Very convenient, popular middle of downtown place to meet someone for a cup of coffee.

My first time eating from this wonderful place of business was when my boss brough some for our department at work. Thats the day i fell in love with them, i mean down to cream cheese i mean these are the best bagels I ever tasted. Ive been craving these since. I tracked it down cause i didnt want my boss to know i was being greedy and ate 3 😆lol. But everyone got one and they were left over so no big deal. Loyal supporter.

I always love Einstein bagels. This restaurant is great for several times of day such as your daily coffee before work, mid morning brunch with breakfast items, and lunch & dinner. They have delicious options for each. They also offer large quantities of bagels, but make sure to go early in the day before they’re sold out. Here, you can get high quality food. Tip: check for deals and promotions online as they occasionally have some!

Compared to other coffee shops I tried, I sat on hard chairs or plastic ones but in this coffee shop? You’ll feel like you’re inside a living room of your own comfortable home. I will never get tired of coming back here! You deserve this appreciation review!

5 dollar bagel with a tiny bit of cream cheese. Disappointed in bagel and price.

They are usually pretty good (hence the 3-star rating). I don't know what happened today. The potato salad is really good, but the portion is small. Today I ordered, and paid for, an additional helping to supplement the one that comes with the sandwich. I didn't get it. I thought, "Oh well, I probably didn't need it anyway. Their pickles are good, too." You guessed it, no pickle, either. 😕to

The staff was friendly and knowledge. I am allergic to dairy and no one had any issues preparing my food without it. The blackberry lemonade is amazing! The restaurant was very clean and open. There was enough seating for everyone. Nothing bad to say about this place, other than I was so sad to find out that they are not open on the weekends. I would have eaten here for breakfast every day that we were in town otherwise. If you've never been to an Einstein Bagels, check this place out immediately. And try any of their signature sandwiches!

Finally Back open again!!! Just as amazing as before. Best bagels , coffee and service - even though it’s a chain. Made from scratch bagels every morning 🤤

Great place for lunch. Really enjoyed my chicken spinach and artichoke bagel.

For downtown Columbus, the inside of this joint looks like how Columbus USED to look. Clean, but... missed a spot. You also learn this joint cooks food the way we USED to cook food down here. Nice and decadent! I **STRONGLY** recommend the brisket breakfast bagel. You will see what I'm talking about. PROPER. ;)

Decent but inconsistent cook level on all the bagels. I personally like my bagels lighter. Sometimes they are perfect at this location. Other times they are very dark. Not sure if their equipment has issues or what.

Quick service, good selection of bagel flavors and better quality brands like Caribou Coffee and Harney and Sons tea. The only thing they need is plain black breakfast tea. The only 'black tea' options are Earl Grey or Citroen Grey, which I think of as afternoon teas. Try the chorizo breakfast sandwich on a jalapeno cheddar bagel.

Everyone at our table was very satisfied. The staff was friendly and observant. Prices are decent. Ambience reminds me of Colorado Springs area.

I'm a coffee drinker, I tried their medium roast brew for the first time and it was delicious. Staff are super friendly.

Such an amazing staff! We had a catering mishap with our address, but Liz came out to us to drop off our order personally on time and without any hiccups. Not to mention the food was delicious! Really appreciate their hard work and service.

Good other than finding a plastic lid in my sandwich and when I want to call to talk to someone about it they want to hang up on me.

The General manager at Einstein bagles is amazing excellent customer service with a wide variety and great suggestive sales
