It’s Thurs October 20th at 7:15pm. Unbelievably bad service. Girl was on the phone.. LITERALLY ON A PHONE CALL.. as she was ringing me out.. was being weirdly standoffish as she was ringing me out and then didn’t put my food in a bag (I had to ask) and then was giving off an attitude as if she had to do all this work. Then I had to interrupt her phone call again to ask for the sauces that I already asked for with the bag. If you don’t like your job or the responsibilities that come with it.. don’t do it and be rude to customers. Second straight time I’ve had a weird encounter at this location. Will not be coming back.

One of the best Asian grill food I’ve had. Delicious, flavor, and tasty. I had the steak (well done) and chicken bowl with rice and vegetables. Delicious sauces and the meats are seasoned just write. Delivery service through vendors are available. Decent prices.

Beware- I’ve been a fan of Bibibop from the beginning but this location recently made their “to go” containers SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than their normal containers. I didn’t even ask for to go, they just assumed it since I was ordering two orders. Like, smaller than when they used to have a “kids bowl”. The normal portion used to be my dinners and a lunch leftover and this new container is barely a dinner. Total BS

this location served me the smallest portion i have ever received at any Bibibop. i love Bibibop but this was highly disappointing. i do not recommend coming to this location. this is twice now that they serve noticeably smaller bowls for the same price. huge bummer !

Earlier today, my friend’s cousin had a cockroach in their bowl. That is totally disgusting. I have never seen anything disgusting in my life. I have also seen another review that there was a cockroach on the keypad and this was at the same place. Apparently there are cockroaches at this location so don’t go here. There is a BIBIBOP on Henderson Road, go to that one.

Chris is the kindest and funniest human ever. Every time I go to bibibop I hope he’s working because he makes me feel like I’m his best friend and it just brightens my whole day! Chris if you are reading this thank you for being such a kind human and spreading your positivity!!!

I ate a very pleasant meal earlier today [8-24-2022] at BIBIBOP Asian Grill, at 1270 W. Fifth Ave. in the "Fifth by Northwest" neighborhood of Columbus. I had carefully studied the menu on-line -- several times before today's visit -- and had assumed that my only choice would be to "build my own bowl" when in fact there is another option that is not mentioned on the website: to order one of the six "chef-curated bowls" of which I had been unaware until walking up to order my food and seeing those bowls described on a sign above the ordering counter. I decided to order one of the six "chef-curated bowls": "Super Greens and Grains," "a salad base with chicken, purple rice, broccoli, kale, kimchi, egg, and sesame ginger sauce." My "Super Greens and Grains" bowl had been absolutely delicious. The "purple rice" in that bowl had been particularly interesting since I had never before heard of purple rice. I also had never before eaten an Asian bowl that contains kimchi as one of its ingredients though I have certainly eaten a lot of kimchi over the years at a Japanese/Korean restaurant that is near my home. The one glitch with the ordering process had been that I had wanted to pay a "custom" tip rather than pay a tip based on a percentage of the total. The credit/debit card terminal had supposedly offered the ability to pay a "custom" tip but had not allowed me to enter any amount other than $0.00 so I eventually gave up and paid no tip. If you are in the "Fifth by Northwest" neighborhood of Columbus and are looking for a delicious Asian bowl, "build-your-own-bowl" or "chef-curated bowl," I recommend BIBIBOP Asian Grill at 1270 W. Fifth Ave.

Came here for lunch wasn't a long line. Order food, then paid, and sat doen enjoyed my lunch. Clean place.

Good food. Great service. I will be coming back for more. I used to work at a Chinese restaurant, so I know what good Asian food is.

I ordered online for pickup. I don't know which employee attended to me, but he was so kind and friendly to help me find my order! Love the atmosphere. Will hopefully done in someday :)

Although I have a sucrose/fructose intolerance I was still able to have a yummy bowl with their fabulous purple rice, shredded egg, cheese, super food salad, roasted sesame broccoli, and potatoes. The staff were super friendly, patient and answered all my questions! Plus they have cute little cups of FREE miso soup! Thanks Bibibop! PS Didn't realize they had tofu so I'll ask about that next time!

Food is decent in a quick pinch when you need something fast and easy.

I love having an entirely gluten free option, and the food is both delicious and healthy. It was our first time as we are only traveling through Ohio, but I will go out of my way to eat at another BIBIBOP.

Some of the most wonderful staff I've gotten a chance to interact with. I've been going here weekly and sometimes multiple times a week and I plan to keep coming back to delicious healthy food with wonderful staff and customer service! 11/10 👌

It was a pleasure to attend this west 5th Ave location. It was busy, the service was great and the food tasted very well.

