We travel a lot for dance competitions, and it's always stressful no matter what. So staying in a hotel that takes away some of that stress is always helpful. From check in to check out it was a great experience. Check in went smooth, we got right into our room. The room was immaculate. There was several probably food related stains on the curtains, that front desk staff addressed immediately and even comped our room and parking. The pool was clean and well taken care of. They served breakfast and dinner, both of which were delicious. Check out was just as smooth as check in. Absolutely no complaints, and we will definitely be staying at Drury Inn and Suites again.

Would 10/10 recommend this hotel! From cleanliness, to conveniently located, to the amazing staff! We were celebrating two little ones turned 6 and the management staff went above and beyond to even bring a goodie bag to our room for them. Breakfast was delicious and Karina made us feel like we were right at home. She immediately offered to make our kids waffles and was so kind to us all. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great hotel, truly one of the best in the city! Sunita was an absolute pleasure and delight, so glad she is managing there - she is a gem and could be the example of customer service anywhere! Even though they were under construction at the time of my visit, everything was very well-marked and all members of staff (even the construction guys) were exceptionally cordial and helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Very well located, many local restaurants that could fit all diets and budgets. Also, the hotel provides a decent "continental" breakfast AND dinner! With dinner you may enjoy up to 3 alcoholic beverages (well). The hot tub could fit about 10 men, although i think they limit it to less. The pool is very nice and is indoor/outdoor - only one of a handful i've stayed at that are constructed as such. Semi-unique. Highly recommend!!!!!

I recently stayed at this Drury for 4 nights for a business conference. I can't say enough positives about this hotel and it's staff. EVERYONE I encountered was most helpful and supportive, and the stay was enhanced because of that. The room was clean and bright, and the rooms certainly are quiet. I couldn't hear anything beyond my room. The food was great both morning and evening. Absolutely worth every dollar, and for the money it is a great stay!

We checked in rather late on a long road trip, the process was smooth and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. There is an $18/night fee to use the hotel parking deck and you really don't want to be stressed finding street parking so figure that into your expenses. The room was clean and large, and the bed was pretty comfortable. It was quiet too. Our biggest issue was that the bathtub and bathroom sink both were very slow draining. Taking a shower, you were standing in an inch of water. Couldn't rinse the bathroom sink out since it was so slow. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. The hotel provides soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There's also a small marketplace in the lobby if you need anything. We came in too late for the dinner and slept through breakfast so I can't speak to those. They also offered a complementary late checkout at noon. We both agree that we'd stay at a Drury again.

This is a really great place to stay! My family stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and it was perfect. The room was clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub were great. And the kickback "snacks" were more like a meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that there was attached parking and didn't mind the nightly fee.

Great customer service the representative Leslie stayed with a big smile and a positive attitude she also let us check out late. The rooms are clean and the parking is convenient as well. This was a father days getaway and I enjoyed myself in the outside pool and a inside pool they also have free dinner between 5 to 7 and also a bar with complimentary drinks if you stay with them. I will highly recommend this hotel.

There is some remodeling going on. They are maintaining things very well through the work. The staff is super friendly and do a great job accommodating their guests. The location is very convenient to downtown and the Short North area. It's one of the only hotels with a pool and hot tub in the area. The hot tub is inside, while the pool is both indoor and outdoor. Both have recently been refurbished.

The staff here is amazing. Everyone is incredibly kind and willing to help. We really enjoyed the meals and drinks. We will certainly be staying here next time we are in Columbus. It is also close to great restaurants and bars.

We got the room at a very reasonable rate! The rom was spacious, clean and felt like home! The bed is extremely comfortable!! The place is BEAUTIFUL! The breakfast buffet was literally a full course meal! I can't believe the amount of food there was! Eggs sausage, potatoes, biscuits, oatmeal, waffles, cereals, muffins, bread, bagels. Then a soda machine, juice machine, coffee machines. It was all free with the room! I am just shocked with how clean this place is! The shower head sucks(no pressure) but at the same time it was like a rainfall shower, so to some it may be nice. But super super nice hotel!

