Wedding reception food was delicious

Original location was centrally located. The setup was very nice. The food was surprisingly very good but the service was almost. Should I say non-existent after we ate? No one came around to clear the table. We had to cut our own cake and get her own knife and stuff like that but it looks like they were fully booked for that weekend which I understand. I was just visiting from out of town but I wouldn't say that this would be a venue that I would choose for myself, but everyone has different taste and a different budget.

This place is great for events. I have probably had their catering dozens of times throughout my life. The food is above average italian food, and I especially enjoy trying new menu items from here, as they are very tasty.

We have attended several special occasions at Berwick, and the food was always good. However, the Thanksgiving Buffet was excellent ! The food, ambiance, and service was wonderful! "Thank you," Mr.Orlando, and the Berwick staff for making my family's Thanksgiving memorable! We will be back again!

We were lucky to have the Berwick team cater our wedding at Swan Lake Event Center, they did an amazing job! The food was delicious and one of our guests commented (in a kind way) this food is so good you wouldn’t even think it was wedding food!! The prime rib that was served was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was delicious and everyone also loved the chicken parm! We were so thankful they also were able to organize serving oysters for us which was a huge hit! The serving team also did an amazing job as was very attentive in making sure everything was good/ going smoothly or if we needed anything, they really care about your day and making everything as smooth as possible. They also did a great job helping get all of the table cloths and decorations set up and it all looked amazing! Would highly recommend them, thank you to everyone at the Berwick for helping make our day amazing!

We were attending a repass and I must say the staff really went all out to see to the family and guests needs. The food was delicious. I look forward to when they are able to return to serving the public as well as doing catering functions.

Spectacular takeaway meal of mushroom risotto, tortellini in vodka sauce, amazing green beans, delicious lasagna, perfect prime rib, started with an incredible salad with an unmatched ranch or an Italian dressing, rolls, and the best dessert tray ever!

The Berwick catered our wedding and we were absolutely blown away! They were so helpful during the planning process, and even during the week leading up to the wedding with all our last minute questions. The food on the day of was DELICIOUS and guests were raving about it all night and even now - some guests saying "This is the best food I've ever had at a wedding!" 10/10 would recommend!

I hadn't been here in a while and was pleasantly surprised! The food was tasty, the staff was polite and the decor for our room was perfect! We just had a small reception but everything was just right.

The food is amazing and showcases the authentic flavors and love put into every dish. We got lots of compliments! Their vodka tortellini is absolutely amazing! Not only were the portion sizes generous, but the communication with the team was exceptional. They really care about your day and making everything as smooth as possible. They're also very detail oriented and made sure to take notes about certain things they were responsible for throughout the evening. The catering experience provided by The Berwick for our wedding was nothing short of extraordinary. We were referred to The Berwick from both our venue and a family friend. They both spoke so highly of The Berwick being not only incredibly delicious but also affordable, which was a huge selling-point for us. The Berwick invited us to do a tasting at their restaurant and that’s where we found out that neither were over exaggerating about how much we would love them: the food was fantastic and the hardest part was deciding what to leave out. Fast forward to our wedding day and our guests agreed. They couldn't stop raving about how delicious the food was, and many even said it was the best wedding meal they've ever had. Plenty of our friends are getting married in the next year or two and have asked us for The Berwick’s information. Their team went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the catering was seamlessly executed. The level of care and dedication from the entire team contributed significantly to the overall success of our wedding day. We are so grateful for the exceptional food and service that they provided, making our celebration truly unforgettable.

The Berwick catered my wedding on 9/2 at Combustion Brewery. Leading all the way up to the wedding the communication was fantastic, and they let us come by another time after our tasting to pick up something else we wanted to try. Those things actually made it as our main courses. They were so accommodating and made the whole process easy. Day of- they were on time, and ready to rock. Everyone on the service staff and the event captain were extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. They even asked us if we wanted to take anything home. They boxed up food for us. It was very thoughtful. 10/10 highly recommend getting The Berwick to cater your wedding. I cannot even begin to tell you how many compliments we got on our food. Not one complaint! :) Thank you to the Susi family and everyone involved.

