New favorite restaurant in Easton and I am telling you the food is so FRESH. They have minty lemonade and I never thought I would love that. The sauces and ingredients mix well. It is worth the money. It is much fresher than popular competitors.

Our server was great and the food was delicious! Would definitely dine here again! It was busy, which made having a conversation difficult - wish we would have sat outside to have a quieter environment.

Short wait for 2, waiter Davis was so friendly and fun - amazing customer service, food was delicious. I did the mac n cheese with fried chicken instead. Easily could have drank another buckeye milkshake...sooo good!

Food was decent, shakes were good. Our one issue was sometime in our party ordered a burger medium and it came out rare. The staff quickly took care of it without issue.

The only reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars is because their milkshakes are delicious. Everything else we ordered was sub par to say the least. First, I ordered a half Ranch Fld Greens salad with avocado and tomatoes, half order of fries, and a blueberry shake. My child had a kid’s cheese burger with fries and a chocolate shake. I forced two forks of the salad down my throat , but couldn’t get past the fact that the lettuce was beyond wilted ( they tried to hide that by putting a squirt of ranch dressing on the salad). Most of the avocado I had to scrap to the side before even taking the two bites I ate because it was browner than my gorgeous skin tone. The fries were salty and room temperature ( I found that to be especially interesting because they pride themselves on making everything fresh). My kid did eat their food, but immediately complained of abdominal pain after eating. Even though I told the waitress that the salad was nasty and she removed it from my table, she still brought me a bill with the salad listed as an item I purchased. We also had to wait a considerable amount of time before anyone served us, which was odd because their was hardly anyone there. Lastly, the bathroom reeked of urine. So, this place is trash on the service too. Based on the above, I cannot in good conscience ever recommend this place to anyone I care about. Side note: I wasn’t able to get a picture of the salad before she took it away.

Really a great burger but the onion rings were awesome and their fries too. A wonderful server and we had a great lunch.

Absolutely amazing burger selection! Had the Smokey...beef brisket, smoked Gouda, BBQ sauce. Delicious! Great beers on tap as well. Highly recommended!

This place was just ok, in my opinion. As a group of 5, with everyone trying a different burger, the consensus was the same - just ok. I ordered The Chili Pepper Burger and Hand Cut Fries with Truffle Oil and Grana Pandana (I believe they mean Grana Padano?). Burger looked great, but the did not pop with flavor as I would expect grass fed beef to have; moreover, the sesame seed bun was not toasted per the fine print highlights (not a big deal, but little things compound). Two folks at the table ordered well done, but everyone's burgers looked medium inside. The Smoked Chili ketchup was actually awesome, huge fan of that. I was super disappointed with the fries as I did not taste the truffle oil and the full order seemed skimpy for the price - the crispy texture and overall flavor profile of the fries were decent though. Service was pretty good, our waiter was pretty on-point and helpful. To be honest, I would probably not come back, I have never been let down by the Red Robin around the block.

Great variety of burgers! Something for everyone to eat. Milkshakes, fries, and onion rings are a must. I ordered a bison burger, someone else I was with ordered their bacon cheeseburger, and someone else in our party ordered an impossible burger.

Never had a bad meal here. Always regret when I don’t get a milkshake, but never regret getting any of the burgers and the SWEET POTATO FRIES!!! My mouth is watering right now just thinking about them and looking at the picture 🤤

Great food, grass fed local beef, sweet potato fries were awesome. Milkshakes are good also. Happy Hour specials are worth going for. The waitress was very attentive and friendly.

Tasty, Unique, and Versatile. Unmatched craft beer selection. They get kegs of very rare, better or similar to beer only places. They have the unique bonus of being one of the top 5 burger places in the city, but several other delicious non burger options. Kobe beef corndogs, truffle fries, blackened grouper sandwich, etc. Alcoholic milkshakes, and an above average bourbon selection keep the cocktail game strong. Flip society truly separates this from the pack. Private dinner events, paired with a beer tasting, on top of the everyday discount on brew and burgers. The management and staff work hard to do things the right way. Easy parking, nice outdoor patio, large bar seating area.

Delicioso burgers! Drinks were great too. Had the flip side burger w bacon and sweet potato fries. Nice atmosphere and friendly waitress!

The food was not bad, but there are much better burgers in Columbus. It was by far the smallest $7 milk shake I've had. The cheese on the fries was devoid of any real flavor. They were bland. The service was great though.

We went around 1:00pm on a Saturday with a party of 8 and waited about 30 minutes to be seated. You can sit at the bar and order drinks while you wait. Overall, the food was great with decent portion sizes. Expect to pay at least $15 for a cocktail, but the beer was reasonably priced.

