This hotel was easily accessible from the expressway and close to everything we needed. Our room was fairly clean apart from a few spots on the carpet here and there. The garbage cans had no liners in them and housekeeping only cleans on request. We were told to leave garbage outside of our door during the day and someone would pick it up. The room is decent sized and has a separate living area from the bedroom which I loved. Pool and workout room were nice and breakfast was tasty and hot, just a little crowded. My only real complaint would be check in. I checked in late like 1030 11 pm. Guests were crowding the check in desks just hanging out and talking. I stood around for 15 or so minutes before an employee acknowledged me for check in. Also, elevators. There are 2 sets of 2 elevators but every day we were there only 1 of the 2 elevators was working on both sets.

Great experience from check in to check out. Front Desk attendant was personable and friendly. Manager's reception from 530 to 7 was impressive. The staff checked on you often. The bar gals made it a happy and inviting environment. There was a great variety of snacks, non alcoholic and alcoholic beverage choices. Room was clean and King bed was ultra comfy. Fridge and microwave and built in toiletries in the shower were a big plus. The free breakfast in the morning was A++. They had every breakfast item you could imagine. The attendants kept it clean and well stocked. What an amazing value for couples and families. Thanks for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Reserved a room 8/19 for a one night stay. We were given rm 311. Around 11:30 pm my daughter laid my 3 year old granddaughter down to sleep. 30 minutes later she comes back into the room and discovers a bed bug crawling on the bed next to her head. We immediately left the hotel. Being put into another room would not have sufficed for me with a small child. We returned the next morning before check out time with trash bags to tie up our belongings that we left behind. At the front desk I tell them what had transpired. I was told that the manager wasn’t in and that he would give me a call on Monday and in the mean time, they would be contacting their pest control company. I was handed a business card with the managers name. Monday came and went with no call. Tuesday same thing. On Wednesday I call the hotel and ask to speak with the manager. The guy who answers the phone tells me he’s the manager. I ask his name, then tell him that I was told (blank was the manager)-not going to mention his name in this post) and I asked if he was familiar with this person, he then tells me oh yes he’s due in shortly I’ll transfer you to his voicemail. I leave a message and still don’t receive a return call. I callback a few hours later and finally get the manager. He basically tells me he hasn’t heard back from their vendor who does the exterminating to determine if it was actually a bed bug. I ask him what does that have to do with me. I have pics to prove it. He takes my name and number and that was it. He wasn’t willing to offer me a refund. I’m in the process of writing a review of my experience on several different websites. If you choose to patronize this establishment please do a bed bug check upon entry into the room.

Excellent customer service, At front desk and bar/restaurant. Free - parking, big spread for hot breakfast with made-to-order omelette bar, happy hour with food n drinks. Two elevators, beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, very nice suite. Good chefs. Only complaint - Shower would not get hot.

Trust the reviews and do NOT stay here if you want to get a good night of sleep. We read the reviews about how noisy it was with kids running around the halls well beyond 11 PM. So we called to ensure this would not be a problem during our two night stay. We were assured this would not be an issue. We were told there was a special event the weekend that people complained about and a security guard would be on duty to ensure the posted quiet hours were adhered to. This was, quite simply, a lie. Friday night was quiet but Saturday night kids were yelling in the halls and running through the halls until well after 1 a.m. We could hear them even with our bedroom door closed. Security did nothing. I have left three messages with the manager to discuss this issue and have not received a return phone call. Trust the negative reviews and find another place to stay, especially if you want to get some sleep. BTW If my feedback was appreciated your general manager would have returned one of my three messages.

I usually don't write reviews on hotel stays unless it's an exceptional hotel or a not so good hotel, and this review is around the latter. I read the reviews prior to booking, but hoped my room would be different, boy was I mistaken. Let's start with the good: easy location near the highway and major attractions. Breakfast was amazing, great staff all around. Security was present in the parking lot overnight which is great! Here are the downfalls: rooms need to be updated, they also need to do a much better job at cleaning the rooms. There are stains on the couch, on the carpet, hard surfaces don't appear to have been swept nor mopped, mirrors were streaked, the bathtub and showers were not cleaned, their was hair on the shower walls that wasn't ours. This makes me question if the sheets were cleaned. This was the second room they provided us, as our initial room wasn't cleaned at all (socks on the floor...etc). Not a hotel I will stay at again unless major updates were done, for the price you can stay at a nicer hotel. But, the staff was amazing and so was the breakfast, great location and family friendly. Room cleanliness and lack of upgrades to the rooms were the major downfall of this location.