Wife had me stop by to get her as big a black tea as possible. So I asked. And then bought a gallon of black tea in a bag. 10/10

I get the small cup for $5. I get the same thing at every location I go to. 1 base and 4 toppings. This girl put I scoop of noodles in. I asked for another scoop bc that's the way everyone else does it. She put half a scoop in. So I let it go and moved on. I said my 4 toppings. The next girl put the toppings on. Normally it would be at the top and have a full cup pretty much. I had half a cup. So I asked for more noodles again to the top sp I could just get the meat. The 2 girls argues different points with me then with so much attitude the 1st girl put a little more noodles on it and the 2nd girl took iit and passed the meat up to sauces. I said I wanted Steak and she rudley put it on and said "sauce" and I said yum yum and she literally put 1 little squirt on it and tried to put thw lid on. And at checkout she slid the cyp to me with no bag of anything at all. Extremely rude! Never had a bad experience at Bibibop beofed but wow!

Consistent, some of the staff are above and beyond, others not so much, but it balances out, very rarely have I had a bad experience here, quick easy, seems healthy but probably isnt

Got this to go and got home to find out that the rice in both of our bowls was completely undercooked. It was crunchy and so gross.

Chris is one of the nicest genuine human beings I’ve interacted with in a long time! If you’re the owner of this location, do whatever you can to keep him on your staff for a long time! It’s rare that you run into someone so personable and kind in the food service industry now a days! He’s a great asset to your staff and his co workers seem to appreciate him as well!

From out of town and so I decided to check this place out and I was not disappointed. First, the staff is beyond friendly (as it was my first time there they walked me through the process and make recommendations), the dining area was clean and inviting, and the food was simply amazing. It’s similar in style to a chipotle where you order at the counter as they build your bowl, but the flavors are unique and the ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous.

Exactly what you expect from a Bibibop. Good, fresh food, quick service, friendly staff, a clean place to eat, and a trendy environment. I've been to a bunch of different Bibibop's across the city and they're all consistent with this. It's honestly my favorite of these "Build your meal/Chipotle" style places to eat. You can eat and not burp it up later and hate yourself. I really like this chain!

I went to BIBIBOP on 2/26/2022 and got two bowls one steak one chicken. The potatoes was hard in it not cooked all the way. I look forward to eating them in my bowl so that made my bowl not good this was my dinner after working all day both bowls was messed up because the potatoes was just too hard to eat I'd like to hear from somebody about replacing them. Thank you

Bibibop is great and the food is always very fresh but the reason I can’t give five stars is because they change the bowls all the time. I understand supplies change especially with the manufacturing challenges nowadays, but the last time I went there the bowls changed and looked smaller again and the employee did not fill it very well. Even if it was filled though it would’ve been smaller than the original bibibop containers. It’s frustrating because prices stay the same for a smaller bowl, so it’s really a buzzkill and makes me hesitant to return.

Zhendi is truly a joy to be around ! She’s the manager and always makes it a point to say hi! This is my absolute FAVORITE Bibibop! The staff here is so friendly and make you want to dine in! Every time I come in, it’s super clean!

The staff are extremely nice, and the food is very flavorful! Their large selection of ingredients allows for a wide range of combinations. Very good!!

I love Bibiop and their unique menu! But don't be intimidated by ingredients that might not be as familiar to you. You can get something as basic as rice and chicken with teriyaki sauce. But you could also get something as delicious as Japchae sweet potato noodles with sprouts and tofu and pickled cabbage and sesame kale and more! What I'm trying to say is that there's something for everyone (but be adventurous, at least a little!).

I've been going to this location for the last couple of years and have zero complaints as it relates to service, or quality of product. However since the supply chain issues as it relates to the bowls has changed a couple of times over the last couple months and the most recent iteration appears smaller than it used to be. The actual volume might be the same as the previous containers, but the workers fill it noticeably less. Very disappointed and won't be coming back anytime soon unfortunately. Which is a shame because I've always been a big fan.

Great experience @Bibibop!! All the base options looked fresh and just prepared. Since we went in a group I was able to try different bases: purple rice, noodles and riced cauliflower. All were really good. With all the toppings options you are sure to find something you like. I went with steak but also tried the chicken. Both were well seasoned and very yummy. Great selection of sides - pineapple complemented my meal perfectly. Overall an awesome meal - super fresh and super healthy!! Definitely worth the trip!!

Introduced a first timer to Bibibop. I really enjoy the food and the vibe. I call it the Asian Chipolte and cannot wait to go back.
