Wanted to like it to support business in my area, but feel very ripped off: Waited an hour for a pepperoni pizza and it came with no toppings on it. It was literally cooked dough with sauce. It was cold and tasted like a cracker with tomato sauce on it. The dough really doesn't compete against the big chains. The pictured pizza was $16, order to go through Uber Eats $40 (with a few wings), very unsatisfied and hungry, so, right after trying it, ordered a delicious pizza with 5, jam-packed toppings from Papa John's for $20. I will assume the high reviews are from people that enjoy the experience of drinking beer with their pizza more than the quality of the pizza.

Yellow Brick is in the Bexley area on the corner of Oak and 18th. From the looks of the inside it appears to be a hipster pizza place/bar. Standard pizza style is in between thin and traditional, cut into slices, but they also offer a Chicago style deep dish. Yellow Brick is often compared to Dewey's or Mellow Mushroom and seems to be a fair comparison. There are a lot of artisan creations for different pizza combinations. My group ordered a variety to try a bit of everything. We got a small Spicy Chicken Corn Chowder, a small Jerry Lee Lewis, a small Cheese, a small Meggie's Veggie, a Large Pepperoni and Onion Tristano's Chicago Stuffed Pizza, a large order of Garlic cheese bread, and a side salad. All of that was $91, which honestly is a fair price based on the quality & quantity of the dough/sauce/cheese/toppings and the size of the pizzas (their small pizza is 10"). Every pizza was quite good with the star of the standard pizzas being the Spicy Chicken Corn Chowder. My personal favorite out of everything was their Chicago style deep dish - loaded with cheese and made the right way for a stuffed pie. In my opinion their Chicago style is better than Giordano's. Garlic cheese bread and salad were average at best. Overall I rate their regular pizzas a 4.6, the Chicago style a 4.8, the sides a 4.3, and the price for the quality a 4.5 I also liked this place more than Dewey's and Mellow Mushroom, due to the better artisan selection for pizzas and the option to get Chicago style deep dish. Since Google doesn't allow decimal reviews, I rounded up to a 5.

We ordered 3 pizzas and the cheesy garlic bread. Yummy!!!!! My 12 yo at his entire pizza! I got the Fresh Prince and it was delish! A little salty, but not bad otherwise. My husband got the Dante Inferno and it was H-O-T!!!! Friendly and fast service! Order from them! Help a local pizzeria out!!!!! You won't regret it!

If you are a true fan of the kind of pizza in which the cheese is that perfect blend of mozzarella and provolone that makes the cheese stretch with each slice, and he's that delicious almost waxy texture in your mouth as you chew... Then this is the place for you!! I would also like to applaud a great selection of draft beers as well!!

Pizza was good not as traditional tasting as I prefer, no brick oven charring flavor, but good pizza. Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. Service was as relaxed as the atmosphere not any rushing around.

I don't know what everyone else got when they ordered but mine (a simple pizza with mozzarella) looked like this. I have no idea what that stuff on top of the pizza is, but it is not mozzarella and it will not melt, though you might just melt your tongue from the buckets of sauce underneath if you try to reheat it in the hopes of getting something remotely resembling a pizza. I don't often write reviews but this was inedible and given the other photos of the pizza from this establishment, they had to know they were sending something out that was sub-par.

This place was great! Nice to find a place that isn’t a chain that has vegan cheese. We loved the different selections of beer (tons to choose from). One ran out halfway thru the pour so my husband got that one for free. And another they forgot to put on our bill. We brought it to their attention but they still didn’t charge us. Who does that?! Absolutely delicious pizzas. Very funky decorations. If we lived anywhere near here, it would be a regular for us.

Historic District of Columbus, off the beaten path... trendy place, old school tunes, feta bake that's devine and pizza pie that tastes so fresh you're certain they just made all the toppings just for you... definitely recommend..

Second time we've gotten pizza here and it was delicious. Wife devoured her small white sauce pizza she created and the flying pig was perfect.

Had a vegan pizza and my husband had the deep dish plain cheese. They were both excellent! The ambiance of this place is really cool! We will definitely be going here again.

A favorite spot for me and my wife, we lovvee YBP. Great atmosphere, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, which is crucial because there are so many good pies to try, or even to make your own. Beer list is deep. Anything you want. They got. Whatever you're feeling like. Fresh and creative pizzas that will satisfy your craving. Patio is amazing too. Don't forget to retire upstairs and play some games and enjoy cocktails at Super Awesome Arcade!!!

Normally love this place the Elliott Smith is uniquely incredible, but last night I took my friend there for the first time and he ordered the flying pig. They seemed rushed when we picked up. No dine in yet so we have to take away. By the time we got home realized that he had a vegetarian pizza... ☹️. Check your pizza before you take away.
