I was here for a conference. When I registered for it all of the conference rate rooms were booked. This was in reasonable walking distance of the conference, the rooms were less expensive and, probably, more charming and I was fed a very good breakfast each morning which was included. They, also, tried to help me check out something personal while I was here which resulted in my confirming that my mother had attended Ohio State University between 1940 and 1942 before leaving without earning a degree to join the Women’s Army Corps at the onset of WWII.

This place is a gem! Located in the best part of the Short North District in Columbus, you're within one block walking distance to the best the city has to offer...restaurants, galleries and boutiques galore! You simply cannot beat this location! This B&B is SO much nicer than a hotel and just totally suits the vibe of the neighborhood. Coming back here at the end of a fantastic night was much better than going to a cold hotel with no character. The home is beautiful, the suites are spacious, and Trelene is lovely! The breakfast she cooked us was so delicious and entirely gluten-free, as I requested. The gluten-free oat parfait she baked me was so wonderful that I asked her for the recipe and she wrote it down for me. We also asked her where to shop for a particularly hard to find item, and boy did she send us to the right area! We were able to go to 6 different stores hunting for our item, and we ended up finding the perfect dress. This will be our new go-to spot every time we come to visit this great city that we love so much!

Due to adding more than a week to my stay at the last minute, I stayed in 3 of the rooms. I really loved the 3rd floor rooms (though the stairs not so much). The house is very clean, and the host, Trelene, is delightful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It was a wonderful place to stay and I'll be back with my whole family in June!

This was my first stay in a B&B, and I'd have to say the bar is now set very high! My husband and I didn't want to leave! Trelene made us feel so welcome, and her breakfasts were delicious! The house was so cool and in the best location. Everything was cozy and clean and there were so many little added touches of thoughtfulness. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay downtown, especially wanting to avoid a hotel!

Our stay was excellent! The accommodations and service provided, including a very delicious.breakfast, was incredible. I really liked the location. It was within walking distance of the concert we attended at Keemba. We would gladly stay here again.

This was my first B&B experience! I felt like I was taking a step back in time! It was so quaint and lovely! The hosts were very nice and the people staying as guests were polite too. I now would rather stay in a B&B than a hotel any day!

I went to Columbus for a conference, and didn't want to stay in a soulless chain hotel. I prefer smaller privately owned hotels, but Columbus does not have many of those, so I chose to stay at 50 Lincoln. It's in a neighborhood that's a short walk to downtown. The neighborhood is vibrant with lots of dining options. There are lots of privately owned shops. I was so impressed by the dining and entertainment options in Columbus, it's truly a hidden gem. As much variety of foods as a big city like Boston or New York. What makes 50 Lincoln special is Trelene. She is a welcoming and hospitable host. She made me feel comfortable, and makes delicious breakfasts. She made excellent recommendations which made my trip even more fun. She is invested in providing her guests an enjoyable visit. I also enjoyed learning about life in Columbus from her. I can see why she has so many return visitors. The house itself is lovely. I stayed in a small room which was perfect for my needs. The room is cleaned daily, and towels and bedding is very comfortable. It's very Victorian, and is an excellent value. If you are in Columbus stay at 50 Lincoln!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a wedding in Italian village. It was just perfect! Delicious breakfast and the place was clean and beautifully decorated. Thanks, Trelene!

Comfy centrally located in the short north district with off street parking included. Reasonably priced with tasty breakfast included. A great lodging choice in Columbus.

The house is lovely, breakfast was good and Trelene was a help answering our questions. Being unfamiliar with Columbus, I wasn't sure what to expect, but we were very close to a variety of good restaurants, shopping and nightlife. We had a good time and would be glad to book again.

My finance and I stayed in one of the larger rooms on the second floor. We really liked having a separate seating area. The room was nicely furnished and very quiet and cozy. We stayed there to attend an event for my daughter at OSU and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again when in the Columbus area.

Those 200+ 5-star ratings are richly deserved. A perfect location, a couple short blocks off High Street in Short North, but at the same time a million miles away in terms of atmosphere. Trelene Turner was as friendly and expert an innkeeper as I've ever had the pleasure to lodge with. Great breakfasts, and the parking is provided at no additional charge. (Hotels on High Street charge upwards of $35 a day.) Hope to get back soon!

Such a cute place, and the location is great. So many nice touches throughout. Trelene was amazing and promptly answered any questions we had when booking. When we stayed there she woke up very early to make us an amazing breakfast to get our long day started off with full bellies!

Comfortable room in a late 18th century brick house. Host was easy to work with. She even let me stash my bicycle in the house. Breakfast was good and they made allowances for my dietary restrictions. Great location just a block or two from an entertainment district with restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and more. I would stay there again.

Very, very happy with our stay! Definitely exceeded my expectations! Everything was very clean and organized. We appreciated the extras. Breakfast was on time and delicious! Very easy to walk where we needed to go. We’ll be back if we need to stay in Columbus again!

Very nice place, lots of antiques. The breakfast was great! It was my first time staying at a B and B instead of a chain hotel and it was definitely better!