We came here for the pool only so our kids could swim and we could get away from the everyday life for a couple days. We loved that it was indoor/outdoor and connected. Everything except the pool was great. The pool water was FREEZING. I couldn't handle it and neither could my one year old who has been in many pools and been totally fine. My husband toughed it out for our daughter for about 10 minutes before he couldn't handle it anymore. We kinda felt like we wasted money and could have went elsewhere so that we could have enjoyed swimming as a family since that was what our weekend away was supposed to be about. We felt bad that we hadn't been swimming this summer and feel like we spent so much money for no reason. The rest of the hotel was nice. The happy hour was really cool, and they had the biggest breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel. The rooms had a nice layout and were pretty nice.

My sister reserved two rooms and was told I would be able to check in without her being there because I was going to get there a few hours before her. When I got there that was not true. I ended up having to rent the room so me and my kids can go in the room. 2/19/23 my sister went to her car and noticed the window had been bust and her kids shoes were stolen out of her vehicle. They have no cameras in the parking lot but there was a sign stating they were not responsible for any damages done to any vehicles. They didn’t and could not do anything not even comp one night. It is 2023 what parking lot doesn’t have a camera? This is a well know hotel how do you not have cameras on the premises for people, safety. The rooms were almost $200 a night and when I took a shower, it was whistling at me that’s what I’m paying $200 for. The amount of money I paid, and for this to be a top hotel I do not recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for one evening. We were on the top floor with 3 small children. Pros - there was a separate room from a living space. That was nice. Cons - HOUSEKEEPING IS AWFUL! Our 2 year old son with a dairy allergy found an EATEN pizza crust tucked under the couch. My husband quickly snagged it out of his hands but it’s disgusting that it was even there, for who knows how long! We also left our infants small, portable sound machine in the room. We were on the road home after visit the zoo before I realized we left it behind. I called the front desk, they told me to speak with house keeping. I called back but apparently they leave at 5pm. So I called the following day, no answer, but the voicemail said to visit their partner website to fill out a forgotten item form and someone would be in contact, so I did. 5 days goes by, nothing from them. I called and left a voicemail on housekeeping’s line… nothing again. So, one week later I called back and asked to speak to the manager in charge. I was informed that he was not in on Sundays. I was directed to his voicemail to leave a message but I also demanded that a written note be left for him to contact me as well. The young front desk lady typed up and email and sent it with my contact info. Here were are, 6:45 pm the next day and NO WORD from housekeeping or the manager. This is completely unacceptable that the general manager couldn’t so much as contact me today on his day in. Take your business elsewhere. This hotel is trash.

I am here for training at Embassy so I chose to stay here for less travel. I am leaving a 5 star review because 1st impressions are where it’s at! Kristen at the front desk was phenomenal. She had a bubbly spirit and a happy smile. She was extremely friendly and helped us out with plenty of suggestions to do in Columbus. The pool is in doors, their amenities are superb and the suites are huge. Cannot wait for breakfast in the morning 🙌🏻 Thanks for another excellent stay Hilton/Embassy -Katherine Erdly-

My service and experience was great. You can tell that the rooms are a bit older but remodeled. Service staff at the front desk phenomenal. Their breakfast and evening happy hour are a great addition. I will be returning again and recommending to others.

