    Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a large iced coffee through the drive through with a shot of espresso. They charged me for the espresso and a large drink to only be out of espresso and large cups. Given a medium with no espresso and would not give a refund. Employees are the most disrespectful of any fast food place I have been. The location just needs shut down.

    Due to an electrical issue, my usual Tim Hortons was closed. I went to this one, even though it was 10 mins out of my way. The order taker in the drive thru was very rude. My daughter and I get the same drinks 3 times a week, and there was a price difference this time, so I asked for clarification. She rudely told me she didn't know why, and asked if there was anything else I wanted instead. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant. After telling me they "couldn't do breakfast sandwiches", even though the ONLY options on the menu board was breakfast sandwiches, she told me RUDELY "well there is another Tim Hortons down the street" I am very disappointed in the customer service I received and am tempted to find a different restaurant for our morning coffee.

    The food is good the service is beyond disgusting... I was rushed to take my order.. the person who handed my my food turned her back to the window and pretended she couldn't hear me when I tried to ask her for something that was missing in our order I ended up just leaving without it. She was more worried about the gossip with her co workers than the customer cussing at the window... Not really fully engaging with me as a customer.... But what do you expect these days... Just set your bar low for this location

    Don’t go there. The staff is terrible. They rang up my order incorrectly and when I asked why the cost was more I was told that it was my fault and that the man ringing it up was new. When I asked to be refunded and charged the correct price I was told only sometimes they honored the promo price listed on the menu of 2 breakfast sandwiches for $6. I had to point out the large sign stated the price and was yelled at by the manager for making her refund my money and re-ring the order. Go somewhere else, this place is awful.

    Definitely not the best experience. We had to return our breakfast sandwiches twice before they got it right. Cappuccino was watered down. After everything was worked out, it did taste good . And the employees were friendly.

    This store has the most energetic and well mannered employees I have ever seen at Tim Hortons anywhere and I am a frequent flyer. My order is made fresh and if there is a mistake it is fixed with a smile. I love this Tim's!

    It makes zero sense that no matter what day or time I order, I'm either getting my order canceled, or half the freaking menu is gone. I have tried for months, to almost a year of trying to get ONE good delivery from them, and it has failed. I'm not one to give up on a restaurant but this is asinine. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Avoid at all cost.

    🙄 when u advertise something you shouldn't act clueless when someone orders it. If I ask for a beibs remix box with drink clearly I want the $5 box With the drink it comes w. I was charged $4.50 for the drink with no donuts... I asked for Xtra sweet cream n my drink .. I'm unsure why it was powdery n chunky.. Then I ordered avocado TOAST,it was avocado BREAD. Not happy at all.

    Ordered an egg and cheese biscuit but they were out of biscuits, so instead we got an egg and cheese croissant. When correcting the wrong item on the order screen, a second sandwich was added instead of replacing the first, and when we got to the window, we were told there were no breakfast items left, and offered chicken or turkey instead of egg. We were given two regular ice capps, one with 2 cream, instead of 2 oreo ice capps. And our order of 20 tim bits was completely forgotten about after we had to circle around the drive through, only to have to wait while the oreo ice capps were prepared after arriving back at the window.

    At 10am they had a sign on the drive up that said pull up to window. When we did a girl opened the window yelled "closed" and slammed the window. Could have been nice even if something had happened verse yell.

    I want to be constructive, create a training opportunity. The entire experience was less than what it should be. 1- Acknowledge people in drive thru, even if you're not prepared to take the order 2- Return credit card immediately after swiping, don't leave it on the counter for 3 minutes 3- Know the difference between a croissant & English Muffin. It's part of the job. So much room for improvement.

    Been coming to this location for almost a year for lunch. Been getting pretty much the same thing and paying the same amount for it. Today some type of manger(not from this store) took my order. Was about 1.50 more than usual. So I asked bout it. First thing I said “so the prices went up “ response- “Yes!” So I wanted to know why. Turns out switching to a croissant is more. .69 cents…… is not 1.50 so the rest she couldn’t explain. Just to let u know it’s b.c the Tex charged to dine in. But she just offered a sorry. Doubt I come back. Good job lady!

    I was there today because Starbucks said their was atlesst 15 min wait on any order because they were short staffed so I decided to try Tim Hortons. They were short staffed as well. Just two guys and they were so sweet and made the coffee so good ! I ordered a large vanilla iced cold brew and it was delicious! I also got the vanilla filled donut that was yummy. I am from the cleveland area and there isn’t a Tim Hortons in my area so I am so glad I stopped here. I hate Columbus . Cleveland is def more of my vibe but while I am here working the next two months I am going to keep coming here. I wish I had their names. I’m writing this Sunday August 13, 2023. I was there around 1 pm. If management is reading this I just want to say the two guys working that day very short staffed made my day ! Thank you !

    Every time I come to this location, they tell me they dont have enough tim bits to fill my order of 2 -40packs of variety. Doesn't matter what time or what day I stop by here. Very disappointed in this location! Update: Service and selection was much better today 11/15/23.

