This
was
the
worst
IHG
experience
I
have
ever
had.
We
have
stayed
at
this
location
several
times
in
the
past
and
it
was
always
pleasant
(but
it’s
been
a
few
years).
1st
off
we
check
in
late
-
around
11p
-
the
room
is
musty
and
the
bed
was
wobbly.
Around
2am
the
bed
frame
collapsed.
The
next
morning
we
tell
the
desk
and
they
said
they
will
get
it
fixed.
After
a
long
day
we
return
and
are
told
the
bed
was
fixed.
We
get
to
the
room
and
all
of
the
bedding
was
on
the
floor
and
couch.
We
inform
the
desk
as
we
were
leaving
for
dinner
and
they
said
they
would
care
for
it
while
we
were
out.
We
return
from
dinner
and
as
we
walk
in
the
lobby
the
desk
clerk
makes
it
a
point
to
tell
us
the
bed
was
made
only
to
find
that
nothing
had
been
touched.
Went
back
to
the
desk
and
was
pretty
much
called
liars
because
the
lead
housekeeper
told
them
they
did
it
was
done.
We
insisted
that
someone
come
to
the
room
to
inspect
it.
The
front
desk
clerk
took
pictures
and
attempted
to
apologize
after
seeing
the
mess.
When
we
asked
about
them
making
it
right
we
were
told
they
couldn’t
do
anything
because
they
don’t
have
a
manager
on
weekends
but
promised
points
and
possible
refund
for
the
night.
We
switched
rooms
and
were
fine….so
we
thought.
Next
day
we
get
back
from
another
long
day
to
get
ready
for
dinner
only
to
find
out
there
is
no
ironing
board.
We
had
to
iron
on
the
bed
plus
the
iron
was
leaking
water
all
over
our
clothes.
Still
waiting
to
see
if
they
will
follow
through
with
the
promises
that
were
made.
Oh…
and
the
room
cost
$700
for
3
nights.
I
am
Platinum
Elite
member
so
I
stay
at
IHG
properties
a
lot.
This
was
just
a
brutal
experience.