The nicest Drury have stayed in. By far. Located downtown, a 5 minute walk from everything. Rooms are pretty big and look brand new. Parking on premises ($18). Staff is extra nice and seems happy to be at work. Everything is spotless. Free food and drink area is spacious and comfy. We wish e were staying longer!

This place was absolutely amazing. The continental breakfast was the best free breakfast I’ve ever had. Leslie was awesome! Very friendly & personable. If she’s not a manager she absolutely should be she made our stay better. We will be back ! Thanks !

Under construction right now so downside is if you're swimming you have to go to your room to use the restroom because the bathrooms are down. Great staff. Everyone went above and beyond of what i expected. Very clean hotel. Only thing I have a complaint about is the food, and the pool area was so strong of fumes my eyes burned. Also, the parking garage is a little dangerous. Hard to see other cars coming from opposite direction, me and another car almost hit while coming in/leaving. Overall I'd still give 5 stars.

Really good location and friendly staff but building was totally under construction. Ceilings in the lobby were makeshift with cracks in it. Numerous locations in the building were blocked off including the Atrium. We could not even see out of our windows in our room because they had plastic wrap/tape over them to protect them from the construction. The pool was decent but had small pieces of styrofoam throughout the water due to construction material. Pretty disappointing considering the price. I am sure a much better experience once the construction finishes.

Free breakfast, dinner and cocktails. Can't beat that. Plus everybody was sooo nice. Got a free room upgrade with amazing city views! Our suite was very clean and considerably less expensive than nearby hotels. I'll be back!

We were a part of a bus tour to the COSI for the King Tutankhamun Exhibit. We stayed here that evening before heading home. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the city. They serve a complimentary breakfast that was very good. Karina was so gracious. I asked about decaf coffee and she told me that a fresh pot was being made. She even brought it to me at our table and she asked my wife if she needed more hot water for tea. I don't recall getting that kind of service in any other hotel/motel where we've stayed. I felt like royalty.

I never go to a convention unless I can book this hotel. I haven't been since 2019 and this experience is proof why. Upon entering the building was refurbished and looks fantastic. All the staff are wondering and welcoming and even offered options for my sister who is physically handicapped and has trouble walking. Our rooms clean, working fridge, AC, microwave and the halls are clean as well. I can't wait to be back next year for Matsuricon 2024, until next time. ❤️

Check-in was excellent! Staff friendly and informative. Location was in downtown Columbus, close to every where we needed to go. Happy Hour and Breakfast were great! Manager asked us about our stay several times throughout the weekend.

I stayed the night while riding the OTET and had a wonderful experience. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The complimentary food was an added bonus. Staff was always nearby to offer help and a smile. You can’t beat that.

10/10 experience! To the staff, the attitudes, willingness to help in every way possible, the food, the room, the amenities everything was wonderful for our quick stay here! We will definitely be back. Thanks for having us!

Location is a little difficult to get in & out of due to construction & the street being divided. BUT this hotel is a blessing for families who need to stay close to Children's hospital. They offer a generous discount for Children's patients through the hospital. The rooms have all been recently renovated, along with the lobby & breakfast area. They had a complimentary light dinner buffet from 5:30 to 7, as well as their free breakfast. Not having to go off the property to eat was very nice. My son enjoyed the pool & hot tub.

Wanted to take the time to thank everyone at the downtown Drury Hotel personally for the best stay i have had at any hotel in a 25 year career. Your team of smiling, professional, energetic staff is the best I have encountered. Their regard for their guests is much better than a five star review. I was always enthusiastically greeted by every staff member every time I walked into the lobby. Felt like being home with family and friends each day. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The beds are also very comfy. So please accept a very big thank you for making my stay the best ever. Thank you for the pizza by candlelight and making the best of a very unfortunate city power outage. Thanks for the great big smiles. You all are the best. God Bless!