    Always short staffed and was basically ignored when I tried to take my order this morning. I talked to the manager about it and was told she would call me at 11:30a today and never received that call. Customer service is terrible. Need to get rid of this location.

    Went thru drive thru ordered 2 sausage egg croissants orange juice and donut.The orange juice and donut were good but the croissants had no sausage or egg just plain bread.Called corporate and they assured the owner would call me.3 weeks later and no call.Another foreign owned company screwing the American people

    They are never open when I go but google says they’re open one time I did catch them open it was TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Covid has made all the fast food restaurants worse because they’re allowed to open and close whenever they want because of “short staff” when in all reality they just don’t want to work!

    Employees are wonderful. The hot caramel macchiatos, not so much. The last 3-4 I've purchased had so much milk, they were white and cold! The more you drank, the colder it got.

    I can’t wait to share how I felt when I pulled up here to the drive thru before my daughter’s doc appointment. I was thirsty and needed something to drink. As soon as pulled up, I could barely hear the sound because it’s very noisy in the mouth piece. He said he just have coffee, tea and soda. I asked if he can make an iced coffee multiple times but I could barely hear him, he was talking very low. After repeating myself few times I finally heard he’s asking me to go to the window since I couldn’t hear him. He literally scolded me that he kept asking me to pull up to the window but why I couldn’t hear him. I did explain that I’m sorry if I heard him, I’d go to the window. However after pulling up to the window, waited for at least 5 minutes and keep calling if anyone is here. I saw him right there but he wasn’t coming. Finally he came and I asked if he asked me to come to the window, why he kept me waiting. He started being extremely loud and screaming at me that he asked me 20 times to go to window and why I didn’t hear him. He was saying I made him yell at me. I did say sorry but all of a sudden while I was explaining, he closed the window on me. I’ve no words how to explain what and how I felt from his behavior. My daughter was also in the car and I couldn’t explain what had exactly happened when she asked me why did he closed the window on my face. I a resolution to this incident. If I have to, I’d reach out to corporate office about this. Not expecting this behavior at all. It’s insulting especially in front of a child. The date is June 9th 2023 between 3:00 to 3:30 pm. I’m sure the management can find who’s working during this shift. Will be waiting to hear back from Tim Hortons… Update: I’m not sure of the resolution but I did call on this number and submitted an official complaint. Currently I’m waiting to hear back from the management. Thank you

    Started with credit card machine was down. Cash only I think the coffee was cream only as well Bought coffee nothing but water and cream. Sandwich had a half a piece of bacon and very old stale bread . Morning shift at this location has been the worst in the city for a very long time . Do not recommend .

    If lobby isn't open when the drive thru is it should be marked. Waited 15 min. In the cold until someone answered the door. Then wouldn't let me walk threw the drive thru for a coffee. It was completely empty.

    I stopped in during a busy time this morning, February 28, 2023, Chelsea was serving me at the register. A gentleman preparing all the food name Simonn, extremely professional, and extremely helpful. I will be stopping in this Tim Hortons again just to get the service from those two. Great job as a company to hire such hospitable associates.

    Asked for a medium coffee with 2 hashrbowns. Hash browns nearly broke my tooth trying to eat it so threw it out and the coffee didn't taste right when I first got it so I asked for the sugar and cream on the side, but they just put More creamer in as if it'd taste any better so poured that out. Waste of $5.45, rather have gave it to the homeless guy on the block, yknow he would've made better use of it. Smh

    One of the nicest most considerate general managers I ever seen at a store. Fast service food was great and the general manager she always had a smile on her face. I recommend anybody going to Tim Hortons make the drive to Livingston by Children's Hospital

    Really this is negative 5 stars. This location is the worst to be near downtown. They never have anything available thats on the menu. You cant go inside to order but this location is so ghetto they take walkers through their drive thru. People only come here because it is close to their work location. This location really needs an upgrade. Food is old and disgusting. Half of the time they dont even have the liquids you order. Just sad.

    This was the worst experience of my life. I sat in front of the front counter for 20 minutes and the employees just stared at me, and never took my order, they were only focused on drive through, and I spent my entire lunch break waiting, I do not recommend going here, this is pathetic and ridiculous, they need more employees, I’m super frustrated, I didn’t even get to eat Lunch

    I understand that we're in a time where places are having issues hiring more staff but why offer the entire menu when no one in the morning can make what's offered? What's even worse is that they refuse to do it and say they don't know how to make the breakfast items....I won't be going back again.

    Stopped at Tim Hortons early before work. My order was wrong twice and when I finally received my drink and pulled of to drink it they had again gave me a smaller size than what I paid for and gave me black coffee even though I asked twice for two medium pumpkin spice lattes. When I went back out of my way to receive my refund the manager was nasty and told me not to order her around. Clearly disregarding my morning and the two times prior that I waited in line for them to fix their mistake. I understand being short staffed and having patients for those in fast food however to get it wrong three times while I'm being patient and for the manager to act as if I was over reacting to now be in a hurry is not professional at all. I left and will not be coming back.

    They are never open when they say they are. I have tried three different days around 4:30. The doors are locked and no one talks at the drive-thru, however, I see workers in the building. The sign on the front door says they are open until 6 pm.