Pros: Free breakfast which included omelets, sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, french toast, bagels, cereal, and muffins. I had no major issues with the room other than two light bulbs needing to be replaced in the front room but there were no extra bulbs available. Cons: Some of the furniture in the room was a bit outdated, but the lobby appeared to be renovated/updated. Upon arrival, I was advised there was a soccer tournament occurring that weekend so there would be an influx of children. Kids ran around the hotel the entire weekend. Some kids knocked on our doors and started running. I saw kids drop an item from the ledge. Another group of kids was 'hollering' back and forth across the floors talking with each other. Unfortunately, some parents allowed their kids to roam around the hotel freely with no consequence or knowledge. Mgmt had to speak on a 📣 in the atrium to stop the running. 🏃‍♂️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️. Stars:⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would describe the hotel as LOUD and busy on the weekends...based on my experience. The purpose of my visit was to spend a weekend getaway with the family. My family said they would visit again since they enjoyed their mini getaway.

We stayed here in April 2023 for a soccer tournament. It was the first hotel I’d stayed at, in a long time, where customer service was top of mind. Brian, the evening assistant manager (or so it seemed this was his role) was kind, thorough, attentive, and understanding. The happy hour feature was great - good food, very basic apps, veggies and chips. Rooms were nice, clean- especially the bathrooms were clean. My biggest issue at hotels has been mildew in bathrooms- none of that here. Pool was fun for kids. I would def stay here again. 💯:)

Previously stayed at this hotel. After staying one night in room 421- we found a bed bug. Housekeeping came to our room and offered us a switch. We were told that "this happens in all hotels" like it wasn't such a big deal. Well, it probably isn't the biggest deal to them since it wasn't their belongings and children in the room. I called for the General manager of this hotel multiple times and was sent to his voicemail. I left at least 2-3 messages for a return call and never did receive a call from him. I called the corporate office about this matter, which they sent an email for the hotel to follow up with me within 3 days- STILL no return call from the General Manager. They refunded half of my stay after complaining. I will not be staying with this company again. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and travel quite a bit and I have never had this happen to me. Totally grossed out and apparently having a bed bug in your room is not a big deal to them.

I have stayed at many hotels within the past three years and I would say this was my best experience. The manager of the hotel was super awesome and she treated my guest and I like gold. The customer service from the manager was spot on. I cannot remember her name (I apologize) but she worked Saturday evening and Sunday morning. The breakfast was awesome and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend.

Stayed Nov 4th and 5th. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The staff was amazing. What was offered during the managers special and breakfast was plentiful. HOWEVER there was a soccer tournament happening. The hotel was overrun with unsupervised children. They were Completely running around causing complete chaos. They treated the floors as a track meet, they were having races in the elevators. Asserting themselves at the bar requesting sodas, hands rummaging through the snacks. I was even hit with a soccer ball. They screamed and ran around from 6AM until 11PM. Don't even get me started on the unsupervised behavior in the pool. Had I behaved this way with my friends WE WOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED yet this was allowed for an entire weekend. Ridiculous that we paid the amount of money we did to have the utter free for all surrounding us. We requested a call from the manager and it's been a week with no call back.

My stay here was abysmal! I had a digital key so I didn't need to stop at the front desk; However, when I arrived, the front desk staff just stared at me without speaking or greeting me. Even after I spoke, they continued to stare without response. The room, upon entering, had a dank, closed-in smell. The room wasn't cleaned well (if at all!) and the tub was disgusting! Luckily, we always bring shower shoes. The carpet was dirty as were the walls (I've never noticed dirty WALLS before) and windows. Also, I paid extra for a premium suite with daily snacks and beverages; I received none. Since I was suffering from a bad migraine day, this was even worse for my kids. Lastly, the staff was rude to my children (18 & 11) during the breakfast buffet. Although it's in a great centralized location, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

We were lucky to get a room on short notice on a Saturday afternoon. The room was large and clean, and the fold out couch was perfect for the kids. The trash cans in the room did not have liners, and the tub was slow at draining. There was plenty of soap available, and the hair products were much appreciated. The breakfast spread was amazing. Lots of cereal, fruit, and fresh cooked food. All elevators were functioning, halls were clean, everything well in order in the lobby and lounge.

The rooms are nice, fresh, and modern. The bathroom was spacious up to date. The hotel's atrium design makes it feel super high end. Restaurant service is great and surprisingly affordable. Two minor niggles - my room didn't have a printed menu and there is no restaurant printed menu on the TV, and the Wi-Fi connection quality in my room was kinda average.

