Terrible, the app would not let me add all of my special instructions, when I tried to call the store 3xs after placing my order. No answer. When, I got to the store and explained to the clerk my dilemma his response was I made the order according to the ticket. However he had not. The only special instructions I could fit was "No, lettuce.". My sandwich had lettuce on it. U once again explained the problem and asked if he could add the oil and vinegar I wanted and salt and pepper. He obliged me but still insisted he made the sandwich to order. I left. When I got to the bus stop to take a bite I realized there was no cheese either. So, I went back and told the young man I also wanted cheese and it wasn't required for him to put it on the sandwich. He could just wrap my in paper. At this he stated he was calling his mgr because he made the sandwich to order. So, he did. He explained how he made my sandwich correctly and now, I'm back asking for cheese. I spoke with the mgr and told his employer to remake my sandwich. At which he stomped over to the bread and asked me what kind. While he was making my new sandwich I ran the phone again. I said, do you hear the phone ringing that's me. He blurted out, "I was told not to answer that phone." I said really, all of this could have been avoided had the phone been answered bcuz I called right after I entered my order. No response. I got my sandwich and thanked and wished him a great weekend. No response. So, I guess you all know how I feel about this Subway. To bad cuz it was one of my main go tos. Yuck, poor service

The longer I go here, the worse it gets. Skimpy on toppings. Today, I ordered a hot sun from the website. Luckily I opened it as soon as I picked it up. The ingredients were cold, not like room temperature from cooling down, but from the refrigerator cold. When I pointed out that it was cold, they offered to make a new one, but I was already starving and they had just finished and bagged this sandwich, meaning they saw nothing wrong with the sandwich they just made. Repeating my order and waiting for them to heat their ingredients, and wasting the other sandwich wouldn't have fixed the problem, it just would've left me irritable. So I cut my losses and ate my refrigerator cold sandwich. The location is convenient, but I'll probably go somewhere else next time.

Meh. Customer service was borderline rude if not totally disinterested. One person mumbled that each of us had to ask them to repeat what they said. Felt very impersonal and just one more person to push through and there were only 3 of us there. Was in before lunch rush too. Clean. Consistent quality with other stores.

I like Subway. I admit it. I was craving it, and had just gotten out of Grant Hosputal, and looked accordingly. I was waiting on my VA rep to pick me up to take me to the Veterans clinic, and went here for a sandwich and to clean up a bit. Immediately, the apparent manager was treating me as if I were a vagrant (not that vagrants should ever be treated in such a manner either) and trying to force my order or exact discomfort and embarrassment so to eject me from this facility. Mind, that this was all within the first 60-90 seconds that I was in the store, and that there was a couple at the counter placing their order. I purchased $21 worth of subs and beverage that day, so I could take some with me for later, and the young black girl that prepared them was excellent-made exceptional sandwiches and had an air of embarrassment at her bosses treatment toward me. I realize that there is a homeless shelter within the block in one direction, but there is also a state of the art hospital in the other direction, and people often good people, experiencing possibly the most difficult things that life can bring are the patrons and denizens of both, and can outwardly it can probably be difficult to differentiate between them. People do not look their best during times of crisis, but nearly all will seek an establishment of comfort (food) to find a reprieve from their current reality, the gravitas of their situation. Six months prior, as my wife were on her deathbed decades early, my wallet and phone stolen, and I was stranded outside in Hilliard in temperatures close to 0, concerned only with trying to be near her and oblivious to the fact that I were becoming frostbitten and confused, two Subway employees saw me, and brought me into their store and fed me like a king, gratis, and unprovicated. I didn't explain the events that had left me in that situation. I was even oblivious to the fact that I wasn't eating, sleeping, or paying attention to my own wellness. They treated me with compassion and respect. They insisted I take soup and a sub with me too. How we treat the least of creatures, and those during their most difficult times is what shows our mettle as human beings.

Convenient location to my job at the Grant Medical, but service isn't very friendly at times! Used to go there often but recently staffing and quality of food changes has me vowing to never return. There was a fly in my sandwich once and the current manager gave me a very hard time about compensating! The staff needs more training on the Subway Rewards, often times they failed to correctly add points to my reward card. With some many other sandwich places, such as Jimmy John that deliver to the hospital, I'll have no problem never returning to this Subway

The sandwich was strong, as excepted...#ItalianBMT but the sandwichArtist wasn't really... I don't know. I mean I asked a couple questions concerning sandwiches and he got started and his method of preparing the sandwich...he needed me to babysit him. I passed on the 1st bread he pulled out because he poorly cut and ripped it, his spread of the ingredients was leading to a lop-sided sandwich and he it's as if he was there for hisself more than the customer...or the Subway. The first half of the sandwich was fullfilling, I wanted to sit and eat half and bring half home. But I really could have done without the employee that was being the face of the store. #poorService #excellentProduct Wanted to eat at Subway, half the sandwich, before coming home, did that but the whole sandwich making process was very, very discouraging. Have your popularity youngMan, but that really put a damper on my Subway visit. I don't get to do that to often. I was a sandwichArtist. And I hope I never moved a customer the way I was moved. I will enjoy this second half momentarily tho. Wanted double meat and everything.

Great employees and overall Subway experience! I don't eat meat and they were very generous with my Veggie Delight sub. The people that work there are very easy-going and personable.

There was 2 employees. One was very nice and helpful and was not having a good day. He just threw our toppings on, and if asked for a little bit more he was like so over the top with it and I asked for a small swipe of mayo and he gave it way to much. I asked it to be cut in half, yes even though it's a 6 inch. I had my 2 other co-workers with me and he did the same to them. But over all it was a great lunch!

Terrible experience. They would not accept a phone order, and yes, I spoke to the Manager, or at least she claimed to be. I explained that I could not use the app as I was driving. Thank you for the lack of customer service. Thank you for NOT making an exception. Thank you for making me aware of the ridgid policies at this location. I will recommend that people avoid this location.

Came here one afternoon after working New Year's Eve well into the early morning, and was immediately greeted by Hunter. The entire restaurant was clean, well-lit, the music was at a comfortable volume and I was very impressed by how friendly & efficient the staff member was even as it became busier. As a bartender and food service lifer, this is exactly how I want to see a restaurant. Quick, clean, and friendly.
