Nice mall. Not too busy. Little dated and dirty. Lack food options. Good selection of stores. Good plAce to walk on a cold or rainy day.

I going to be honest here. This mall seems to be on same track as the Westland mall. It has had a noticeable decline of that thrill you get when you want to go to a mall. All the staple stores you see at Polaris or any other mall are not here. The individual stores themselves are not bad but sometimes I would rather drive out to a different mall then to go here. Highlights of this Mall are body jewel (they are always very nice and make sure you are comfortable and safe before, during, and after whatever you are getting done) hot topic, Spencer’s, and Bath and Body works. I get a little uncomfortable with the amount of expensive furniture stores in here that I never see anyone in. The security seem to be friendly but definitely not as vigilant or assertive as you’d expect. If I have to go here I will, but I strongly suggest not going alone or staying for a long period of time…

Sadly the mall has seen better days. On the day of our visit, the AC in the mall was not working. 90 degrees outside and no AC? Multiple escalators were not working forcing us to use crowded elevators. On the flip side the mall is very clean and has some nice stores.

This mall is dying. Most shops are closed and even the escalator was broken to the point you couldn't even use it as a staircase. I don't see much hope that it will return to it's previous status. What business would look at the property and want to locate here? As current leases expire I think more businesses will leave. Sad really because it is located between three upscale communities and convent to the outerbelt.

AC has been broken all Spring and Summer. There's currently a heatwave in the city and temperatures inside the stores have reached the mid-nineties. I've tried to call management several times to bring attention to the issue and they have not picked up the phone. Seems like the mall management don't care about the employees or customers inside the mall at all.

I've always loved shopping here. I remember the grand opening a "few" years ago. Sadly, some of the stores are leaving, so there isn't as much shopping selection as there used to be. The mall always looks clean and well maintained. The attached pictures were taken before some stores opened for the day.

I see I rated this mall 5 stars 7 years ago. Since COVID, the mall has had about 2/3 of stores occupied at most, and the leaving major stores have given way to local stores, some of them rather quirky. Some things like escalators have been broken over multiple visits. I still like coming here to walk my daughter in her stroller since it is the closest mall, but it's not quite at it's former glory. It does have a unique attraction in Scene 75, though, which contributes to some of the mall's staying power. If you only had time to visit one mall in Columbus, though, look to Polaris instead.

Nice area, but unfortunately this mall is going downhill fast due to the company that purchased it. This company is known to not take care of their properties, not renew leases, and invest zero money into their malls. They don't even have any events! Once the mall is dead, they will sell off the land in chunks, and disappear. The City of Dublin needs to get involved, and get a quality owner to purchase the mall. No excuse for a dead mall in a premier high income area. Sad!

Sad, how this use to be one of main attractions in Dublin. Growing up, I remember when they first built this mall in the back of our neighborhood, and we were afraid of the traffic it would bring. … which it did for 20 years, but now is a desolate hall of unkept walkways, inoperable escalators, dusty handrails, musty smelling shops, half of which are boarded-up. No play area for kids anymore, but they are trying to bring Santa for Christmas photos. And the addition of Scene75 Entertainment & Arcade is actually a descent place to hang with friends of all ages with laser tag, goKarts, mini-golf, 4D theater, etc… The few stores that are still open, are fairly clean inside. Hardly any shoppers, but are somehow staying afloat.

This used to be a decent mall, but not the best mall compared to Easton and Polaris. Now it straight up symbolizes how the "Hood" culture that once flocked the East and West side of Columbus is migrating over to the suburbs with no remorse. Kinda sad because Tuttle had so much potential, not to mention that some of most niche and popular indie shops (that are still around today) started in Tuttle Mall.

Visiting the are & stopped in. The food court is pretty plentiful. The mall is losing some of it's stores but they do still have some good ones there.

So disappointing and depressing to go there. Storefront after storefront closed up. No traffic, no Christmas decor that I noticed. Thank goodness for Macy's & Penney's. I hope they stay out there would no reason to go to the mall. I feel bad for the mall industry, the Internet has destroyed the mall.

