Not gonna order my food from Subway anymore. I got my sandwich with bacon in it even though I didn't ask for bacon. And because I don't eat bacon I contacted the restaurant to send them a picture of my sandwich and I asked for a refund. But they refused to do so. I paid 17$ for NOTHING.

Under new ownership. Not a good experience. Ordered online for pickup. Received wrong order, but only found out after walking back to my office. Emailed to notify owner and asked for store credit or a refund. Received generalized response from owner ignoring my request for credit.

Being homeless broke and hungry and having to walk for 16 18 hours a day that lady was a lot of help with feeding me

I think they are under new management.. they are always so friendly and speedy when I go for lunch. Great spot!

There is constantly some issue with this Subway, even though it says they accept AMEX they dont. You go in with a coupon and order a 6 inch and get to the register and they let you know you cant have the 6 inch because they dont accept coupons. Just Close Already....

The best Subway in Downtown Columbus. The owner, Larry, knows his customers (including me) by name, treats everyone great, and runs an efficient and clean store with great food. I go about once a week during lunch and each time the staff are great. Considering they are a huge chain, this Subway treats you like they're the mom and pop shop next door. :)

The customer service here is horrible. The crew member Shay has a nasty attitude and so does the other staff member didn’t get the name. They have to be desperate to employee Shay just horrible.

Employees that work here are great been there almost everyday for a few weeks now and it's been a positive experience every time.

Standard Subway quality. Weird they dont put paper under your sandwich while making it unless you are getting it toasted.

Amazing people very kind and generous, they know me by name and have always done above and beyond to make sure my order is done and ready by the time I get there. I have social anxiety and order online and they know this and have always been very gentle and kind. I even got a holiday card from them!! The best subway in Columbus by far!!!
