I went to pick up an online order today at 725 after an estimated pickup time of 723 and when i gave the cashier my name they said it was just waiting on fries. I said okay and proceeded to sit and wait on my order to be completed. After waiting for 25 MINUTES, and multiple customers getting their names called for their orders, I finally decided to go back up and see what was taking so long. AS IT TURNS OUT my order had been ready the ENTIRE TIME i was waiting.The employees were much more preoccupied sending their coworkers to give compliments to female customers calling them “CUTE”. I was extremely aggravated as i walked away knowing i could have had my meal sooner if the employees had been actually doing their jobs! I was even more disappointed at the fact that when i got to my car to finally enjoy meal, my fries were hard and COLD. So much so, that i could not enjoy them, and tossed the rest away. I have been to this location multiple times and this is not the first instance. I should have gone back to get a refund ):

Was in the area and heard there was a Wingstop and that it was supposed to be better than Buffalo wild wings so I online ordered which was easy and quick. about the same price as Buffalo wild wings which was fine. Two traditional 15-piece wings with an add-on of 5 more for about $35. We went inside pretty early and it was dirty with trash on the floor. It didn't look like they had cleaned from the night before. Got the bag and drove about 45 minutes and finally got to taste them. The hot and cajun were great and plain tasted good & the parmesan garlic was amazing very good. Their ranch is buttermilk tasting kind of watery but exactly how I loved it it was delicious. Of course I had to love a wing place that is about 45 to 55 minutes away. 😁 Even though it wasn't the cleanest I have to say I will be back just maybe a different location next time.

The food has been good quality, however the amount of time you wait and the service inside leaves something to be desired. They surely are in no hurry, so any order you need to add at least 20 minutes. They only call out orders when they're ready and do not help anyone as customers walk in. You basically have to be lucky enough for them to acknowledge you or hear your name or your food sits. As a doordasher as well, I dread taking their orders.

This is my first time i go to Wing Stop, and it's the last . I didn't try any of the menu because the employees have been busy with their phones , Waiting for them to take my order, and when i spoke up, no one cared and continued watching their tiktoks. I'm not coming back for this branch again . Awful experience.

Straight trash…… chicken over cooked and barely sauced, out of corn, voodoo fries horrible, seasoned fries had no seasoning. 4 employees working tonight 6/20/22 were very unprofessional using foul language and clowning with each other instead of paying attention to orders.We do like wingstop and will try a different location but this one is not it

The fries are garbage now. They don't even put the seasoning on them. They also using these fries that look like either wedge or steak fries...we asked for extra seasoning. BUT they aren't seasoned at all. And they aren't fried well either. 🙄 Refugee and Gender is terrible on the fries. Get it together or higher quality control...

I was missing a wing , they wasn’t taking walk ins so I had to order online once I got there them looked in bag after waiting 39 minutes for my order had ranch but no blue cheese

It's Oct 16th 2022, Wow! sign says open at 11am it's 11:15 am was told not taking orders right now maybe able to about 11:30 ×Who owns this location? You may want to get better help. I guess someone didn't get to work on time , the male and female were just getting things ready for the day( so sad) I won't be back.

1 star for service. Rude employees. I seen a lady and her son waiting and she asked to speak to someone and they ignored her. So she stormed outta there. I'm waiting on an order and it's been over 30 mins. While I'm sitting here waiting on my food I see everyone else who came in after me get thier food before me.

The service is absolute garbage. Mistakes happen, but the carelessness of fixing it is what if ridiculous. Never received this last order because they gave it away to the wrong dasher. Didn’t remake it, didn’t set up another delivery and didn’t issue a refund. Going through their website to make a complaint and I have to wait for the local store to fix which they cannot do in the moment. Complete trash location.

I give them their credit... especially at night. They deal with every type of customer and still try there best to get things out correct and quickly. I don't think the issue is wrong with the workers necessarily but the process to get food out in general. Still will give them 4 stars at least because they never do me wrong with my order.

