I've honestly had it with ordering at this place. Always a bad experience. I've been overcharged, had food missing and just had raw shrimp this time. Pink on the outside, raw on the inside 🤮. Hope I don't get sick from the one I ate.

You know. Usually I can let things slide with you guys. I love Panda Express. I know there is a food shortage. However. Tonight when I order, you guys are out of almost everything I want. I still didn't get mad. I understand. I work in food industry. I get it. I even donate to the charity everytime I order. However, 20 dollars for rice with onions. No pepper chicken or mushroom chicken is ridiculous. If I paid for chicken. I want chicken. Don't even eat onions! I am actually allergic! Worst experience EVER! I can send pictures. This is nothing but onions. No chicken. I am not even mad about the onions. I can't stress that there is no chicken in my order.

Panda is ALWAYS GOOD!! Great way to get good oriental food without breaking the bank. The choices between a bowl up to an extra plate caters to appetites of all sizes.

Everytime I come to this particular Panda either the order is wrong or someone magically took that order before I could get there to get to get it. I've ordered in the parking lot before just to see if my order would disappear. Most of the time it didn't hit the rack and then I would be forced to order it again. If it did 9 times out of 10 it's wrong. If you can go to another Panda Express please do. Please for the sake of your sanity and patience just go to a different one. Would give 0 stars but can't.

3/25/2023 Yesterday was the 1st time we've visited a Panda Express. We ordered through the drive-thru. The prices were clear & the menu was easy to ready. HOWEVER....the price for a la carte chicken prices was over the top in my opinion. We purchased Orange Chicken a la carte....for a small order it was $4+....since me & my daughter was sharing I got the MEDIUM size that was $8+. For that price I was expecting a nice size carton of chicken. ** See photo** A slap in the face at the SIZE of that $8 box of chicken! 😒 I can say that the chicken tasted better than mall chicken at other Oriental food restaurants. The chicken tasted like chicken & not sawdust! It didn't weigh heavy in the stomach nor did it make us hit the toilet soon after eating it. That's a plus!🙂 I was not a fan of the Rangoons. Maybe because Speakeasy Ramen in Springfield has spoiled me! 🤷🏽‍♀️ I didn't eat the Vegetable Spring Rolls (they were for my daughter) but I saw inside of a bitten one...it could be stuffed with more vegetables in my opinion. Although I liked the chicken....the high price of it would make me think twice about going there again. But if YOU decide to go......ENJOY!

This is our second time at this location and we love it! I nanny 3 kids and one of their favorite places to eat is Panda Express. This location has the management and team. They are kind, patient even when busy and understanding. My 6 year old spilled his soda all over and as I tried to clean it with paper towels one of the team members, Katsana, I believe(so sorry if I spelled that wrong) came over and said she totally understood, ha a little boy too and took over telling me to finish enjoying my lunch. She has been great both times we’ve come and even remembered the kids order with us only being here 1 other time. 5 stars foe this location!

I love the food here my only issue with this place is that everytime i put a mobile order in I go to the drive through to pick it up they always tell me to come inside and the food don't even be ready. Meanwhile other people who are just coming in the store are ordering as I'm waiting for mines already get their food way quicker than me. The whole purpose of me putting in a mobile order is to grab my food quick then leave quick. I even come 5 minutes after my pickup time to give them more time to get it ready. It's just annoying when all the other customers who come after me get served way quicker.

Service was good but the food was not done. The honey sesame chicken had no flavor and was not cooked all the way and the orange chicken was burnt on the out side and not done on the inside.

Working from home today, I decided I wanted to get some take out from somewhere and then came across a $3 off coupon for Panda Express which I was able to use when placing my order online. The online ordering process was very easy and that combined with it being close to home will probably result in a few more trips there in the future (upon doing so, I will update my review here). My order was correct, the food fairly hot still by the time I picked up (I was a little late), and it looked and tasted good. For Americanized Asian style fast food, I would definitely recommend. Oh, and the girl seemed a little confused when I picked up and I wound up with an extra spring roll. It should be noted that this is only the second time I've ever gotten food from this location, both times take out, so I have a little to go on in terms of consistency from visit to visit.

The worst Panda Express you can go to. Orange Chicken & Honey Ealnut Shrimp is always soft. Every other Pandas I have been to, its always been nice and crispy and fresh. Definitely not here. My honey Walnut shrimp was so soggy and soft, it was plain tasting. No honey glaze or anything. You can see in the picture that there is barely any sauce and its soft. Yuck!!!

Understanding that these folks were extremely busy with drive-thru and call-in orders, but dine in customers waited literally 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Food was okay... I mean, it is fast food after all.

They are always busy but they have fast food service perfected. Drive thru has more than one service representative dedicated just to drive thru and the same for dine-in & carry-out orders. Have yet to wait very long. They are always keeping food fresh and well stocked. You get a lot of food for the money. Warning, their limited time Crispy Chili Shrimp is Fabulous but very spicy. If you can handle the heat definitely give it a try. Promo ends in December.