I remember coming to this mall almost every month. It used to be a fun and inexpensive place to go. It still is however, the mall reached its peak long ago. Quite a few shops have closed since the pandemic and that was expected. We still go sometimes

This mall is still alive and well. There are still a whole lot of stores to choose from. All of your normal fare of stores are able to be found here. The prices are like any other store. The facilities are clean and well lit. The food court is still very active with several options to choose from. The biggest draw to my family and I was to visit Scene 75 there. That place alone is a good reason to go to this mall and check it out. I have done a bigger review on Scene 75 that is located in this mall in a separate review and recommend checking that out for more information.

H&M has become my favorite store. They have a great selection of exactly what I want and purchases are always quick and easy. They offer fashion forward merchandise with Macy's level quality at Walmart level prices.

This Mall used to be really good nice and clean inside. Now trash mall. They have hours 10:00 am to 09:00 everyday except Sunday 12:00 pm to 06:00. None of the store open on time or close on time. Popular Mall like Polaris mall hours 11:00 am to 08:00 pm where everyone open their store on time and close time. Tuttle crossing need to change their business hours. Simon company much better then this new woodmont company. I don’t think in the USA any mall has full hours like Tuttle has, restrooms was really nasty and smelly. I don’t think I ever want to go there unless I really need..

Stores closed , crowd of people that remind me of the not so good side of town, did not feel safe in the mall on a Friday night . Great area and once a fine mall. I think it time for renovation or a revamp. Will not be coming back anytime soon . Felt outdated like I was reliving 1999

a decent selection of stores, but it feels a bit outdated compared to other shopping centers. Some areas could use renovation, and it often seems less lively than I'd expect. While there are a few good spots to shop, overall it could benefit from some improvements.

It’s your standard suburban American mall straight out of the late 20th century. Not terrible, but certainly far from busy. Was there on a weekday around noon and many of the smaller stores weren’t open. Maybe better evening and weekend when the arcade/amusement park is open. I assume that given the lack of foot traffic the remaining stores will start to fade away.

Scene 75 is an awesome experience. They have rides, games, go-cart racing, Lazer tag and more. The only down side was the unsupervised tween boys running around like they have no home training at all. So when you go be prepared for that. Also if everyone puts money on the cards, it's a more affordable experience for everyone in your group.

I love Tuttle Crossing Mall! My son also enjoyed riding the bull around. The stand is outside Scene 75. (Inside mall) I paid $5 for a 7 minute ride. Other options available. Then we enjoyed some shopping and lunch at the Food Court!

Overall still a very nice mall. Not too many empty store fronts. However too many furniture stores some of which have ugly furniture. A lot of the public seating is in terrible condition; it needs re-upolstered!!!!

What's up with all the empty stores in the middle of a Sunday afternoon? An escalator next to Macey has been broken for months. Disrepair is a sign of decay. I gave it an extra star because it once was a real good mall. Rumor is the mall is closing after the Christmas season to build apartments. Sad ... Very sad. I guess I don't blame them. There was like 20 people in the mall.

I feel like the stores in this mall always change so you never really know if the store you just visited is still going to be there when you go again. But I’ve always loved this mall. They keep it clean for the most part. I just don’t prefer to drive out of my way for this mall in particular.

At Ja'Lae's Jungle. Had a great time with the kids. This place is a fabulous place to take the kids for a party or just a day play pass. They have a bounce house, basket ball court, game room, party room, ball pit, indoor play equipment, big screen TV and a small store space with lots of Melissa and Doug toys you can purchase. They do all kinds of events from birthday parties to baby shark dances to just plain playing and fun.

Tuttle mall is a nice place to shop without the crowds. It’s convenient and closer to home. The food court has good eats as well. Spirit Halloween is also right next to JC Penny so you don’t have to travel far to do some shopping.

First time at this location Food was amazing, portions are a nice size. Atmosphere is relaxed Very pleased with our visit Cherry glazed salmon with asparagus and couscous with red pepper and spinach ❤️ My husband had Chicken Parmesan which would've been better with some bread sticks (which is an option for appetizers, but don't always know what you're having when ordering an appetizer) Still very good quality and server was very nice They also have hand crafted Sodas I ordered the black cherry then noticed you could get it as a float. (Maybe next time 😊)

Dec. 17, 2022 We arrived around 7 pm and some shops were already closed. We did get what we needed and decided to do the food court and it was disgusting. Not the food but the dinning area. There were more tables than people and not a clean table or anyone cleaning to be found. Every trash container was over flowing and way beyond. Trash on the floor Tuttle has went down hill

  • 2/5 Judy B. 11 months ago on Google
So many empty storefronts... don't know who or what is to blame. Tuttle has been so convenient to Dublin and surrounding areas. Online shopping is convenient but not the same as touching and seeing the items you desire. I remember the smells of the perfume counters and new shoes and clothing. I hope it comes back.

