, breads/bagels/muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, juice, milk, and coffee. If you don't want to use valet, there are plenty of parking spaces (they also have a parking deck). Perfect location! Close to everything.

Daja at the bar made my whole night staying at the Hilton. Her drink suggestions were perfect. She had wonderful energy and quick service. Would come back just to see her! Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I loved the mix of the crowd of guests. Wonderful stay.

We stayed here one night and chose it because it was walking distance to Easton Town Center. The room was immaculate. The hotel lobby was gorgeous. Front desk was helpful and also friendly! The pool was also perfect. We didn't work out in the fitness center, but I did regret not bringing my workout clothes when I saw it. When we come back to Columbus, we will definitely stay here again!

The Aesthetics of this place was phenomenal. The decor was absolutely beautiful. I completely understand the shortage of workers, but we waited a little over two hours after checkout to actually be able to get into our room. The room looks just like it does in the pictures, but I highly recommend that you turn the shower on a few minutes before you get in because it takes a few minutes for it to warm up. Overall I appreciated my stay and the staff that was working we're absolutely wonderful. They made our stay very beautiful.

I’m not one to complain, but I feel obligated to let others know what this hotel is like. I booked a king suite “Easton facing” room. Pics online are nothing like the rooms. Ended up with an outdated room covered in dust, with stains on the sheets, towels, carpet, wall, and ceiling, and it overlooked the parking lot/front entrance of the hotel. The “walk-in” shower was probably 2 feet wide with a shower head from what looked like 1993. The sink would fill up quickly and not drain while being used. The person checking us in told us “hot breakfast will be served from 6-10:30”. After finishing up our breakfast the following morning, an employee came up to us and handed us a $40 bill for 2 people. I was shocked that a 4 star hotel would charge $20 a person for a few slices of bacon and powdered eggs. I can tell you that many of the other guests eating there had no clue a bill was coming their way for the muffin they just bit in to. There was no proper signage to indicate that breakfast was not included with your stay. Overall, not nice. I definitely would never stay there again.

We chose here to stay while my daughter took her state boards for Cosmetology.... Plus I wanted the Hilton points. The place looked and smelled brand new. Very clean. The room was nice, just very basic. Two beds, a TV and a tiny fridge. I'd assume there's better rooms. The lobby is huge... Lots of room to hang out. Very modern style furniture and a pool table. Breakfast was pretty decent; certainly a fair selection of items to choose from. I'd book another stay here if we needed to be in the area.

For the price we paid, I was very disappointed with this hotel. The Lobby is very beautiful, however rooms need some work. The 1st room was dirty and smelled, so they gave us the room next door. It was a little better, but it had long blonde hair in the shower. There were only 2 sets of towels/wash clothes, the shower wasn't hot. The hot tub wasn't working. You have to pay for parking and breakfast. Check out was at 12pm, yet the housekeeper knocked at 9:45am. And to top it all off we were later charged a cleaning fee...no mention of what needed cleaning. I've had better experiences at a $60 motel.

This hotel only looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The first room I was checked into had grass everywhere, even on the bed. I was moved to another room and although it was a bit cleaner, the room was very dated, stained carpet, torn and stained bedsheets. The bed itself sunk all the way so I could not sleep. A/C barely cooled the room. This was a terrible experience. I have provided feedback to Meta (formerly Facebook), as this was a business trip, to not partner with this hotel anymore. The corporate rate of $255 promises Serenity Mattresses and Luxury Linens which is a joke. These rooms look almost like staying a random motel.

This is a nice hotel and ideal location… close to the highway and connected to shopping/restaurants. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. The front desk staff (refuses to take my ID at check in and then struggles to type my last name to find my reservation) and bartenders (says they have food available when asked, doesn’t offer up a menu) could be friendlier. The guy cooking the hot food at the market store is a rockstar.

Worst management/customer service ever at a “high end” hotel. We booked adjoining rooms weeks in advance, had the confirmations to prove it. When we got there they said our second room wasn’t ready and was across the hall but not adjoining. Awe were annoyed but accepting. An hour later they said the room across the hall was taken too. How does this happen? Long story short at 9:30 we were still trying to get into our second room which was for our kids and not even close to us. The keys didn’t work multiple times and then they said it’s a maintenance issue and that room is now unavailable. At 10:00 they asked us to take two rooms on another floor (obviously the floor with pets because there were a lot of barking dogs). The two rooms they gave us were a king size and two queens. That didn’t work for us- we needed all queens for our family. It was a disaster - we ended up leaving the hotel and driving two hours home. There was one lady who was helpful (didn’t get her name) but the rest at the front desk (particularly a male) were completely unhelpful. I could not believe this happeed at a Hilton. In our party 7 rooms- 3 rooms had significant problems. Get it together management. I would give zero stars if o could.