Nice happy hour, terrific breakfast. My room needed maintenance. Sink drain wasn't working, and soap dispenser in the shower was inoperable. I do love the suite approach. Have that extra room is worth the extra money. Great location - with easy access to freeways and the airport.

I travel weekly for work and have stayed at yucky places. This is one of the nicest embassy suites I’ve stayed at. (Not sure about the area because I didn’t explore the area) rooms are either new or recently updated. Staff was very friendly. The bartender (Stephanie I think, new employee) was extremely friendly. Called me by my name. I never had to ask for anything because she checked on me before I could ask.

I had a lovely stay and will be returning. It seems a lot of places are understaffed in Columbus. I found one lovely person waiting on a lobby full of people waiting to check in on a Saturday. Ms Christine handled it like a pro. She kept in contact with the various guests and had us in a room, in order of request. Once the rooms were ready it took Christine about 10 mins to get to us and we were 5 in line. Christine also, pronounced my name correctly and had the brightest attitude I have ever seen on someone so overworked. She enjoys her job, so if you visit this location make sure to treat Christine well!! The breakfast was always good, especially during the week. There was a choice of eggs your way, waffles, pancakes, french toast, hot and cold cereal, fruit, pork and turkey bacon/sausage links. Chef Jeff and the cooks took good care of us. Our room was clean and in order. The only problems were our view from the room and the air conditioner made noise.

We have stayed in this hotel more than once because of the convenience to the venue we participate. The breakfast is worth the stay. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The guest hour from 5:30 to 7 pm had free drinks; for the ones that enjoy a drink it is a plus. In addition, they get snacks like cheeses, olives, dips, and chips. The rooms are well kept; bed is comfortable however, the carpet like many hotels can hold on to things we can see because is so dark. We would come back to this establishment if we are coming this way.

Overall, my family and I had a great stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and staff were all very friendly. The facilities were clean and spacious. Every evening they had a manager's reception with free appetizers (try the regular hummus) and free wine/beer/well drinks. My personal highlight was the breakfast buffet. Custom omelettes, cereal, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, and more. Not much is walkable from this location, but it's a short drive to Easton which seems to have everything.

Our family celebrated our child’s birthday with an overnight at this hotel at the end of July 2021 and paid for two rooms connected. We have done this in the past with other children. We paid a premium price for what we expected to be clean tidy and stocked rooms. What we were given was disgusting partially cleaned rooms with the last guests hair and food. The floor clearly wasn’t vacuumed. The front desk had mentioned that they were short of “help” which showed as we attempted to use the pool. Their were wet towels laying everywhere, the pool water was disgusting and my family left there and all three of my children ended up sick and I ended up hospitalized with pneumonia that the infectious disease doctor linked to water. The only water any of us were in was that hotel pool. My children suffered high fevers for a week and I am still currently trying to beat this bacterial pneumonia I’m 100% confident was from this pool. This hotel was dirty and we will never waste our money there again. Don’t go it is not worth it. I wonder how many other people fell ill after they stayed that weekend. This location does not deserve a rating over 0

This is a huge hotel with really clean elegant rooms. I stayed in a double bed suite, with kitchen (microwave) nook, there is a dining table and living room area TV there and in the bedroom office area. I was there for a business trip. I found the main lobby display beautiful, it's a huge hanging lights display over the bar and eatery. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again, for fun this time.

Rooms very clean and comfortable. Sure was great to have a refrigerator in the room that had a freezer compartment. Breakfast was great. Service at front desk top notch. Luggage carts were very good heavy duty units. Rooms on side of hotel towards the interstate are a little noisy. Suggest not getting a room on that side. Therefore ; 4 stars for room.

Nice weekend trip. As always I read reviews before I book. I was a little leery booking due to reviews of car break ins at this location but I booked anyway. This hotel is beautiful. The decor is very nice. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Front desk staff Lilly was simply amazing. We had great conversations with her. We did ask about the break ins and she ensured that hotel security does everything they can to survey the parking lot. We had a great breakfast with made to order omelettes the next morning and got to see Lilly before we checked out. I would definitely stay again.