I stayed here for a convention for a week and I was honestly blown away by it. The morning breakfast was perfect and the evening meal was a treat when I didn't feel like going back out to find food. The overall property was very clean and everyone who worked there was always helpful and kind.

Best hotel experience ever! From the clean, modern, and spacious rooms with comfortable beds to the free breakfast, free dinner, and free drinks, this place can’t be beat on value! Plus, the staff are the friendliest and most hardworking bunch around. This is my first time staying at a Drury Plaza Hotel and it certainly won’t be the last.

This place was better than I thought. The food was great and always fresh. The employees here were professional, kind, and courteous. Great walking distance to convention center without going outside in the cold. They even set up a Druly Account and added points to our stay. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel

So my wife and I have stayed at a few downtown Columbus hotels and by far this hotel has been the best. The staff and managers went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Sunita was the first to greet us with a big smile and gave amazing energy. Holly always made sure we were well taken care of for breakfast and made us smile with pleasant conversations. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who was the evening manager but he was fantastic as well. The room itself was perfectly sized for us. The beds were so comfy! No complaints at all. We were here for Galaxycon so it was pretty busy but we never felt neglected by staff or management. Everything was clean and tidy at all times. The complimentary breakfast and kickback (dinner/drinks) was fantastic each day we were here. We will definitely be back!

The customer care this Drury shows is heart warming. From the time we made accommodations to leaving we were highly impressed.Especially with Addyson at the front desk. She added detailed touches that were above and beyond and made us feel special. She wrote a very nice card for us and even took the time to write our name so beautifully on the envelope❤️Everyone was so kind and helpful. From the tall lady on night shift looking for a pad of paper for us and offering us her own little notepad from her purse, to the young gentlemen greeting us to supper and the food attendant who did amazing job with all the delicious food❤️. We loved the remodel too, Gorgeous!

This was my first ever visit to a Drury Hotel and definitely won't be my last. What an incredible service experience, from check-in to breakfast. Add to that a super clean room and you have the key ingredients for an excellent hotel experience. Staff is very friendly, and there are a lot of people working here to make sure you have a great experience. I was shocked at the number of staff based on the lean conditions at most hotels. I indulged in the evening reception, indoor/outdoor pool and breakfast - all included with my stay. At both meal services, friendly smiling staff picked up used plates and often asked how everything was with my stay! The evening reception includes ample food if you want to make it your dinner (nothing fancy but free) and that includes several drink options from wine and beer to some mixed drinks. If you want more upscale, they offer a lounge and grille on site or walk to restaurants nearby. The pool concept was really net with an indoor and outdoor section. It was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was another highlight with lots of choices including hot oatmeal, very good coffee and a nice large space so you're not crowded on top of one another. Finally, my room was spotless and everything was in good working order. Easy to connect and fast (and free) WIFI. It looks like they are doing some upgrades, none of which impacted my stay, but that did leave the elevator placard less then ideal. Dust and debris near the elevators on arrival was cleaned up the same evening. Location wise, your steps to Nationwide insurance, connected to the Convention Center and walkable to area restaurants.

From booking, check in, meals, room, and the security of area including parking just impeccable!! Staff was super nice and checked as we ate or came into the lobby. Leslie, DeLisa, food manager and all the staff were so nice and accommodating! We will plan another weekend as this hotel is class act!! Thanks again!

We had an excellent stay at Drury Inn! Comfortable rooms-beds and pillows were awesome! The pool was fun to relax in after a hearty dinner and adult beverages. Then we had a filling breakfast this morning before we headed home. My 16 year old son said this is definitely a 5 star hotel!

Loved it for a WEIRD reason. They has a limited selection of rooms with a conference room hooked into it. A "conference room" suite. It was great for me to play gigantic board games. I dubbed my stay "ColumboCon." number of science fiction / gamer attendees? TWO.