Our favorite hotel in Columbus. Always clean, friendly staff and great place to chill in the lobby. This stay the manager went out of her way to accommodate my daughter past our checkout while she was doing an 8 hour practice test for her MCATS. We love the area and will always choose this hotel.

Stopped at the bar to meet some friends before dinner. Brandi made me the Best dirty martinis. And while waiting for my friends we had a great chat. She’s super cool!! And makes great drinks!

Hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Special shot out to Brandi, super nice and always had a smile on her face and made you feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend anyone I know to stay here as I will again.

Great experience. Comfortable rooms and excellent bar area for relaxation. Breakfast buffet available as well as take out options. Many snacks available as well as Starbucks coffee and tea. The only thing I don't like is giant pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. in the shower that everyone uses instead of travel sizes.

The room was clean and large. We stayed in the queen suite. We were there for a memorial and the staff didn't know. They still treated us with kindness and gentleness even when we over stayed breakfast time just talking. The room had no exhaust fan in the bathroom and on the second night we discovered we could leave the fan running which kept the air flowing. A few of the bed lights were out and the magnifying mirror lights didn't work. Fortunately there is a vanity outside the bathroom with plenty of light. The closest was large. The beds were comfortable and the one sleeping on the pullout coach said she had no problems sleeping on it. I would recommend that if you're planning on using the sofa bed to let the staff know so they can make it up for you.

Amazing property and service from the front desk and housekeeping. I am only giving a four because of the rudeness and anti white comments made by the foreign staff in the snack bar service. We can’t blame employers for this. It does have to deduct from what otherwise was an amazing stay in an immaculate property

I live in Columbus and come to the Hilton regularly just for a night away with my husband. I want to give a special thank you to Brandi who was my server at the bar and gave the most amazing service. She made sure everything was perfect. Also a special thanks to Jessica the housekeeping manager who after a small issue made sure she went above and beyond to make thing’s perfect for me. I appreciate the hospitality. This is why I continue to make this place my lil local getaway.

Visiting Columbus for business and I typically love staying at Hilton hotels. A colleague recommended Hilton Easton, I arrived to a gorgeous lobby, happy and cheerful check-in receptionist. Head up to my room and what a difference. Room was very stuffy, carpets stained no big deal. I prepared myself to take a shower after a long flight, and to my surprise the shower floor was disgusting. Old Black mold deep underneath the clear silicone caulking. Black mold along the shower grout, around shower drain and along shower door seal. I immediately left to purchased shower shoes. The amount of attention to detail spent on the lobby should definitely be spent where guests are expected to relax and rejuvenate from a long day! Definitely makes me question the overall cleanliness 😩

Issue still not resolved- I had a wedding last weekend at Hilton Easton, in Columbus- Ohio. Our party favors went missing or as Phil their sales manager would like to say “they just disappeared and it’s not Hilton’s problem or policy to look into”. They charged us way more than the estimate discussed. The staff did not have the bridal suite nor the groomsmen suite ready with basic things like chairs, tables, and a pull out bed which had been requested and reminded for at several times. They treated our wedding and the party favors with absolute disrespect and have been dishonest with us along the entire process. Karen and Phil were very unpleasant to deal with and we have still not been able to resolve the issue. We went to Hilton for the hospitality and customer service but have been left feeling completely disappointed after our celebrations😞😞😞

As all of my ratings I think covid has plagued these places. I've stayed here when I'm visiting 5 or 6 times staying from 2 days to a week. It would seem it relys heavily on conventions or meetings as for some reason it's held in the halls. Nightmare to leave or come in sometimes. There are cleaner options under a mile around this location. The beds feel either cheap or worn and the holes and wear on the box spring made it look cheap and it was a general overall feeling of worn blankets and not super clean. For the price, I'd check elsewhere, because all you're getting is the impressive building and convoluted parking situation.

My wife and I had our two granddaughters with us (2 and 5) and it was a special trip for them. They loved the pool and our 2 queen bed suite was very spacious. Most of all, our dinner and breakfast was very good and the staff treated the girls with great patience:) Audra and Jessie could not have been nicer and we appreciate the attention they gave the girls. Thanks again.

Said was incredible during my stay. He was very attentive and provided a high level of service to our entire company. He specifically went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies. He deserves a raise all the good blessings from Hilton. Thank you Said!