I went there to get something to eat. There was one lady that sneezed by the food and she did not cover her mouth. Then I saw another lady wipe her nose with her hand and continue to handle food. So I did not order anything but before I left I had to use the restroom and I went to flush the toilet. The toilet was broke, the water splashed everywhere. So they have bad plumbing and unsanitary workers. These are unsanitary conditions. We never eat there and definitely would not recommend.

This Panda Express has a low rating for a reason. I've been to multiple Panda Expresses' and none of them give you a smaller portion than this place. You will leave feeling unsatisfied.

Order beef and broccoli and all I got was all broccoli only to pieces of beef.

Put in a carryout order with a half hour of time to make the food. Didn't have super greens like we ordered and gave us steamed bean chicken instead of honey walnut shrimp. Wasn't even busy enough to warrant a mix up like that

Just went here to pick up dinner. They didn't have any chow mein OR fried rice and the only appetizer they had were the rangoons. I know there have been some supply chain issues recently but how can you be out of 2 huge staples of your already limited menu?

Store hours says they open at 11, I show up at 11 at the drive thru with one car in front and proceed to wait. Thinking they may have needed some extra time to open, I waited for 10 minutes to then see a guy in a panda uniform drive up to the end of the drive thru and block it with his Altima. Instead of coming up to inform us that they aren't open, he walks back toward the restaurant. I thought ok, maybe their drive thru isn't open; so I drive around to the front of the restaurant to see that they aren't open at all! I ask the guy in the panda uniform who used his car to block the drive thru who was walking towards front door and he says they aren't open. If you aren't open, and have a line at drive thru... why did you not inform us? Why did you proceed to make us waste time and wait? Terrible management and service at this location!

Terrible food at my last visit. Very gristly chicken and the rice tasted 2 weeks old. Also they badgered me in the drive thru about making a “donation” to some unknown cause, they probably pocketed the extra.

Get only a few pieces of very small meat on entree. Ordered crab Rangoon and it was only cream cheese in center. Quality and quantity has gone down. Will not order from here again

This is my second time coming here and my last . 1st time they got my order wrong and the chow was dry. This time I asked if they could pour a little sweet and fire chicken sauce onto the noodles for me after she asked would I like any sauce … the cashier reply was “their ACL was in the building and they couldn’t -_- … idk what a ACL is but that was a weak excuse and if anyone from management don’t allow the establishment to give out free sauce what is the world coming too? Panda was never that good and paid 18bucks for dry noodles AGAIN!

I rarely go out to eat but I decided to go out to eat. Quick, fast, and listened very well. The food was amazing! Great customer service from the lady who helped me!

If you order your food online dont bother showing up ahead of time. I set mine for inside pick up due to my vechile is too big for drive thru. As waiting with no customer in line they repeatedly asked name and said " your early we wont start yours til the pick up time". Way to keep your customers coming back.

Great food still need Mello yellow got tea instead. Update June 16 2023 Great news they added Mello Yello in 20 oz bottles, but unfortunately not in fountain drink form. At least it's a start.

I've been coming to this panda for the past week now with my client who is autistic. An everytime we came. There was always a new issue with the staff. And today was no different as I ordered my food today an was paying. The female worker K. Was very rude to me. As I was trying to explain to her an her other coworker that was ringing me out. That doing a survey online gets a free entree. Well they kept giving me the wrong price an I was telling her that it was a incorrect price. She told me to "HUSH". All because she couldn't figure out the problem, until it finally got resolved. I told the manager on shift and he did nothing about it. Unacceptable customer service. Would like something done about it

One of the cleanest pandas I’ve seen. The staff was actively cleaning during my whole visit. They were on top of the orders inside and getting the drive thru orders out quick. Food was great!

We love Panda express and choose to get food there for New years eve for our family. We drove all the way there at 7pm to a closed restaurant. It clearly shows the Hilliard, OH location being open till 9pm online. Very unprofessional and immature. I spent 20 years of my life working in the restaurant business on every holiday until after closing times and I never closed early to go party. Highly disappointed!!!

On a busy night I get things get messed up but to claim that just because you made something there should be no mistake is not okay. Nobody is perfect and things get forgotten when in a rush. Don’t try to claim nothing is wrong when I’m staring at my order and would love nothing more than it to be right so I could eat but instead I had to drive back and get it after finally convincing you it was wrong. This is my first time ever eating at a Panda Express and I’m not impressed only due to the fact of how I was treated.

Eat here out of convenience. This time rice was not cooked, like- not cooked. Tried to get something else, but was totally ignored… like three people behind the counter and no one notes you …

The store still had many signs of a promotion that had already ended on a dish. The girl taking my order was horrible at doing so... Nothing friendly about it. Food was ok.
