This used to be our go to for great Italian food. This time it was just ok. Side salads are now $7. So for $20, all you get is your pasta. Waitress brought us 2 rolls and butter with our salads. When we asked for a couple more when our entrees came, they charged us $1.50 for the rolls and $.50 for the butter. Really. 😞

Second time here and it’s quickly becoming my go to for Italian. The Fettuccine Alla Romana is just fantastic, and all of the food is great. Very well cooked Veal Parmesan. What’s really impressive is how all of the servers and the owners are out there working as a team to check on you and bring out the food. They had a party of 19 and still didn’t skip a beat! I tip my hat to the owners 🤠

Perfect date night spot with delicious food. Don't skip on the specials, you'll find something new. Romantic atmosphere, linens and formal dining table set. The food is high end and worth savoring. Our service was very slow but it seemed our waiter was new and may have made some errors. We waited 20 minutes to even get a beverage order in and 30 minutes for bread, it was over an hour before entrees came. We didn't mind once we started eating. It's everything you'd want in an authentic italian meal, no pretentious commercialized dishes here!

This Italian Restaurant is a hideaway treasure for the folks of Columbus. We had our community dinner there at a recommendation of our neighbors. They accommodated about 22 people from our group and everyone had a wonderful time. Food choices based on the smiles across the table were all great. Staff was attentive to the large group of people we had. Recommend everyone to dress up and call in ahead of time to reserve your table.

Love this restaurant. I've been coming here for a couple of years. The food is always excellent, the service is great, and it has that classic small Italian restaurant ambience. Do yourself a favor and skip the chain restaurants for this gem. You won't regret it.

Lasagna was great! It was a bit disappointing that the lasagna did not come with a salad given the price of the dish $20 +tip. (And it was a carry out order)

Service was terrible! We had a group event and we were split into 2 tables.... our friends had finished eating before our table got our salads. Meals did not arrive until 2 hours after we arrived!! I hate to complain because I had heard great things about this place, but our only explanation was from our waitress who said they were short staffed. My food arrived luke warm and was average at best for the price. No manager ever came out to apologize or explain, no offer to give us a coupon to come back at another time, or comp part of our meal. It was my first time there and l will likely not return.

Came back again. Food was delicious. Had the gnocchi -- it was too dense -- the sauce was tasty. The fried calamari was excellent -- much better than before. Had the bombs for dessert -- yummy. The atmosphere was better -- the entire restaurant was remodeled. Service was good.

Really good caesar salad and bread, good drinks, both entrees were fresh and faultless. The cannoli wasn't my favorite but the rest of the meal easily made up for it.

Claudiana's was beautiful, much bigger inside than it looks from the outside.. The food was delicious, homemade authentic Italian and the service was fantastic. Can't wait to try another dish there.

An overwhelming candle greets you at the entrance (not the smell of italian food), then you will be taken away to a regular table by soft-spoken staff. Upity style itallian, not itallian American. The food was pretty decent, but not amazing. Portions were small. My mother found a long white hair in her salad and was told "That happens sometimes" instead of being offered a new salad or a comp. Prices were a bit high, but the spaghetti noodles were at least homemade. With better wait staff and less human hair in the food it would have been 7/10.

Was coming through Columbus traveling for work. I’ve eaten at some of the competitor Italian restaurants in the area, HANDS DOWN this is some of the best Italian food that I’ve ever had and I travel frequently in my 16 state territory. If you are a local or just traveling through and in the area give this place a try and you won’t be disappointed! Their selection of Handmade and homemade ingredients will leave you wanting to come back for more.

The starter bread they give you along with garlic butter is amazing. I ordered bruschetta and Linguine with olive oil. The bruschetta was really good the linguine said it would have crushed red pepper but it didn't I had to ask for it. The linguine was nothing special it was alright. But overall it was worth a visit.

My wife and I had dinner on 10/25 at Claudiana from approximately 5:50 to 7:00 PM. We have eaten at this restaurant in the past and like the food. Last night we found the food still enjoyable, but the service provided by the waitress was disappointing. She was very slow on service (I would not see her for long periods of time), couple of her comments to my wife and I were unprofessional, and I was overcharged for the drinks that I had with my meal. I have traveled across the States and most of Canada the last 35 years so I have eaten in many restaurants. Good waiters and waitresses are mature and professional and know what you have ordered and DO NOT overcharge for food and drink you did NOT have. I caught the overcharged amount and had it corrected by the waitress. Her TIP reflected the poor service. Again, I enjoyed the food. but I would recommend to all who eat at this restaurant, make sure your food and drink charges are correct before you pay.

First off, I called for reservations on short notice and the lady did accommodate us, so I give them huge props for that. My rating is somewhat strange because overall 4 stars with only one category (service) getting 4 stars. We thought the food, although good, was overpriced. My wife hardly got any sauce with her ravioli, but my daughter absolutely loved her linguine olio and my rigatoni were good. Service seemed a little slow but they were also packed, so for the amount of people that were in the restaurant, our service was good. At least the server kept the drinks coming, so that was within his control. I realize that the server had no control over how quickly the food was being prepared. Again, overall good considering they were absolutely packed but they still got us in on short notice and they really did try their best to keep up.