Two night weekend visit with grand daughter who was competing in a gymnastics tournament. Hotel was clean and quiet. Pool was great for the kids. Food service at the bar was great. The wings I ordered were some of the best I ever had. Bar closes early but I understand as the bar is surrounded by the elevated rooms so excessive noise would be an issue. Breakfast room was great.

We called Embassy Suites to make a reservation to find room where there is an indoor pool and a jacuzzi type tub. I even made the lady verify it again so that there would be no misunderstanding. Got here and the pool is closed for maintenance and just a regular tub in the room. Told the lady at the front desk this morning and she didn't seem to care. We are getting ready to leave this hotel now because the Shower doesn't work. The room was cheap in price but not worth it If you can't get what you came for.

Amy, the bar manager was absolutely awful! The worst experience ever. She served SEVERAL people ahead of me as I waited patiently. She was rude & dismissive with blatant disregard to me. I felt she was racist & I addressed it with the front desk. Gary & Lexi listened & made every effort to mend the experience. Amy is a disgrace to the Hilton brand & an embarrassment to lead anyone. This behavior is unacceptable & reflects poorly on the general manager of this hotel. The only reason there's anything beyond 1 star I'd because the front desk team was amazing 👏

This is our 2nd stay at an Embassy suites. Both times I've just been so happy with the experience throughout. Greeted when walked in, we had set everything up online and we were checked in with keys in less than 5 mins. The room was very clean it felt clean, you know how you can tell if something still feels dirty even when clean, this place isn't like that. The morning breakfast buffet is WELL worth it if you make it. Def can save on breakfast out for a large family, everything is included and a large breakfast selection, not just cereal or fruit like most. Free complimentary drink at the bar if you make it for that also. Went to the gym in the early morning, it was clean not overran, had enough to get a good workout in. The pool is indoor / outdoor and easily accessible, the lobby store is well stocked with about anything most people are looking for. Def. A nice away from.home.place to stay would go anytime.

We had an awesome stay. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was great. The made to order omelets were very good! They even made the kids some cheesy scrambled eggs. The kids enjoyed the pool. Christine went out of her way to interact with the kids and ask about our trip. She even let the kids show her a fashion show with their American girl dolls.

The facility is overall great! The rooms/building were a tad outdated, and the lobby/atrium furniture need a good cleaning. I would not order from the hotel restaurant again though. Grilled chicken sandwich was more of a charcoal block on a bun. The front staff were AMAZING!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to Christine. Her kindness and attentiveness truly stood out, and it made my time here more enjoyable. The way she went above and beyond to ensure my sister and I had everything we needed was truly appreciated. Thank you, Christine, for your exceptional service and warm hospitality!

This location is a little annoying as it is tucked away a bit among office buildings. Everything else was great. It is very modern compared to many other embassy suites I have visited. The pool was pretty unique, but it was cold. All of the staff as exceptional, other than one bartender during the managers reception. She just seemed very annoyed at everyone. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Although I didn't have the chance to stay at this hotel, I had a remarkable experience with their staff while communicating via phone to assist with an existing reservation. Christine at the front desk and Manager I believe by the name of Lilly were outstanding in their customer service. When I called to inquire about my reservation, Christine was the epitome of helpfulness. She patiently addressed all my questions, provided clear information, and even helped me make some adjustments to my reservation, despite not being physically present at the hotel. Although I didn't have the opportunity to experience the hotel in person, my interactions with Christine and Lilly over the phone left a lasting impression of their dedication to exceptional customer service. Based on their assistance alone, I would highly recommend this establishment for their commitment to guest satisfaction.

This was not the most impressive Hilton establishment. The dining area/bar was very cold. We had two dead flies on the bathroom counter and on the table next to the television. The food was mediocre at supper. The breakfast buffet was good. The shower squealed the whole time it was in use. The staff at check in was very nice, but the staff at check out didn't even ask how our stay was. I would not stay here again.

