Extremely inconsiderate and disrespectful of peoples time. My child had an 8 am appointment, we were there at 7:45 am and still had not been seen by 8:30 am. The front desk receptionist advised me that the appointments are scheduled only 15 minute windows (???) and Dr "Ro" likes to come in and study the charts....... I am sorry but if you're "studying charts" maybe consider putting in the extra effort of coming in early to go the extra mile. Parents work, we have schedules. I had to cancel my child's appointment because taking 2.5 hours of my own paid time off was not enough for one of the FIRST appointments. Please do better.

Never left more than an hour after my appointment time. Never go back on time. If appointments are running over that means either get more doctors or adjust the amount of slots. This is truly unacceptable. They force me to come to multiple appointments within a week then threaten me with CPS of I don't. Yet I'm still spending an hour - 3 hours in this place. Also when I was at my appointment someone walked into my room twice once while breastfeeding and just said "wrong room" how is the head walking into the wrong room and nurses walking into the wrong room with a patient. It's irresponsible

Staff there was amazing was able to be seen next day and doctor took time to explain what was going on. Highly recommend.

I wish I can give zero star they don’t even deserve 1 start the worst place you ever take your child unprofessional hospital and they don’t even respect your appointment it’s wasting of time they keep you waiting 4 to 5 hours even if you have appointment and once they take you inside they keep you wait again for a longtime. I recommend everyone to not waste their time in this location

If you don’t have any job to do and you just want spend your day without doing nothing you come here otherwise you never come with sick child in here it takes forever to come your turn . They should improve their service with open more windows and doctors.

They always have Ridiculous wait times. Maybe they should consider scheduling less appointments per hour because they can never keep up. Would definitely not recommend this location.

I am not a fan of this place. There is a male reception and he is very rude with everyone . I just can not comprehend how you can work in this field and have no people skills. Or better yet who hires people like this. If I could I would rate them a zero stars. I will be looking for another pediatric doctor for my children.

They are usually really great about accommodating. I brought my daughter for a physical and it was actually my other daughters appt. They would not see her even though both were physicals. They could have. My mistake, but everyone knows life is a little extra difficult lately. :( Rescheduling was just an easy way out. Especially bc we were on time too.

This place is ghetto, Lakeisha in the front is rude and always has something to say when no one was speaking to her. Waited over 50 minutes to be called although I had a scheduled appointment. White girl and African lady in front was ok, still no help.

Appointment was at 2:30 arrived at 2:20 it’s 4:30 pm now and IM still not in a room TAKE YOUR CHILDREN ELSE WHERE ..my toddler literally fell asleep waiting !!

The front desk receptionist is extremely rude. Particularly the one with the short cut hair that sits in the FIRST chair. Naturally, because she is the first receptionist and doesn't have anyone at her station, I walked over to her. As i am walking up, she says "why does everyone come to me first". So I asked her if there was an issue. She said she wasn't talking to me. Of course she was. I asked if someone else could help because apparently she hates her job. Another nurse/MA walked over and tried to intervene and assure me she wasn't talking to me which is fine but she was referring to me. This place is a mess. I'm moving my son from this location. The front staff is a mess. They were all hurdled up talking to each other. No one greets you as you come in. You just stand there looking confused and literally no one notices you. My mother had taken my son to his appointment a week prior and she mentioned the SAME lady (i think her name is lakeisha) was very rude to her as well. I use to love this location because I love is Doctor but customer service is terrible here. This location went down the drain sadly.

I never seen place like this they need to shut it down. They took the wrong pt in and i water 2 hours 😡😡😡😡

I visited for the first time today: 1/20/21 I was there from about 1:30pm - 4pm As far as pediatricians go, this office has provided the best experience in my 4 years as a mother. It has it's good and bad just like every other place. The Up: The visiting receptionist (she said she typically works in the Westerville location, wish I would have gotten her name) that did my intake was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind and attentive. The others seemed in not so good spirits, but I definitely can see how that can happen having to deal with not-so-delightful people all day. We were taken to a room pretty promptly and the nurses who saw us prior to the doctor were lovely as well. . My 3 y/o HAPPILY went with the nurse which is odd because she doesn't take well to strangers so that in itself speaks to how warm and welcoming they were. Our doctor was brilliant. Both my children enjoyed her even with my 1y/o being cranky. She was attentive and thorough and an overall joy to be around. The Down: When you have grumpy kids, 15 minutes feels like 15 hours so the wait times can feel very long but that's not unusual for any doctor's office. The only thing I would have changed was communicating the things that were being done (ie telling parents where they're taking the child and what they are having done/how they plan to restrain the child for vaccines) It ended up being a simple height and weight check which they more than happily explained after I'd asked. The force they have to use when restraining kids for vaccines can be a little off putting if you aren't ready for it/expecting it but they handle it how they need to with a flailing & screaming 3 y/o who wont willingly get their shots. Other than that, it's a great office and I'll sleep easy knowing I finally found an office worth taking my kids too.

I have gone to other walk ins within 45 I was seen in this place you walk in 4 hours later you are still in there..Terrible...I saw people come and go for about 2-21/2 hrs finally I asked how much longer rep said soon..1 hour later was soon..only stayed cause my daughter was sick didn't want to go and start again..

An associate called me and asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I told her I did because my son was overdue for this annual physical. I asked if there were any available appointments for Saturday and she assured me there was and we scheduled the appointment for 10/03/2020. On Friday, 10/02/2020 I started to receive multiple calls and when I finally answered the associate Danielle advised me I could not be accommodated and asked if I wanted to re-schedule. No explanation at all. To me this was very suspect because Sharon Woods initiated the contact to me and now I can’t be serviced on the agreed appointment date. No thanks! I will never schedule an appointment with an unorganized place like this. Very unprofessional and it shows based on the poor reviews.

Inexperienced doctor wanted to argue with me about the pattern of bites on my kid from staying at a recent hotel, and told me that they were spider bites that have videos of the bites originally in pictures of them after due to scratching and she’s literally arguing with me over what I seen and what happened.
