I have never been treated so rude by a waitress in my life until this restaurant. She took rude to a whole new level. The food arrived to the table cold. It took 30 minutes to get the cold food that was supposed to be hot. The manager was nice but blamed the whole situation on staffing issues and previous management problems. They ended up comping one of the meals but added a drink that we did not order and when we inquired about that the waitress said well we comped you one order so at least you are still saving some money. After another 30 minutes of back and forth we said just let us pay the bill so we could get out of there before things got heated and so things would not get ugly. There were other issues with service but these were the worst. Needless to say we will NEVER visit this restaurant again.

Good food and upbeat place. Friendly employees and clean store. The parking outside is absolutely horrid on the weekends though. Overall an excellent place for the family to get good eats and watch some sports.

Service was quick until we were almost finished, then we had to hunt our waitress down to get a box and the check. The food was decent. Wings were cooked well and flavored correctly. The sampler was as ordered but the cheese fries and chicken strips were hard. Restaurant was fairly clean and maintained. Overall about as nice as the rest of the nearby locations.

Wish this was a joke, but this is actually what we got when we ordered cheese fries. Update: Thank you for the response but no need for further action, we don't feel as thought this is a little mistake, but rather what the restaurant we use to love has turned into. The fact that at a very minimum two different employee looked at this and said "sure serve it" was enough for us to move onto somewhere else for wings in the future.

Good drinks, good service though busy with a few last minute fantasy drafts, and good food.

My wife loves honey BBQ boneless wings from here. Best place to watch games. But wish price is bit cheaper. Also wish they have gluten free menu as well.

I recieved excellent service today from Madison! She literally ran the bar and us food customers at the same time by herself. Top notch friendly, efficient service. The burger was very tasty as you can see from the photos they are rather large burgers and come with fries. Lots of Browns, Steelers, and Buckeyes memorabilia to look at around the store. I came at a slower time only about 12 people there, but they have trivia contests that you can join at busier times. Thanks Madison!

The Bethel location has really turned it around. My wife and I would have struggled to give them even 1 star 10-12 months ago. They had some really weak staff for a significant period and some underaverage food. I only say this because I have now had very pleasant experiences there for some time; their food and their staff. They deserve credit for their turnaround and I would now recommend easily going there.

No beer of the month because they are still deciding (it's February 22nd). I got a nice hair in my ranch

Our server took 15 minutes to take our order. There were a couple other tables in his section but he stayed pretty focused on just the one. Won't be coming back to this location. When he came back and told us the one sauce we ordered they didn't have we told him to cancel the order and left. This was also after it took him 15 minutes to bring me the water I asked for.

I've been here twice with my boyfriend and both experiences have been great! This visit, our server was new, but excellent at his job! Very vigilant, getting out to tables right away, and being very open in explaining when something wasn't available. If nothing else, we'd come back to talk with him again, a very nice guy.