Booked a King Suite for a night and was impressed with the size of the room! It opened into a seating area with a TV and a table for dining. There was a sink and a mini fridge directly behind the table, and a doorway into the actual bed area with a wardrobe and another TV. The bathroom was large but didn't have much counter space around the sink, but it was quite manageable with the additional counter and sink just outside the door. The interior of the hotel was well decorated, and the glass elevators were a nicel touch. The bar was slightly underwhelming, and there was no restaurant on-site, but you could order food and sit in the lounge, but we opted to take it back to our room. The sandwiches were dry and bland, and the chips and fries soggy. I would recommend dining elsewhere. All in all, it was a nice spot to land after a date night with a few opportunities for improvement.

Super friendly staff. Beautiful facility. Nicer swimming pool. Room was very clean and comfy - tho did have a subtle odor that suggested someone had smoked in the room at some point in the past. More noticable upon entry in the room. Bought a couple of Febreeze Small Spaces Air Fresheners and put one in each room - which took care of this. I usually travel with them in case I run into odd room outdoors. I would stay here again.

My family has relied on Embassy Suites to host our family reunion for us for years. We really enjoy how the suites give the family room to spread out and interact with one another. I just has a family holiday visit with family who lives in Columbus and the best part of the trip with the Embassy Suites. It is nice to visit with family, but even better to have a nice place to go back to to relax after the visit!

Nice hotel for the most part. The pool area could use some work. The food was decent. I got the wine glazed steak we asked for it to be cooked medium rare, and it was cooked to well done and pretty chewy. We will still have no issues returning to this hotel if ever in the area agin.

My family and I traveled to Columbus from Mobile, AL, to visit my sister who has been battling grade 4 glioblastoma for over one year. This was my first time being able to see her in three years. Our experience at this location made our brief visit with her exceptionally sweet. When we arrived, we were informed that due to lack of resources, we wouldn't be able to get the snacks for the premium suite we reserved. That was absolutely no problem with us. The man who was on duty that night, though very busy with many responsibilities (we arrived on Thanksgiving Day), was extremely hospitable and kind: discounting our room due to not having the daily snacks available, and personally delivering us what snacks he did manage to find. His kindness throughout our stay helped make our short time with my sister that much better. Of course, our room and the entire facilities were wonderful, but I had to make a point to thank the man working Thanksgiving Day evening (sadly, I never got his name) through the rest of our visit, for giving us exceptional customer service. If we are able to go up north, again, we will be staying here.

Everything was terrific! The food that was served for lunch was excellent. The staff was friendly and the location was very clean. What more can you ask for? Great job!

We were happily greeted upon arrival. They even had happy hour on our arrival. Room was amazing and clean. Pool was also amazing and perfect temperature. Breakfast was delicious but they did close the door right at 10am. Overall perfect family experience. We will be returning.

I stayed a night at the Embassy Suites in July 2021 and it is a very nice looking hotel on the inside. One of the best I've been to yet. Unforgettable

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a hotel. This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down. We were happily greeted upon arrival. They even had happy hour on our arrival. Room was amazing and clean. Pool was also amazing and perfect temperature. Breakfast was delicious but they did close the door right at 10am. Overall perfect family experience. We will be returning.

Really enjoyed the breakfast!! Paula in the breakfast area really took excellent care of us!! The whole staff was incredible from start to finish!! Indoor pool was a little cold, though. The hotel is very nice!

Not only did we find out that they didn’t clean our room due to finding dirty underwear (panties) when we pulled out the couch, the guy was super rude and not accommodating at all! No one comes up and brings you anything you need! Didn’t want to give us extra blankets (the bartender ended up giving us another blanket) don’ didn’t want to give us another roll of toilet paper, and gave us a problem about giving us more towels and rags and we had 5 ladies staying with us! We had an issue with the temperature in our room and the guy said there was nothing he could do smh. Terrible service!!! I would never return to this facility and it makes other embassy suits look bad.

First time visiting this location on a work trip. I was up on the 7th floor corner room and it was a great stay. The room was clean and organized. The breakfast was excellent in the morning and has a lot of options to pick from. The hotel was a great experience overall and I will stay again on our next trip.

