The food was good but the service was really bad. We had a kid named Dylan and he was so preoccupied it made the whole dining experience bad. I honestly have gotten better service at fast food restaurants. This would have been a great meal but the service was that bad that I gave it only 1 star - I never give one star ratings. The management was not paying attention - could not find one anywhere but there are a lot of restaurants in that area to choose from so not a problem

Our family loves Carrabba's. My husband orders carry out from Carrabba's about once or twice a month. I always get the Chicken Bryan and it's is so amazing that we looked up a copycat recipe and asked our son in law to give it a try for my birthday because there's no Carrabba's where they live! My husband got the chicken Marsala tonight. He's more adventurous. Me? I could eat their chicken Bryan three times a week and be happy as a clam! Be sure to get their bread with oil and seasonings! Yummy! Carrabba's food is amazing, if your haven't tried it, you're really missing out! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend! Nate is a awesome manager! In dec we had a issue with our visit! He reached out to my wife to apologize and last night we decided to give it another shot. Nick went over and beyond to make our experience absolutely great! The Food, hospitality and service was great! Thank you NATE! Happy wife happy life!

This place has great food and amazing employees that deserve more pay. They have a wide menu of food and drinks and both friends and family to enjoy together. Hot Takes: Hot Takes are opinions said by the customers and workers. First Hot Take: "Food was excellent service was good definitely recommend coming back". Second Hot Take: "hmm give me one second nice atmosphere, great service family oriented, good food would stop again". As you can see the customers love this place unfortunately I couldn't get anymore Hot Takes but this is a review not a show. To sum up everything said so far this place is a amazing place to eat and would recommend to come and eat. Love.

5 pm on a Saturday, empty restaurant and we were seated next to the host front door, asked for another seat and told no, 15 or more minutes wait. In an empty restaurant please seat your guests in better seats

Nikki L is amazing. Brought my mother in for our first experience and let me say she went above and beyond. By the way she interacted with us and her other guest show how much she cares about the guest. We will be back just for her hospitality.

First experience was good. They have a Sunday Happy hour at 3 that I wish my waitress would have told me about before I ordered my stuff. I was a half hour early waiting on a guest. The food itself was good. You get big portions for the pricing. Drinks are made well. It was a good atmosphere, a bit dark inside. I'd go again. The bread and olive oil are amazingly delicious.

Carrabba's has pretty good pasta, I literally could just order the bread and oil with herbs because it's absolutely delicious. It seems there is always a bit of a wait even when you "call ahead" I'm sure its due to staffing. None the less pretty solid place!

I ordered the lobster ravioli. It would've been great if it had more sauce. I live so far away so it wasn't worth taking it back. I eat some of it out of just pure hunger. One of those times where your very hungry but have too much to do that day to get anything else.

This restaurant is very clean, neat and tidy! Our server/Bartender named Erica was very attentive and awesome with an amazing attitude and she also made our alcoholic beverages very delicious!! The food is amazing as well! Also the manager John, is also awesome with a great attitude and knows little tid bits with making the food taste better with the sauces and spices! He knows a lot about his job and is very customer friendly! I totally recommend this place with the highest respect!

Oh. My. Goodness. That was amazing. I can't wait to go back. Our waiter was great. On the ball. Grabbing out dirty dishes and refilling drinks. My only complaint was they put four adults at a small booth, meanwhile there was a couple across from us at the bigger booth. But food was so good.

We were up in the Lewis Center area this evening I decided to try something different I haven’t been to this place in ages. There really was no wait plenty of seating and it is a very nice place perhaps just a little small though. The wait staff was very attentive a little eclectic but still very nice. I did notice that the wait staff ducked out the side door for a quick smoke and came back smelling a lot like perfume but hey people I guess we’re going to do what people do. All in all the food was very good I highly recommend lasagna with extra sauce to keep it all moist. I did try the Alfredo which was OK a little bland though not really what I was expecting very creamy very sassy but just kind of bland. I know this place has a feel of a nice Italian restaurant and I would recommend it with easy access right off of the highway

We had a great experience when searching for a night out dinner, and high grade choices with the family. Longer wait than I anticipated to be seated, however the waitress more than made up for it, and the staff here will do their best to not let you down. I had the chops with asparagus, and both were on point!

Heather was an amazing waitress. She was friendly. The food is amazing. I had the eggplant parm. Very well done. The coffee is worth noting.

We get literally the best service here and the great service is consistent with each visit (lunch or dinner). They use runners so that makes service even quicker and better. You will never wait on refills or fresh bread here. The food is good too.

Had the lunch trio consisting of salad, soup and stuffed mushrooms for $11.99 Good portions and very good. Also, fresh bread with seasoned oil. Fast and friendly service.

We just went to this location last night and the food was terrible. The bread was old and hard to chew. Tje soup was more broth than anything else. My asparagus (that they charge you extra for) wasn't grilled at all. My husband's scallops were rubbery. Our server was nice when we did see him, but by the time he came back to check in with us, I was just ready to go. We won't be returning to this location again.

The bread is amazing. The spicy chicken soup was yummy. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce. The meatballs were good but a little too chewy - they weren't undercooked but maybe could have been cooked longer. I had to add some salt to the plate but the meat sauce was great and the spaghetti was cooked perfect. I would certainly go again. The prices are JUST below unacceptable so try it out maybe.