They did an excellent job catering for my wedding. The food was fantastic, and they even made suggestions on amounts of food to fit the number of people we had. They delivered the food on time and in the appropriate amounts. Also the food was very reasonably priced. We managed to feed arouns 250 people for probably the best price I could find in Columbus. Not only was the service good but the food itself was excellent. We had the chicken marsala, baked ziti, roasted veggies, and roasted potatoes. All the food was delicious, and we had people going back up for seconds. The chicken marsala, in particular, was a favorite. I highly recommend them. Just make sure you plan far enough in advance for your order.

We chose The Berwick as our wedding caterer and could not have asked for a better caterer! They were super communicative to ensure we had everything we needed for the day of the wedding which relieved so much of my stress. Not to mention the food was UNBELIEVABLE. We had our tasting about a year before the wedding and loved all of the food, but we were skeptical whether the food would taste just as good once wedding day came around and was made in bulk. But I think the food tasted BETTER on wedding day than the tasting, which is saying something! All of our guests raved about the food - especially the BBQ beef brisket, mac n cheese, and vodka tortellini. And we got to take home any leftovers that night! I could not recommend The Berwick enough!!

Slow to get food, but it was very good when we got it

We rented this place and when we showed up it was still dirty. We had to clean and setup at the same time. The food was ok. The team was kind. They helped us as we pointed things out.

This is a seriously amazing team. Not only were they able to work around our many changes, but the food was incredible! I highly recommend their catering services. We hosted 300 people for our event and the service was great and so was the food. I hope to have an opportunity, sooner rather than later, to dine with The Berwick again!

We booked Berwick for our wedding in December 2023. Not only does Berwick provide incredible food, but they also provided first-class service & support when we needed to calculate mixers for our bar, signature cocktails, and cookie / cake needs. Highly recommend Berwick!

The food was dry and cold. I think they were suppose to be sliders and the burgers were hard, cold, buns were hard. No outside patio. I think it was a poor choice on our groups part. Place is very clean

TJ and his staff were outstanding. From the first initial contact, the tasting and the day of. We really could have asked for anything more from them. They were on time got set right up helped coordinate with the venue. The food was outstanding and he let us customize the menu a bit. We heard all night how great the food and service was. It helped make the night spectacular. Thanks TJ

Some rave reviews from my wedding guests: -BEST wedding food I've ever had -The gnocchi was so delicious! I ate my spouses portion and I don't even like gnocchi. But I like this gnocchi! - Wait you can order the gnocchi to go?! we need that at every family holiday. All and all Orlando and his crew blew our reception out of the water. Everything I ate was amazing. Pro Tip: go for the vodka sauce on the gnocchi, it is clearly was a crowd favorite!

Excellent catering pickup from the Berwick 🤩👍. Italian chicken, green beans, rolls all delicious 😍. Chicken was moist, hot and flavorful ‼️. Great people work there, brought my order to my car and made sure we had butter for the rolls... BEST Italian food in Cbus 😋👍👍

Such a GREAT place to have your meetings and parties or to have your affair catered. It's been around a long long time and is an iconic landmark. The food is beyond amazing every. single. time. Cannot say enough about the food and the staff are all very good at what they do.

We very much enjoyed working with these caterers earlier this year! We do many weddings throughout the year (DJ Czer Events) and this was by far one of the easiest catering staff to work with! And the food.....I can't say enough about it, I still think about how amazing it was!

We attended a birthday party here. The food was amazing, the waitstaff made sure that our water glasses did not go empty. The linens, chairs and tables were in great shape. The hall was very clean and well lit. Plenty of parking even with another party happening in the building. The parking lot could use some pothole repair and better striping though. All in all, it was a great night.

Food and service was amazing. Only issue is if there is another event going on at the same time their music bleeds through the shared wall.

Food was fresh and home made. Made Thanksgiving & Christmas dinner for 6 so easy. Got to pick up day of holiday, was hot & ready to eat.

I purchased the sausage and peppers, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese for a retirement gathering at work..... it got RAVE reviews!!! Everyone enjoyed it!!! Everything is homemade and fresh and you could tell. The staff was courteous and professional. I would DEFINITELY recommend The Berwick if you have an event you need catered.....DELICIOUS!!!!

I was a guest at a wedding this past weekend and The Berwick provided service and buffet style food. The food was the best I have had at a wedding in my entire life. I had mashed potatoes, cheese tortellini, and marinated chicken. I went for seconds. The bartender staff were professional and efficient. I could not recommended this catering enough. For my wedding, I chose a venue with in house catering. Otherwise, I would be calling The Berwick today to book them.