I usually never leave reviews, but I just had to for this one. This so called hotel is in fact some sort of large scale psychological experiment about human suffering. Elevators didn’t work, and the shower didn’t drain. Woke up before check out and I didn’t even get to shower before the 10 hour car ride home. Front desk could care less, and were all rude af. Said they would have switched us to a different room when the entire hotel was booked out for a trade show anyways. The prices per night and you can’t even get basic necessities covered? What a joke. Only good thing was the free breakfast. Also if you stay here make sure to lock your car doors. Some guys car literally got stolen while I was here.

It’s one of those good not great hotels. Pool needs some love but more creative than most hotels. The fitness center is rough but the breakfast is PHENOMENAL! (Included in stay for free) If the price is right it’s worth it but temper expectations.

The 5 stars are not for the hotel they are for the Receptionist Lilly. She was absolutely amazing with all the issues I had with my room. She was kind and understanding. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was decent. Lily’s hospitality is what kept us there.

I have stayed at Embassy Suites for years. I become accustomed to consistent service, cleanliness, and amenities. This stay was disappointing and did not live up to my previous experiences. I took my daughters for a special vacation to Columbus and chose to stay at Embassy specifically for the made-to-order omelets and make-your-own waffles. Neither of those things was offered. The sign said sorry for the inconvenience that the made-to-order omelets were not available. They had a small buffet available. The eggs were cold, the coffee was mediocre and the bagel was stale. We ended up going out for breakfast. The pool is closed from 10a-12...why? An elevator was down and the front doors weren't working properly. The elevators were dirty. Maybe maintenance hasn't been up to par? Our room was clean and the pillows were nice. I could have stayed at Hampton or Holiday Inn Express for $50-$80 less and had a better breakfast.

I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels. Our stay was good but not great. I’ve noticed Embassy Suites hotels are ran similarly. Overall, the stay was decent. The room was a good size room for my family and the hotel was nice enough for our quick trip over memorial day weekend. But we were missing a few things in the room we had to call and let the front desk know. Missing tv remote and they had a fake phone in the bedroom. The pool wasn’t heated and the staff weren’t that friendly. Front desk personnel were nice. At breakfast, the staff begins breaking down breakfast before 10am and actually shut the doors on people still getting food and coffee. The bar staff at dinner weren’t outgoing and friendly but did their jobs. Food was good but would like to be able to get coffee after 10am.

No food selection or variety for evening reception. Chips and chunks of cheese. Everything on the breakfast buffet the next morning was cold. Very good selection and variety though. Not like other Embassy suites we've stayed. Disappointed

This place is infested with kids on the loose with nobody watching them or anybody doing anything.. Had kids banging on my door and running away in the middle of the night. Kids running up and down the halls and overrunning the elevators at all hours. Also kids throwing things off the ledges. My room was decent.. Not the cleanest. At least it was spacious besides the small bathroom. There is no good view outside, but that's understandable. The hotel is close to a lot of businesses. I did enjoy the breakfast and social. I received a nice goodie bag for being a diamond member. The pool looked nice, but didn't dare go in with all the kids jumping around. The gym was locked because employees feared the kids would destroy it again. The experience overall wasn't the greatest after a long drive and wanting peace and quiet. This place has potential, but the satisfaction was not met.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and Evening receptions are a nice perk, which is why we try to stay at an Embassy. Bartender Jeff was friendly and attentive. Also, we are glad Embassy's (at least this one) are finally getting rid of the well whiskey Jim Beam 8 Star. Horrible well whiskey. I can order well whiskey again!!

Really nice hotel but we won't be back. Our room, bathroom and vents were really dirty. Sheets were good, room was vacuumed and bathroom lightly cleaned but it was rough otherwise. It needs a really good deep clean. There was gunk (we will leave it at that) on the ceiling above the bed. Room 833. Also there are no locks on the main bedroom door so if you're traveling with littles, the only room you can get dressed in with privacy is the bathroom.