Avoid the Chicago Dog Burger. It literally was half of a tiny hot dog, cut length-wise on the burger. I told the waiter it should be called the Vienne Sausage Dog Burger. I would have ordered something else had I known, the description makes you think you're getting something decent. It tasted good but it was a huge disappointment. My Shake arrived after a long time and was all over the glass because it melted. I really looked forward to a visit to Flipside but it was super lukewarm. The waiter was nice but offered no replacements and I didn't feel like the wait was worth pushing anyway. I'm not calling for some crazy boycott, I'll be back but I don't think I would accept this next time and would send it back.

Love this place. We wish Phx had one. Great food and people. The five once beer is a great concept.

I had high expectations but it was only okay. The service wasn’t great either. We had to flag down our server for anything we wanted (including the check) because he never checked on us. And no, it wasn’t busy. The burger was good but not great and it’s weird that it comes deconstructed on the plate. No one wants to put their own burger together. At first I thought the decor was cool but things like the booths and seats were falling apart. Could be a cool place if they worked on it (including the menu).

Whenever we make the trip to Columbus, if food is involved, we always love to stop by Flip Side! Their burgers are simply amazing. Our whole family loves them! The shakes - OMG. They are a must-try! Any of them, they're all delicious. The atmosphere is so fun and laid-back, perfect for a date night or family night. Highly recommend!

Great menu! Missing a few of my favorite appetizers due to Covid. A little longer than usual wait times with what’s going on in the world but love this place.

Very nice alternative for those looking to avoid seed oils. They cook their fries in lard which is far more natural. I really enjoyed my first experience via Uber eats with the blue cheese burger with fries. Will order again for sure

Had horrible service we asked our server about happy and we wanted drinks off of it and she put in drinks not eligible. We also ask for a happy hour burger to go and she sad nothing until after the bill arrived that it was not eligible for take out even though we eat inside if we would have known we would have ordered it to the table and boxed it ourselves also our food other then the onion rings was very poor tasting

Stopped in on a Saturday night because we were craving a good burger. The beer selection was posted on a TV and they also have a website you can visit to see what they currently have on tap. I ordered the Flipside burger (Bacon, Cheddar, BBQ sauce) and my gf got one with a fig jam and bacon combo, then we got an order of fries and Mac and Cheese to split. Everything was awesome, and the Mac and Cheese was especially top notch. Can't wait to go back and try to other burgers to see how they compare.

A great spot in Easton Towncenter, one I'll be sure to re-visit. The food was out of this world and the cocktails are delicious as well as clever in names. Don't be surprised if multiple people assist you during your visit. It just makes service even better.

The burgers were pretty good, I do remember them being tastier when they first open though. The onion rings weren't what I expected, flimsy breading and kind of soggy. But the guy bartender/server that took care of us was a Rockstar! He was very attentive and on the ball.

Excellent place, especially considering there at a mall. A delicious assortment of burgers, we ate at the bar and the service was excellent. And the vibe was pretty cool. They close at 9:00 though so keep that in mind.

AMAZING!! One Red Door Burger, Truffle Fries, Chef’s Shake, Brownie Shake, & Top O’ The Morning shakes - all ridiculously delicious 😋 Not to mention they use local ingredients, great service, and a really nice atmosphere!

We had a wonderful time here today. Our server, Mindy, was an absolute gem. Very attentive and made great recommendations. The burgers were fantastic. Cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The brownie milkshake was also quite delicious. We will definitely be back based off of this experience!

Got the burger of the month, March- O cajunally and it was bland. Meat was not well seasoned. I didn't taste the coffee rub but the service was good and we were sat quickly for a Saturday evening

The service here was really great!!!! All of the staff from when I walked in to when I walked out were nice and accommodating!!! My food was good! The bartender was really watchful to ensure all guest were taken care of! I loved my first experience here!

Went during Columbus burger week and had their event burger. Food was decent. Nothing amazing just oh its not bad. Would eat the food again maybe just to go next time. Did not have the best server so the experience was sub par. Luckily for them I forget the woman's name that was my server. She wasn't new either. Got our order wrong multiple times and just all around uncomfortable attitude. Could've been a bad day for her but that's not really my problem so I'm still just leaving my experience. Waited forever to get a to go box and so we asked another sever for one and received it in seconds and soon as she saw we got one she runs to get one...lmao what a day.

My wife and I absolutely loved this place. Vibe was great, service was great, food was great. Burgers were great and we want to come back to try some others! The fries were excellent as well. I have one small complaint: The Smokey Burger I had did not have brisket on it. It was a pulled beef. It may have been a brisket cut from a cow, but it was not sliced as brisket and wasn’t tender like brisket. That being said, the burger was still incredible and I could practically drink the bacon BBQ sauce. 100% will be back.