This was a lovely staycation spot for our anniversary. We parked the car and then walked or rode the bus everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, everything was clean and there were thoughtful instructional notes right where they were needed. I also loved getting inside this lovely historic building and enjoying a little moment back in time!

We stay at 50 Lincoln every year and always enjoy being there. Such a beautiful place full of antiques and a lovely warm breakfast every morning. Plus we always meet other interesting people there.

Loved it! A cozy home away from home. Very clean, well kept, and beautiful. I’ll be staying here again when I visit! I may never stay in a hotel again.

I stay here every time I come to Columbus for a conference at the Convention Center. Why stay in a dreary hotel when you have first-class service at this B&B. Trelene makes sure you have everything you need, the rooms are large and comfortable, you're just a few blocks from the convention center, free parking, and right in the middle of the Short North eateries and night life. Best kept secret!!

Trelene did an outstanding job making our stay wonderful. Attention to detail was her goal and she accomplished that goal. We will be back! Sarah Leffler

50 Lincoln Short North Bed and Breakfast is such a gem. It's only 6 minutes walking distance to the convention center and only a minute or two to lively downtown Columbus and the Short North Arts District. My favorite and something I look forward to is the breakfast. Breakfast starts with a fruit salad with yogurt. Fabulous breakfast. I've had the best French toast here. The manager, Tracy, is such a great host. You will evidence this yourself if you decide to stay in this B&B. Wifi also worked perfectly with no interruptions.

This was one of the best places I have been to. Great room, great ambiance, great service. And to wake up and have a great breakfast served was the cherry on top of the cake. I had to run out and buy the ingredients for French Toast after that experience. I will definitely be back.

What a perfect location in town- you're right by so many wonderful shops and breweries but yet quiet and cozy. We'd never stayed in a bed and breakfast before and it was a fantastic experience. I'll book another room next time I need to stay in Columbus!

This was our second stay. We came back because this B&B is one of the best we've stayed in. This is what a B&B should be -- affordable price, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and tons of other amenities. Excellent host/excellent hospitality. :-)

Delightful historic bed and breakfast. Great breakfast. A suggestion would be to provide a self serve coffee station for early risers.

My husband and I stayed for a wonderful few days at the 50 E. Lincoln B&B. Our room/suite was attractive and had interesting angles and light due to its being an attic space. The entire house was lovely and such a nice break from the big corporate hotels--and what a terrific location. Trelene is an excellent host, and she makes a great breakfast! We hope to say again.

This was our first Bed & Breakfast experience and it was excellent. The owner, Trelene, is extremely kind. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The rooms were clean, unique, and had everything you would need. The downstairs area was spacious and beautiful. The location couldn't be beat. We would go again!

The location is fantastic. Everything you could want or need nearby. Local restaurants galore and no shortage of options. The room was cozy and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and filling! There is also complimentary wine for those who are interested, and a guest fridge stocked with water and other drinks.

We were visiting my niece so there were 10 of us including two 2-year old's. Each couple had their own room which was large enough to accommodate each family. All the rooms are different, decorated beautifully and very clean. The breakfast was amazing and Trelene was an excellent host. We will stay again on our next overnight visit to Columbus.

I stayed here for 2 nights last week for a convention. It was walking distance to everything I needed, super clean, and breakfast was great! I'm gluten free, and the owner made sure I had yummy things to eat each morning. Loved my experience!

50 Lincoln-Short North was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and a short walk to all the sites we wanted to visit. The wonderful innkeeper, Trelene Turner, gave us clear directions to all those sites and more. Great food and great art is just a jaunt away! Couldn't be happier with the experience.

This was the perfect place for me and two of my friends to stay when we visited Columbus for a concert. The downtown location made it easy for us to walk to the venue and nearby restaurants, the check in/out process was easy, the room was great, and the breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Columbus.

This is a traditional bed and breakfast, not a hotel. But give it a try! Everyone is really friendly and the location is great. The room was a tad warm for my taste (honestly didn't look hard for a thermostat but I didn't see one), but everything else was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a perfect location with all of the perfect small touches. Trelene was so kind, and her breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our complimentary wine in the front room and would’ve loved another night to sit out back or play games. We will definitely come here again!

Visited with my mom and sister. A bit harder to get to, but very comfortable and very accommodating. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. Only real complaint was that as a 6 foot man, I didn't exactly fit on the Twin bed in room 7. Bed and sheets were extremely comfy and clean though, and the pillows were well sized. Would definitely consider using this as a potential 💘 date 💘 getaway location in the future!

I sent my mom and aunt on a getaway. They absolutely loved this place and had a great time! They were offered additional items such as wine and popcorn in addition to their daily breakfast. Excellent service, excellent room, excellent time! Will definitely utilize again.

Everyone is extremely friendly there and the check in / out experience is really simple. I do suggest sitting down for a delicious breakfast before you head out from the day. The hostess was happy to answer any questions we had and gave us some great options on how best to get to the football stadium

We stayed at 50 Lincoln for two nights and it was simply wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Trelene, the manager, was as accommodating and kind as you could ever hope for. And her breakfasts were simply delicious. If you're going to Columbus for a concert or hockey game or anything nearby, this is a fantastic spot and within walking distance of so much. My wife and I really couldn't have been any happier with our stay.
