Service was fast through the drive through but the chicken is ridiculous. Why is every chicken joint going to these flat rubber pieces of chicken? KFC has the same exact chicken tenders which are Horrible! The fries and biscuits are awesome but I used to love Popeyes chicken, not anymore or until they go back to real chicken. Please go back to the way you used to be!

Consistently very rude, always forgetting to give us any sauces at all, regularly out of many menu items. If they happen to be in stock of what you order it’s usually good if it’s not cold by the time they bring it out to your car 30 minutes later.

Allow me to begin by saying I do not normally review chain restaurants, but this experience was saddening. I decided to eat Popeyes strictly for the nostalgia of it and it was a complete fail. The woman that worked the window did an excellent job, the chicken had to have been sitting out for hours. It was very hard and dry, the other half of my issue was the price was too high for the lack of quality in the food. I will not be returning to a Popeyes again.

Spicy chicken sandwiches we got last week were tiny and didn't seem to have the appropriate breading. Person taking order in drive-thru didn't listen well. 7-minute wait for a couple of menu items. An item was missing, so had to go into the store to get it.

This location just gets worse and worse. Every time we go they're out of something, which is understandable these days, but they also completely forget to put items in your order, as well. I love Popeye's, or love what it used to be, so I keep giving them another chance a few times a year and I'm always disappointed. Why do I keep doing this to myself? Because I love their red beans and rice, that's why. And it's the item they are most often out of or most often left from my order when they do have it. The quality of the chicken is not consistent anymore. Sometimes it's good, sometimes not. You just never know what you're going to get.

Bad location, popeyes usually pretty good just not this 1. I've given them multiple opportunities to change my mind since I live 5 minutes away but always Terrible service mediocre food and there always out of something or forget something.

Had to wait 45 minutes for our food. Was given a Dr pepper when we requested a diet coke. Was very annoyed since I'm diabetic. When they exchanged the pop the diet coke tasted like soda water so it did not get drunk. We didn't receive napkins and two pieces (breast) were not fully cooked. Very unhappy with the service. Very upset since we spent 40 bucks. 😡😡😡

Typical Popeyes. The line of cars was smaller than normal, but the service was slow, as usual. I find the individuals taking your order at this Popeyes to be very rude. They always seem like they have an attitude. No pleasantries at all. Surprisingly, the managers generally have the same attitude. Atypical of most Popeyes, my order was correct. I think they just need more workers and customer service training. But again, I feel this way about most Popeyes.

If you want chicken or food in general don't come to this location. They told me they were out of spicy and mild chicken cause they didn't want to make it, mind you its only 5pm, so it's not like it was the end of the shift. They said it was a 12 min wait and ended up giving me 3 of smallest pieces of chicken. I wasted my money here today, but never again. Poor service, poor food everything was bad about this place. I only gave 1 star so I can make this comment otherwise if I could I'd give them negative stars.

Used to be a great place now if the have what you order it's a miracle. I had to wait 20 minutes for chicken and it was lunch time.

After Popeyes accepted my UberEats order they waited an hour and when the driver arrived told him they were out of my tenders and wings. Refused to cancel on their end causing me to not get a refund because the driver was already at location. The lady said she was a manager and refused to give the corporate number or Store manager/District Manager name.

Ordered regularly tenders, they only had 3 small pieces left. Which were not even three whole tenders...just pieces of them. Mac n cheese was slimy and The lady taking orders inside was extremely rude, food was disgusting and place was a mess. Columbus location

Service today was great. The cashier was super nice. The food was over cooked. It was too hard to eat.

Popeyes isn't what it used to be. They you use to be friendly and make sure everything was in your bag. The Stringtown Rd location in Grove City has been terrible despite it being the top sales. They can't ever get my order right. Called store and only be told sorry.

I'm not sure what you have done but your tenders shouldn't be given to a dog. The tenders used to be crunchy but now they aren't. Popeye's needs to take a look at their food from 10 years ago. Complete opposites!

Took us 25 mins to get our meals inside. The bathroom was disgusting. The manager was very helpful with staff. Just lacking organization and the need for speed when it came to front counter. The drink counter needed stocked and cleaned. But the food was BOMB!