I don't understand why it's almost 700$ now for a two night stay. I always choose the hotel when going to Ohayocon but the prices have sky rocketed in the past 3 years. I unfortunately will have to book elsewhere this year, im hoping you all stop inflating your prices so dramatically

  • 5/5 christina p. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel was very clean. Offered a hot dinner and free drinks with I did not even know about, so that was a nice surprise. Hot breakfast in the morning was really good too. We used the pool area and the hot tub quite a bit. Very relaxing! Staff was very pleasant and interactive with the guest. The city has motorized scooters and we was able to ride them in front of the building in the bike lane as the street area was not busy. Area was overall quiet. I would definitely stay again if I go to that area!

Brendan Carroll has gone above and beyond from the moment we’ve checked in to every minor detail that we’ve discussed and asked about. He’s made a birthday celebration feel seamless, and he’s gone far above what we could ever have asked for! He should be recognized and commended for the way he treats guests!

Decent accommodations, first room had a leaking toilet so they upgraded us to a suite which was nice. Rooms are slightly dated but clean, nice that they have meals and a happy hour nightly. Beds are a little lumpy and left me with sore hips but that may just be because I am used to a premium mattress at home…

  • 5/5 ERIC 2 years ago on Google
Absolutely great! The staff, environment, just everything. Stayed 1 night there, just passing through, we are a family of 5 and stayed in a suite with two queens and a sofa pull out. Went to happy hour and kids got hotdogs while we were there. Staff, again, were all cheerful and would ask about our stay. (Little things like that I enjoy, not just a smile and greeting) They have an attached parking garage for convenience. I'm from a small town so was a little confused on where to park while I rented a room. We parked just out front trying not to block other cars. My family will be staying here again. Highly recommend this hotel!

  • 5/5 Adrian B. 1 year ago on Google
We had a great stay. Staff was nice and attentive. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was a bit chilly and hot tub was hotter than I've ever been in before, probably a little too hot. The rooms were quiet but almost too quiet, could've used a fan for white noise. The included breakfast is wonderful and what keeps us coming to different Drury Inns. We did not partake in the included dinner/drinks. I'm sure it was listed somewhere but we missed it, there is an $18 charge to park. Would stay again.

  • 4/5 Jeff C. 1 year ago on Google
Solid, extremely clean, but somewhat dated hotel located adjacent to the convention center and Nationwide headquarters. Room price includes both breakfast and happy hour, so a great value overall (though the happy hour food and drink offerings are extremely low budget; then again it's free, so better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick). My room was excellent for doing remote work; extremely quiet with fantastic space (I had a full 8 person worktable in my room). The staff were friendly and efficient, and the facility itself has an indoor pool and small gym. While it is within walking distance to several excellent bars and restaurants it is an Uber ride south to Germantown or north to the college campus.

We stayed here for the cultivate trade show. The pool was very nice. I also liked the large rooms and the breakfast was phenomenal. They even served dinner which I thought was a nice added bonus. Another great aspect is the fact that parking is in the same building.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! My experience at this hotel was spectacular! Clean rooms, great amenities, and literally the best staff I have ever come across at a hotel in my life. They go out of the wit way to ensure you have a great experience and quality stay. I want to specifically mention DEANDREA who noticed my close relationship with a group and went out of her way to change my room so make social time easier (without being asked) - 5 star customer service. Every single staff member was spectacular! Highly recommend staying with Drury and now I think I will look into other Drury hotels during my frequent travels!

Nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms great breakfast and evening meals. The only thing that could have been better was the temperature of the pool, but being half outside I realize it's difficult to keep warm during the winter. But the hot tub was actually hot and felt fantastic.