This mall has been a staple for me as a Westsider. However, it's been going downhill for years, and this last visit was not a good memorable one. The AC didn't seem to be working, and the temp outside was 85° and most of the businesses seemed to be closed.

Pretty good, actually a little smaller than I anticipated. Kids play zone is good, better than Polaris a bit. Also cool to consider is taking the kid to zone75 on a random day and ONLY going for the soft play area. $5-7 for 30 minutes of play.

Can't wait for Tuttle to be back to its full glory before the covid pandemic. Escalator has broken down twice on two separate visits here. The queue is long for parents with children and older folks that can't take the stairs. Long life Macy's and all the sub stored in it. Still holding this place up and also the kids and food courts. Amen. Lol

Wow. What a depressing place. This area in general is really going downhill with the upkeep and staff at not only the mall, but also the retail around the mall. This place reminds me of some apocalyptic movie....maybe they should just turn the mall into a zombie laser tag arena; would certainly be better than shopping here for anything. Go to this mall at your own peril, be prepared to clean your body and soul afterwards as you will feel so dirty.

The mall is dead☠️ if scene 75 wasn’t there, this mall would have been closed years ago. Its a furniture store, not mall lol. L I heard the manager is not good personally and with the stores around the mall. Most people said bad management is what got the mall to here. I wish they had more brands and more store instead of all furniture stores all over 🤣😂

Went there on a Saturday night at 7:30 and most stores were closed. By 7:45 most others were shutting down. I assumed it closed at 8 and when I got home and checked hours it said 9. Mall’s definitely aren’t what they use to be or at least this isn’t. Make sure to call and check store hours if you are going in the evening.

This mall has really fallen apart since COVID-19! Lots of great stores have closed, the bathrooms are so nasty, you would probably want to consider holding your urine until you get home, and there are barely any people around. Also, the foreign persuaders trying to get you to see their small shops don’t make it any better.

  • 3/5 Kara A. 3 years ago on Google
It was huge! n hard to navigate, felt like I needed one of those maps "you are here ⬇️". They're were more people than expected running around, I'm sure if it was normal time n not still pandemic-ie ... It would have been overwhelmingly crowded. A bit over priced but still very nice mall

The mall is at about 40% capacity. Half of the stores weren't open on a Wednesday afternoon. The best part of the mall is Scene 75 where my family was able to have fun for several hours.

We go to scene 75 here. It's a fun place for the whole family. My son doesn't even care of he's winning tickets when he plays the games because he's having so much fun. We especially love the go carts and the bumper cars. I highly recommend this place for family fun.

  • 4/5 Chelsea C. 2 years ago on Google
Super impressed they are getting more stores there than i realized. We didn’t have to wear a mask in. Any store except for the one small game store on the end. The worker told us we had to wear one so we didn’t shop there. Which sucked that was probably the one store my husband wanted to spend money in that day but we understood his rule and chose not to shop there. Every other shop in the mall allowed us in with no masks with no issue and it was a wonderful trip.

Support your local mall people! You don't want Tuttle Crossing to close like Westland did. Westland is now a nightmare eyesore surrounded by dilapidated failing businesses and huge potholes. This place is still in great shape and has wonderful vendors that are hurting. You just can't stuff a stocking right without nick-nacks and bobbles from these shops.

I know the pandemic has been hard on every retail place, but it couldn't be more obvious this mall is on its way out. Shops are closed, others are short staffed and disorganized. It's a pretty building interior but it already feels half abandoned when you walk through.

I was here A LOT when I was younger. I'm from a small town almost 2 hours away and we came here to shop. It used to be (used to be) a very clean and fantastic mall to visit. Food options lack now and the food court was nasty dirty with trash all over. Sad to see these older malls going to waste. Def stay closer to home from now on to shop. I was kind of disappointed this visit.