The restaurant opened up at 10:30 a.m., I arrived about 11:09 a.m. ordered a 6-piece ghost pepper Wing meal also a 12 piece ghost pepper meal they had the six piece ghost pepper meal, but I was asked if I wanted to wait for the 12 piece ghost. I asked how long I was told 10 minutes total that's because they had to marinate some more wings and then the frying time I did not receive my food until about 11:46. Bathroom wasn't clean. Let me add A co-worker myself were the only ones there at the time parking lot was empty so I didn't understand why I they didn't have the ghost pepper wings already prepared knowing that a lunch rush was coming. Also the soda machine or pop machine depending on where you're from the majority of the buttons I pushed said unavailable when I received my ghost pepper wings I was disappointed they tasted nothing like the ones I received at the Popeyes on Hamilton Road I have more I want to say but no sense in beating a dead horse.

Food is good and staff is generally nice but very seldom get my order right.

Wanted to get 20 store managers some lunch for helping my store out so I ordered $185 of food. Huge order. And the manager there was rockin'. She ran her shift very well as usual. Took charge of her team, delegated takes, communicated effectively and more. I tried to hire her on spot but she said you all take very good care of her! Great job team!

I wouldn’t rate them any stars the manager here that worked tonight has a bad attitude lazy and customer service sucks . I made her aware of it as she didn’t think I heard the things she was saying to the other woman that worked the drive thru tonight .

The touch screen on the drink machine was so dirty I did not get a drink. The dining room was not too bad. It could use a wipe down and floor swept. The employees were pleasant. That’s where the second star came fro.

When I pulled around, cashier was doing some form of a happy dance. When he gave me my food and wished me well, I had to remind him to give me my drink. Get home, we’ll, he forgot the sauce - which really reminds you how not good this food really is. “World famous Mac and cheese” isn’t good, and without sauce, the fingers are meh. Ghost pepper wings are also not good.

From the chicken to the biscuits, the flavors you get at Popeyes are amazing. You have to try the cajun gravy!

There has to be a management change. Waited for more than $20 mn for a few pieces of chicken. Seems like the fryer was not functioning properly.

Last two times they couldn't get the order right, but the employees can stand around and eat dessert. Automate the food industry and get rid of useless people, please!

Called about getting 1 of their turkeys, it was before they opened, Priscilla said they had them just to come thru drive-thru to pick up since lobby wouldn't open till noon. Very pleasant and helpful. This is the only Popeyes that I go to for this very reason! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!

Was hoping for more once Gilligan took over the franchise. They were out of ketchup. The girls were pretty up to speed, but it still seemed like I was an interruption to their conversation than a customer they were focused on. Chicken hot right out of the fryer good, Fries good, Mashed potatoes lukewarm, who knows why... (side note, Filipinos mix ketchup and gravy for their fried chicken)

I did not have a good experience here may I add when I place my order there was not a sole in site no one behind me no one in front of me after everything that I said I was asked is that it is that it and because of that I forgot that I was wanting to get the banana cake that I wanted to try I spent over $50 when I made it to the window I paid for my order I got my drinks another woman came to the window and handed me my bag as she's handing me the bag I asked for honey black and ranch she repeatedly said it's in the bag it's in the bag just dismissing me so I asked is everything's in the bag she just walked away from the window so I pulled up past the window to check my order I was missing my five piece tender my nuggets my large fry and four of my biscuits so then I pulled back around and told the young lady at the window I was missing my tenders my nuggets fries etc and the attitude started flying I find it funny how you want my business you took my money but I cannot get what I ordered and now being talked to and treated like I did something wrong because I didn't just drive off and accept the fact that I was not going to get the rest of my order because I'm telling you I didn't get everything now you're upset with me I gave her my receipt which she did not give back she came back to the window with my large fry in my nuggets and I said honey I'm still missing my tenders and my biscuits she said what you didn't get your tinders either I'm still missing my biscuits I say you need to roll back them cameras and we need more communication skills making your customers feel like they did something wrong because you didn't give them everything they ordered it's not okay did not get a sorry nothing I felt like I was bothering these people by placing my order

I got a 3 piece meal with 3 small sides and spent over $17. The chicken was super small pieces and the food taste terrible. I took one bite of each thing and gave it all to a homeless person. I could not have been more disappointed. I will never go back there again.

Tried the chicken sandwich for the first time. It was delicious. A nice slice of onion would have topped it off for me. Fries were good and hot. It was a perfect lunch for me. I will come for another sandwich soon. Thank you

I love Popeyes and so far have not been disappointed in this location. Great food awesome staff very courteous, friendly and attentive.