  • 5/5 William P. 1 year ago on Google
Easy check in and good amenities. They offer breakfast and food and drinks in the evening. Room was clean and spacious. My room faced the convention center and the only issue was the morning sun reflect off the adjacent building, the evening sun makes the room warm and they have lights that shine in the room in the evenings if you do not use the curtains. They are flexible on check-in and check-out times. It is very convenient for the conference center and most downtown attractions. Please ty of restaurants and other places near by. Much better than the stories about other hotels in the area.

  • 4/5 Amy G. 1 year ago on Google
Fantastic service! Warmly welcomed by front desk staff, plus the breakfast staff the next morning were cheerful, helpful, and quick! Great location with a secure parking ramp. The breakfast offering was excellent...fresh waffles, hot options like eggs and potatoes, cereal, pastries, and more. Drink options included juices, coffee, and soft drinks (great for us who get our caffeine through diet soda). We splurged on a king suite which was quite generous in size. Our only disappointment was a tired mattress that needed retirement.

  • 4/5 Nolan N. 1 year ago on Google
The customer service in this hotel was the best I've ever seen-- the staff makes an effort to say hello and acknowledge you every time you pass by. The breakfast was good, and although I wasn't able to attend the dinner reception/cocktail hour, it's very nice that it occurs every evening & that is a great perk for guests. This hotel connects with the convention center, which makes it very convenient to get to & from without having to walk outside. The only negative to this hotel was that some of the decor is a little tired, and it could use some freshening up. But all things considered, it was a great stay!

Great location in the heart of Columbus. Close to the Nationwide arena and the local night life on High Street. The hotel includes a free hot breakfast and evening snacks (ie. 5:30pm kickback) and is great value for the money. The staff was supper friendly and very helpful when issues would occur. I recommend this hotel and location.

I have to say this is the most different place I’ve ever been. I’m amazed by the charm of this hotel. It’s not the newest or modern. But the people here has the best attitude to help. Everyone is courteous and polite the manager is on the floor greeting and making sure everyone is having a good time good job guys keep things this way you guys are example for other places in the U.S.

Enjoyed my stay at Drury. The level of service is phenomenal- all staff were kind and welcoming. They also provided BOTH breakfast and dinner (which blew my mind). Simple food mostly, not a huge selection (although they did have a Belgian waffle maker), but it's free breakfast and dinner, so who cares! They also provide three FREE oneshot drinks per night! Room service was friendly and effective, and I am thoroughly without complaint. They are also attached to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, so you can get there without going outside, which I immensely appreciated. 10/10 highly recommend!

The service here is wonderful. The Staff is so caring and really make the effort to make you feel at home. My family and I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the cocktail/snacks. The evening "snacks" and breakfast were full meals and we saved on buying dinner/drinks on our trip. We booked here because the host hotel for our convention was full but we were so happy we did because we met such wonderful staff members like Sabrina, Lovelee and Benjamin. There were more staff members who I forgot their names but everyone we encountered went above and beyond to give us the best service possible. The only downside was the hotel was undergoing some construction but it's an older building so it was understandable.the rooms were clean and we will be back again just for the staff. Drury inn is lucky to have such dedicated workers and they'll be the reason we return in the future. Convenient hallway access to convention center through hallway.

I would not have stayed here if the hotel at which I had reservations hadn't told me they didn't have A/C in the facility -- and to me that was unacceptable. After making numerous calls to other hotels at 11 pm, I happened across the Drury which had vacancies. The building was also connected to the convention center so I was stoked. Breakfast was disgusting -- stale and hard english muffin and peanut butter were the only things I could eat due to food sensitivities. I'm sure none of those other breads were fresh as well. 5:30 kickback was disgusting and the meatball I ate tasted chemically and didn't taste like meat. Very disappointed with the menu -- I would not promote any of the food you presented as a luxury for staying with the brand. The bed physically hurt me. I left on Saturday, it's Wednesday and I need to go to the chiropractor -- I hurt so much. The room was clean and the employees are over the top nice. Drury needs to spend some $ on better quality food in order for it to be positively remembered. I appreciated the security of the parking garage.
