Absolute
garbage
people
working
on
the
phones!
I
called
in
to
tell
Molina
they
had
a
wrong
number,
and
that
person
they
were
trying
to
contact,
hadnt
owned
my
phone
number
in
about
5
years.
The
first
rep
i
talked
to,
when
i
asked
to
be
removed
from
the
call
list,
said
i
needed
to
provide
the
name,
date
of
birth
and
address
of
the
person
who
didnt
own
my
phone
number
for
them
to
stop
calling
me.
I
asked
to
speak
with
a
phone
manager,
and
the
first
rep
at
that
place,
said
he
didnt
want
to,
and
hung
up
on
me.
I
called
back,
asked
for
a
manager,
and
this
manager
lady,
being
totally
rude
aside,
said
that
she
put
me
on
the
"do
not
call
list"
unsure
if
this
is
confirmed.
I
told
her
about
my
experiance
with
the
first
rep
that
hung
up
on
me,
told
her
that
it
was
unprofessional
to
hang
up
on
customers,
she
laughed,
waited
a
min
or
two,
and
then
hung
up
on
me
while
i
was
on
hold.
WOULD
NOT
RECOMMEND,
UNLESS
YOU
WANT
TERRIBLE
PHONE
REPS,
THAT
ARE
RUDE,
AND
HANG
UP
ON
YOU
WITH
NO
CORRECTIVE
ACTION
BY
TNEIR
SUPERVISORS!