Really my first time at Wingstop. I like breaded wings usually because they are crisp and the breading. Wingstop surprised me they were well done, crispy and tasty. The corn nibblers also a winner. Great alternative when I can get breaded wings.

Ordered pickup taking well over 30 mins ago and still waiting as we speak. They have only asked for my name and have not gave me an update since over 10 people waiting in their lobby all waiting on their food. I get they are short staffed but over 35 mins wait time is unacceptable no matter the restaurant.

I never leave reviews. This was pretty bad. My entire order was supposed to be a dry rub & they put some sauce on it. I think it was the Kroger brand wing sauce. I should’ve checked my order before I left. I tried calling once I was home to get a new order. Of course no answer because it was close to closing time. Lemon pepper & Garlic Parmesan are dry rub wings! Waste of my money. They poured, what seemed like, the entire bottle on my on food. My wings were soaked in “yellow sauce”

As a pregnant woman I will never get wingstop again. I waited 20 minutes in line to be told I cannot order any food. There was no sign or an employee that said you cannot order food in store today. Online orders does not make sense when there is no signs. They wasted my time and my business today.

They don’t give u what ordered they only gave me wings as soon I got home i didn’t see no fries or any sauce there workers are not good very disappointed.

This place is ghetto as all get out. There will probably be a Brovo show about it. I went in to pick up an order for an event. The sign out side had no lights so good luck finding it. When I went in to pick up I stood in line with the Uber eats group. A person was standing there on her cell phone while another room orders. Another worker was eating. I stood for 21 minutes, yes I set a timer for it, while the young lady took orders and tried to get the take out orders out by herself. Twice getting something stuck on here screen where old girl would have to stop playing with her phone to help. When they got to my pick up I was allowed to pay... It was already paid for. It took two other people to figure that out. It was a complete mess and the trap music playing didn't help.

I've been to Wing Stop at this location before. Usually, I do not dine in. I picked up an order of 40 wings that was placed. I did have to wait since I was early. The workers acknowledged me when I arrived and let me know that my early will be ready soon. Got it sooner than the 11 minutes I had to wait.

Ordered and 30 family pack. 15 hot 15 lemon pepper. Got all the way home only 10 lemon pepper. Not sure how hard it is to count to 30. Fries were nasty as usual. Called they said to come back and bring the fries😂😂😂. Tf you about to do with these fries. They didn't offer to do anything else for the inconvenience. Ima need them yo work on they fries for real. Fries never cooked right

Awesome food, got four flavors to spilt with a friend and were all great. Took about 30 minutes for a in dine order though. It’s filled with okay workers and a ghetto customer atmosphere.

I ordered food over the phone at 9:25. They said 45 minutes. My nephew got there at 10:20. They told him they didn’t have an order. He leaves out and calls me. I call back up to the restaurant they said they had the name misspelled. He went back in and got the food. He drove less than a mile away and brought me the food and it is ice cold. The past few months we have been receiving terrible service. I tried to give them chance after chance because I enjoy the wings but I will never patronize this wing stop again.

The slowest most uncaring employees! I make food deliveries for a living and this wing stop 100% of the time takes more than 15-20 minutes to fill an order. The employees are joking, flirting, looking at their phones and generally screwing off with no respect for others time. There doesn’t seem to be any management present or anyone in charge. I decline almost every order from this location. Sad

Let me start by saying DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE . HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS are out of this world I’m food safe certified an I will be reporting this place honestly no gloves , no hair nets , Now let’s get to the GENERAL MANAGER she is on coke she does it all day everyday an if you pay attention you will see that! She steals from business that are near wingstop apparently you can over hear a lot of stuff when your sitting a whole hour waiting for your food !! My mind has been blown with this business I’m not even sure how there still able to open everyday . I just know I will not be purchasing FROM THIS LOCATION IM NOT ABOUT TO BE SERVED NO SPIKED FOOD FROM A GM ON HARD DRUGS OR FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT FOLLOWING FOOD SAFETY PROCEDURES you just never no !!!!