Eric and his trainer, Tiffany, were absolutely amazing. Very attentive to our wants/needs and their personalities were exactly what someone in this industry should have. They were friendly, upbeat, and joked around with us. They are both assets to the Polaris location. Hope to see rham both the next time.

Great service. Good atmosphere as long as brassy jazz and pianos are your thing. Appetizer and entrees were delicious and portions more than ample! Would have given 5 stars but the dessert kinda ruined the winning streak. Avoid the Chocolate Dream, touted as a brownie with chocolate mousse topped with whip cream and chocolate sauce - it was a 2 layer dry chocolate cake with a paper thin coat of mousse and whip. The whole thing tasted like a freezer that once stored garlic. But if you go with the cheesecake, you'll be a happy camper!

Hardly anyone in here. We ate at the bar and Bartender was very nice. My dish was rigatoni and sausage and there were two tiny pieces of sausage. They were using booths to store items. It looked like a place getting ready to go out of business. My past experiences at a Carrabba were good for a chain restaurant. This one was not.

Went yesterday for a date! Had amazing service. We were told that it was a 30 minute wait so we chose to sit at the bar. Service was prompt and the food was timed up perfectly! As soon as we finished our appetizer, the salads came, as soon as we finished our salads our dinner came. Amazing service and a great kitchen! Everything tasted so fresh!

Monica and Erica made our first visit to Carrabba's memorable in every sense. My husband had been desiring a Negroni for days, and even though it wasn't on the official menu, Erica was kind enough to figure it out and make one for him. The menu offers a vast variety of dishes, and the food is tasty and well done. The dessert offered to us at the end was the cherry on the cake. We'll definitely be going here again.

I usually do not leave reviews but we ordered three spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs via curbside takeout for myself, my husband and my daughter and it was terrible for a few reasons. The best part of the experience was the girl working the curbside came out to my car to let me know it would be just a few more minutes. I arrived early so I appreciated that. My husband and I did not like the spaghetti at all. There were so many noodles, not much sauce. It was so bland and the meatballs were a weird texture. We were disappointed. My daughter found a bug in her food, when she opened the lid it crawled out. Yuck! I ended up throwing our food away and going to Chik Fil A. I really don’t understand how you can screw up spaghetti but now I know it can be done. For the price you are charging, the food should be edible.

It was really just the beginning of our experience that I'm giving a lower rating. It was a busy night, so we had to wait to receive a text to know when our table was ready. We preferred waiting in our car, so when we got the text and came back inside, but then the host told us it would be another 15 min. So we stood there as we watched the host keep setting up tables, but not seating anyone. I understand some tables/"sections" not being used, but there were a few in the middle just open and ready. When they eventually sat us, they put us at a 6 seat table, even though there were only 2 of us. It was really strange and weirdly uncomfortable since we just wanted a small private booth. The food and our waited were great though!

We’ve been to this location several times. Every time before our most recent was a good experience, but our most recent visit was poor. The restaurant was not very busy at all. We asked for a booth, and there were many open booths. The host froze. It was as if we had asked him to eat on the roof. He was honestly stuck for several minutes, after which he offered us another table in the middle of the restaurant. We politely asked if we could have a booth instead. He froze again. There was some collaboration with a few servers, who were rude and exhibited a lot of attitude toward us. It was a simple request that gets asked often. My wife and I have both worked in the service industry at various venues. We know how it works to usher guests into server sections. We also know that it’s never an issue when a restaurant is not busy that a guest asks for a specific location. Any good server will take the extra table because it’s more money. We were not at the restaurant near closing. It was sparsely populated. Eventually a manager came to the host stand and asked rudely if we were waiting for him. We were calm and polite and simply said we’d like to have a booth if it was possible. After searching the restaurant he offered us a booth in the bar area, but they were all full. He said it would be a 15 minute wait. There were several booths open in the rest of the restaurant, and several servers standing around at this point. By then it was clear that we were an inconvenience to the staff, and they made out to make sure we knew we were an inconvenience. This is not good protocol for the service industry. No one was kind. No one aimed to explain anything. We had a simple request and were treated like something other than guests at a restaurant, whose whole purpose is to serve guests in a welcoming environment. We won’t be going back to this location.

We went for a friend's celebration. The salad and bread was delicious. I ordered the special lump crab and shrimp florentine. There was no crab, just shrimp and vegetables. It tasted very bland. Definitely overpriced. Might go back because it was quick service, nice staff but won't be getting a pasta dish.

The service and food were absolutely phenomenal. The waitress was attentive and the surrounding staff ensured that our experience was positive and that we had everything we needed. This was an absolutely delicious option. Thank you for creating such a pleasant experience!

I have been coming here for a long time and I came in on 8/6 and I sat at the bar and Nunu took care of me. I love the new happy hour menu! Food, drinks and service were great! Whatever your doing keep it up!

If you love Italian food then this is a must. I'm not big on it myself but I still had a pleasant experience. Music was nice and our waiter was fantastic. I think his name was Michael but I'm not good with names. He was super friendly, polite, and made sure we had what we wanted. Give this man a raise

Today I ate like a king! The free bread was hot and fresh. The house salad was just the right size and with adequate dressing. The wood fired salmon had great flavor and matched well with the side of spinach. I will definitely come back to try other dishes on their menu!

Our food was over seasoned, and my steak was overdone. The server & manager were over apologetic and made it right! The food was awesome after that, but it was the service that made it fantastic. We will definitely be back!
