Nothing but the highest scores in all areas including, parking, excellent security and crowd management, lighting, restrooms, comfortable seating, view from all seats, absolutely awesome climate control under "post-covid" with sold out Elton John Farewell concert! The Schott has it down to a science including ticket confirmation just before the event with updated guidelines of what you can and cannot bring. I never heard a single complaint...and that is rare!! Bravo to all those working these events as you are all intelligent, informed, helpful volunteers or employees that use common sense! #grateful

Went here for the Big Time Rush concert. The center is very clean, and you can't get most as it makes a big circle. I would definitely come here again in the future for another concert or to watch the Buckeyes play baseball.

This was a great place to hold The NKOTB mixtape tour 2022. I have never seen a NKOTB concert ever, even though they are my favorite band. Tonight was my first ever concert with them. I had the best time EVER. I felt like a teenager again. LOVED THE CONCERT. Great night. #nkotbmixtapetour

I went to see Kirk Franklin and Maverick City . I sat in the handicap seats and they were perfect. I took good picks and enjoyed myself. Nice and cool inside and clean bathrooms.

I will never understand why there would be a “bag policy” of under a 5x7 bag to enter this venue. My husband and I were at the Schottenstein center to watch our son in the state wrestling tournament. We had a park 15 minutes away. We went to check in and they refused to allow me to enter because I had a leather backpack purse. That had a phone, hairbrush , Kleenex, Chapstick and a phone charger for my son. They were so rude and acted like robots. My husband had to take my purse back to our car. They acted horribly. I will never come back to this venue. The staff were so disrespectful. I have never been treated so poorly. The rule makes no sense at all. Not to mention woman have to carry lots of things with them medications and personal items. This is discrimination in my opinion against woman. Horrible treatment! They do not even deserve 1 star, but I had to choose something.

Just came back from seeing Elton John at the center today. And let me tell you it was so worth the money and the wait. Such an amazing experience if haven't seen Elton John in concert I totally recommend you do before this last tour is over. The finale at the end is so worth it he has way of just getting you into the moment.

Nice venue for a concert, a little smaller than Nationwide, so it felt a little more intimate. I thought the acoustics were a little iffy at times, but even from the upper bowl we had a great view of the stage.

Went here for the HBCU Classic for Columbus 2nd Annual College Basketball Game and Celebrity Extravaganza. Parking used to be free almost a year ago now parking is $20 per car. Just be aware of that when attending events at this arena. Also too, this arena (like many others) is cashless and you also can't carry in a certain sized bag into the arena. Either than that, I usually have good experiences at this arena.

The venue was great. The bathrooms were spotless! The food is way over priced! Especially since my pizza was burnt and cold and the popcorn was stale. But the girls had a good time and that's all that matters.

Clean and modern facilities with friendly staff and tons of food and drink options. The Schottenstein center or as it is sometimes called the Schot always seems to have something happening be it an Ohio State Sporting event, concert or even monster trucks. Definitely a venue worth checking out the next time they host something you’re into.

Saw NF in concert here with my stepson. I was impressed with how easy it was to navigate through the building and find our seats. There was plenty of signage indicating where to go. The bathrooms/building overall was very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Definitely a venue I will visit again if there's more events there that I'm interested in.

Have not been here in years. Looks good and still a good venue. The chairs on the metal removable seating rows does need a little upgrade. Would come here for a game or event any day.

Went here for a Paramore concert. It has a horrible sound system, goofy video screens and special effects, and a poor seating layout. I do not recommend this arena for concerts.

The center was super clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The staggering seats make it super nice for shows as you can see over anyone in front of you. Bathrooms were super clean. Enjoyed my concert a lot more in such a nice facility.

🙆-H-I-🙆 The Schott is a pretty great athletic arena, tbh I’ve only watched OSU Men’s Hockey games there thus far, and from the red coats to the athletic band, they do a great job of it. My one complaint would be the restricted entry points, but that’s understandable from a security and staffing perspective. Parking is easy and well-managed as long as you don’t intend on driving on the connecting road just to the north of the building - pick a side and go around!

Very nice arena. You don't stand a chance easily getting to the front door, and you will be ushered out an exit that won't be familiar to you. Good luck finding your way to your car or Uber driver. This was a huge problem as I have a walking disability.

My experience was wonderful, saw the buckeyes play hockey and they won - the facility was clean and parking was accessible. I highly recommend seeing a game

Super concert, I mean come on, it was TheWho. Special event for us, we paid for floor seats. Very very hot down there. Super tiny metal hard seats. Saw several people leave who could not fit in the munchkin seats. And the seats were clipped together. Terribly uncomfortable. One woman left in tears. Floor bar prices were ridiculous. Staff was friendly and the show was awesome. Sure we did stand a lot, but it was just tough to sit when we wanted to.

We loved the Andre Rieu concert. They are fantastic start to finish. Why the 4. A concert like this at The Schott. The people at The Schott are very helpful and polite, parking was very conveniently located and it's a beautiful, modern facility and will hold 20,000 to 25,000 fans for a basketball game or rock concert. An orchestra is just not well served in this kind of venue. A venue like the Ohio Theatre would be wonderful, but, at 2700 seat capacity the Ohio Theatre would be totally inadequate for the crowd that Andre Rieu would need to accommodate. To pull 10 to 15 million dollars and 20,000 fans you need a venue the size of The Schott. Again though, Andre Rieu and his orchestra, choir and other performers and staff were a once in a lifetime must see event.

Went to the arena for a TV taping of AEW Dynamite. The event aside, which was incredible, The Schottenstein Center is a marvelous venue. Well kept and clean, tons of food vendors and bathrooms which I'm sure helps minimize lines, and all the staff was kind. Also, we were able to leave in less than 10 minutes because it was so well organized. Love this place!

The Schottenstein Center had a lot of open space in the walk ways! After walking the facility I was able to find seating which would be accessible for wheelchairs users and most importantly, these seats appeared to be easy to get to from the entrance! Though it appears there were only select bathrooms which were more accessible, the ones I had gone into had accessible stalls but high sinks and high paper towel holders. Overall, the facility seemed to be accommodating, but I could imagine it being more difficult to navigate with a full concert (I was there for an Ohio State only event).

Staff at venue was extremely kind and helpful. They made sure to give me information to make any future events I attend even more enjoyable. Very clean and very impressed with how easy it was to park and walk to venue.