Good food not great. I ordered the chicken Parm and it had way too much sauce. My wife had the gnocchi and it was really good. The bruschetta was fabulous! There wine prices were really good. Service was a little slow, but I attribute that to the place being fully booked.

Start to finish .. hands down the best Italian food in Columbus by far. Great wine choices .. the bread is crispy on the outside and decadent soft on the inside .. accompanied by house made herb butter .. the rigatoni and bolognas is amazing .. wedding soup is delicious .. cream lemon cello which is my favorite and the tiramisu is to die for. Bruna is an amazing server . Highly recommend !!

Happened upon this gem of an Italian restaurant and could not have been more thrilled! The service was wonderful, ambiance so authentic and the food was out of this world. They take reservations as well which is always a plus. Highly recommend!! Loved it and will he back whenever we are in town!

Best Italian food in Columbus! Excellent atmosphere and they’re always accommodating for larger parties and groups. We take all our friends there and everyone always has a great time. Must try!

Everything here looks incredible, and is made by hand and with love. We had the sausage and peppers for an appetizer which was perfection. My husband had their veal chop and I had their veal piccata and shared a bottle of Brunello. We can’t wait to come back. I would give them more stars if it were an option!

My son and I have been eating here for years. Claudiana is an exceptional person. She goes above and beyond, the employee's are most wonderful as well. We feel like we are visiting with family. I encourage anyone to visit this restaurant. THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!

In town for the weekend, had group of 11. 3 other restaurants turned us down! These people were great! Made up a table for us, great service, great food! Thanks to the entire staff for a great dinner!

My husband and I went here for the first time and we just loved it. I had the chicken parm and my husband had the ravioli. We both loved our meals. The bread was great too with the yummy butter. We loved the atmosphere at the restaurant and the servers were very attentive and good. We can’t wait to go again! Great experience overall!

Truly a hidden gem. The Bruschetta was both delicious and beautiful, the lasagna was so flavorful, and the Desserts are a perfect way to round off your meal. Worth every penny for sure, and will definitely be going back.

The service and food are always dependable. You think fettuccine is just fettuccine until you try this homemade fettuccine - so light it melts in your mouth. We've been there several times and loved everything we tried. Great generous pours on their cocktails and wonderful wine. I'm so glad they are back after covid. Family owned so give this a try instead of the big chain restaurants, you'll be glad you did.

A bit overpriced but actually totally worth it. Excellent food in a very nice setting. It is like the TARDIS. What you see on the outside is nothing like what you find on the inside!! Highly recommend!

Ardi and Tasha, the owners, are some of the nicest people in the restaurant business. They are passionate about the food they make and extraordinarily keen to detail when it comes to the ingredients they put in their homemade recipes. The food was excellent. I felt it was very well portioned and very high quality. I enjoyed the food as well as the ambiance of this restaurant. Thank you for a great experience! I’ll be back soon.

We have now been here twice, in hopes that the second time would be better. In my opinion, the prices are very high for the meal portion, and compared to other high-end Italian restaurants in the area. I didn’t expect to have an “additional charge” on my bill when I asked for more bread, I’ve never been charged for more bread at a restaurant ever. The wait staff is very friendly, but that’s not enough for me to come back.

I came on a busy night, and they were short staffed all throughout the house, to be fair. It took more than a few minutes for the owner to make it to the door to seat us, and then much longer for anyone to greet us. Ok, that’s life these days, and I’ve always liked this restaurant, so I dealt. Looking at the menu, I noticed the price increase. Dramatic. I dine out a lot, these prices were out of line. My friend and I split a large wedge salad, meh. The blue cheese dressing tasted like the cheapest bottled version they could find, almost no tomatoes or bacon. My friend’s ravioli was bland, and the pasta itself also looked premade. I ordered chicken piccata. The side dish of fettuccine Alfredo was delicious. The chicken itself was cooked properly, but the sauce….I can’t call it sauce, and there was WAY too much of it. Pretty sure that sauce was jarred chicken gravy with some lemon juice and capers stirred in. Huge disappointment. Don’t order more bread, that’s now $3, and it’s not remarkable bread by any stretch. We were served by the owner’s wife, who doubled as bartender. She was lovely, competent, and funny. I’m sorry to see one of my favorite restaurants struggling so much. I can only guess it’s Covid related. I’ll wait awhile before I give it another shot.

One of the best Italian restaurants in town. Too bad not centrally located. Menu is diverse & delicious. More than tomatoes. Good service + very good food = great value. You'll want to come back for more. Lunch no longer available. Carry out orders taken beginning at 4pm. Dine in starts at 5pm. COVID guidelines in place.