We were staying in this area for a ballroom event. Hot breakfast was great! Manager's reception was fine except the chips. I'm not sure what happens, but anytime we are at an Embassy Suites, crushed up tortilla chips are served. Fortunately, this Embassy Suites had other options like hummus, olives, and cheese so no complaints for that. I would just recommend to serve crackers instead if the chips are going to be consistently broken in to small pieces which makes it difficult to eat. Staff and rooms were great! However, I am a Diamond member and there are some snacks and water provided as a perk. I am always offered the water, but not the snacks, and that is not just at this Hilton property. So, just make sure you ask if there is a benefit you know of and don't receive as it seems to always be available, but not necessarily offered. It is certainly not a major issue by any means, but does seem to be a more widespread issue rather than just due to a busy time.

You can't compare this place with other Embassy suites. -The room I reserved wasn’t the one they put us in. -The bartender at the bar is great! -The lobby area is beautiful but the couches are not clean! -There was no housekeeping service the entire stay. Carpet in the room was insanely dirty and old! This was the loudest hotel I think I may have ever stayed in. The breakfast buffet is pretty much that you could buy yourself at Convenience store. *No omelette on Sunday This place is not worth the pricing… I’ll recommend the one at Columbus airport. I wasn’t happy at all! We are very disappointed and we will not stay there again.

Family friendly hotel. Rooms were spacious, front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a wide variety and was good quality. Kids loved indoor/outdoor pool. Location right by highways. A large convention group came in the day we were leaving and hotel was properly staffed to accommodate. Two moms traveling with a combined 7 kids and no complaints. Overall great experience.

My mom and I stopped for a one night stay during a long drive. We arrived late (1 am) but the gentleman at the desk still greeted us with a smile, I think his name was Bill. Check in was quick and easy. He gave us plenty of information about elevator locations, breakfast, and parking. There was a large car event coming in the next day and some parking was blocked off for that. The next day Edaline in housekeeping was very friendly and helpful in getting a cup to use the ice machine. Lily at the front desk in the morning was super friendly and took the time make one on one connections with myself and my mom, even though the desk was swamped with people asking questions and trying to check in for the car event at 11 am. She and her coworker at the desk both greeted us with a cheerful good morning when we came down for breakfast. The front desk team at this property was great at interacting with guests and making sure everyone was attended to as quickly as possible. The breakfast area is smaller than I expected for such a large hotel, but there were plenty of options. The breakfast staff did a great job at keeping the breakfast area clean and ready for the next guests.

Staff is so friendly, rooms very clean and well furnished. Market store stocked high with great items. The evening reception and breakfast just to good to be true. Enjoy your stay as I did.

We have been staying at Hilton Properties for over 10 years this is the dirtiest most run down Embassy we have ever seen. I can only assume most of the positive reviews are fake. No one could think this hotel is 4 or 5 stars.

The rooms are nice and clean. The inside part of the pool is open but it's pretty cold, a hot tub would be nice. The breakfast was ok at best. However the location is pretty close to a lot of eateries so that's a plus.

We always like the "suite" format rooms, with a separate TV and bathroom area apart from the bedroom (which has another TV and desk). The hotel atrium is fairly loud, especially on weekends with kids, but we didn't notice noise in our actual bedroom. Great hot breakfast. It was a little crowded during peak but there was always at least one table available. Friendly staff at the restaurant and front desk. There is a pool, sundry shop, and business center.

The room was nice but shower had no hot water or water pressure. The mattress was like sleeping on plywood. The made to order breakfast turned out to be a cold buffet. Not worth what we paid

My husband, myself, and 10 year old daughter stayed one night here Saturday into Sunday. Upon check in the lady at the front desk told us there was a line at the pool. Shortly later there was a child who was unsupervised and almost drowned who had to be taken to the ER which resulted in the pool being closed. The restaurant at the hotel was completely empty with one guy working who did not greet us for over 15 minutes. We approached him and he let us know there were much better options down the road and discouraged us to eat there. We had a king suite with a pull out mattress. The pull out mattress had no linens in the closet or anywhere in the room. The front desk staff was rude and asked what we had in our room already. The pillows were awful. The next morning we went to get breakfast. The serving staff was pleasant and friendly, however a child pulled the fire alarm and it continued to go off for over 30 minutes. No one knew what had happened, and some people started evacuating, meanwhile the staff acted like nothing was going on and continued serving. The hotel was very nice, however the front staff and other guests made our stay awful and we will not be returning.
