This is a great resource for the community. Last month they did a college tour to Central State and Wilberforce. They do community trash removal and they have various activities for the young people in the neighborhood. This is a place to uplift the community.

1807, oldest building standing on original foundation in Franklin County. Can't beat that, you can only see it from the street, for now.

The construction of these locks are neat. The remnants of the lock hinges are visible. This lock needs a historical marker.

Old canal lock by the Canal Road. No sign or anything so don't miss it. There is the lock No. 27 down the road very close.

Rickenbacker Woods offered a free College Tour trip to Central State University and Wilberforce University that I attended in June for students. We also got to tour the National US Air force Museum and Young's Jersey dairy! This organization always has different events for our youth!
