    The customer service is very poor. You are required to wait in line (which is fine), but not a single employee greets you or asks the purpose of your visit. I waited in line for 30 minutes for them to say they could not assist me. Others in front of me waited just as long just so they could pick up merchandise. My recommendation is simple, greet your customers and ask a brief question of what they need then you can quickly show them the register or say the store cannot help. This would prevent people that have two minute transactions from standing in line waiting for full service clients to shop and purchase their merchandise. I mentioned this to the salesman that talked to me, and he said they were too busy to do that. My recommendation to shoppers is to go to Diamond Cellar around the corner. That is a top notch business. My experience with service, selection and price is nothing less than 5 stars.

    I gave this store a poor rating for customers services. Staff was not helpful when I enter the store it took them 20 minutes to acknowledged me. I waited just to see how long and if I would receive help. After waiting ten more minutes with no help and two staff members walk pass me without speaking a turn and said I had attention on was buy something and you have just lose a sale by poor customer service. I will never shop there again.

    First time engagement ring shopper here! I called to see if I need to make an appointment for me and my boyfriend to come shop around. The lady "CJ" on the phone started to giggle like it was a stupid question and asked if I even know what I want to look for and I told her no because I truly don't know what I like... again, I'VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE. She laughed and sighed and asked for my name and when I'd be there. She acted very put out, uninviting, unwelcoming and just down right rude. I haven't even made it through your doors and I know I won't be stopping in. This is not a way to treat your potential customers and I hope all you brides and grooms to be reading this don't ever feel as belittled as I did during such a special time in your lives. :(

    Brought my watch in for a simple battery replacement. Purchased the lifetime battery service. Cam home and a couple days later there is water in my watch. Take it back and they give me an estimate of $200 to fix what they caused. They eventually decided to not charge. Told me it would take 4-6 weeks to fix. Its now been 8 weeks and no call. I call and the phone just rings at 11 am. Finally a fax machine noise comes on. Not impressed as they don't return calls nor seem to care.

    Ms. Leslie is a Legend! I brought my husband a bracelet as a wedding gift from Kay’s in 2021. My husband broke a link out of it. The Grove City location was unable to assist, they wanted us to turn it into them and they would send us a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement from Alabama was broken, so we received a call that we could look on line. We find the exact bracelet for the price I paid. We were told we would have to wait for it to go OFF sale and they would charge us the difference between the sale price and the original! My husband wanting to keep the original called his favorite location at Easton, and Leslie saved the day. She was able to get the sku number from my husband and tracked down the bracelet at another location have it shipped to the Easton store where we walked in and she replaced the broken link! He was able to KEEP the original bracelet with her help. She thought outside the box and delivered. WE will do ALL our business at the Easton Kay’s location from here on out!! Also John was so friendly while we waited. The absolute best experience. Thank You!! 😊

    We purchased my engagement ring from the manager of the Easton Town center Kay’s. They told me my ring could be taken down to a 3 3/4. The ring we got pressured into buying after returning the tanzanite ring. I personally told them I’m a down and dirty girl. I need a rugged and tough ring. They mislead us into buying a tanzanite ring. Which are very easy to scratch and chip not the tough ring I just got done explaining I needed. After the transaction went through the manager told me the ring is delicate and to not shower or anything with it on. So I returned it and purchased another ring. That ring was to be sized. When my fiancée brought the ring home after 2 weeks waiting for it to be sized. It was still big. So I’ve been to 2 other Kay Jewelers. Both Kay jewelers told me it was sized to the lowest it could be which is a size 4. I’ve been wearing a spacer on the ring while I decide what to do, as to once again return this ring. My ENGAGEMENT ring for something that can be taken down to my size. Since my ring is impossible to be taken down that far because of the pressure it would put on the diamonds. They’re very unprofessional for a person in customer service career. I had the manager and a associate helping me that day and both acted like the ring was capable of being sized that small. Be prepared to be bombarded and pressured into purchasing a ring that isn’t even ideal for you to own. A happy experience turned into a very bad one with the manipulating just to make a sell.

    It started off good. The salesman was nice, although seemed impatient at times. We found the ring I was looking for.. wasn’t looking to buy anything expensive. He talked about how we can bring the ring back for any reason and get it repaired or replaced if it’s damaged. We though it was awesome. He didn’t mention it was a warranty that we had to pay for. $80 warranty on a 200$ ring! He should have mentioned the price. Didn’t find out until I got home and was emailed the receipt. But I was happy with the ring so I said heck with it. Then I wore the ring around and realized it was too big. It ended up being 2 sizes too big. How we didn’t catch this when I was trying on the ring. I have no idea. But the ring kept falling off. So I decided to head back in and just exchange it. I liked the ring. Just give me a smaller ring. They didn’t have one in stock. So they had to order me a smaller one online. They said I would have to pay more because there was a store discount on the ring. I said fine. It go ahead and take off the warranty. They were incredibly rude to us when I asked them to take off warranty. At This point I just asked for my money back. I originally paid in cash. They pushed really hard to give the refund as a gift card to Kay’s. No thank you. I want my money. They said they had no cash in the store. And it’s policy not to keep cash. Ludicrous. This was at 6pm. How can you not have 300$ in Easton at 6pm? I told them I wanted a refund and I was unwilling to accept a gift card. Finally they offered to mail Me a check. 7-10 business days. This entire experience was such a disappointment. And it all came down to the staff and the policies in place. The ring was nice. Definitely worth the price. But I won’t be going back. There are so many other places to go. Beware of this location everyone.

    VERY pushy, but also had lots of ideas on ways to be able to buy their products. They took care of my warranty work beautifully & I was in & out quickly once I got past the selling. Gave them 4 stars cuz I hate pushy salesman, but they would have had a 5 without that.

    Word of caution: They will sign you up for a credit card without your permission. My fiancee and I went in to look at rings, found one we liked and could made to fit my taste. The sales person named Gabby started talking about signing up for their credit card, my fiancee and I weren't really interested but agreed to have his credit checked to see if he could be approved. They said he could but he said he didn't want it and that were would be back in a few weeks to get my ring(he wanted to wait for our anniversary). A week later we recieved a Kay credit card in the mail, we figured it must be one of those fake ones they send so you sign up for one. We happen to visit another Kay's and asked them about it, the sales person looked and Gabby did sign us up for the credit card without our permission! After I got done canceling the card and getting it removed from my fiancee's credit report I called the store to complain. I spoke to the manager Ryan and explained what happen he told me it was our fault and we shouldn't have agreed to have our credit checked even though we explicitly stated we didn't want the credit card. Be careful when going here because apparently a credit check means you get a credit card if you want it or not!

    Had to give one star.. They deserve O. This place is an absolute joke! Never ever will purchase anything from here again! We bought a ring from here decided to return it a month ago. We are still waiting for OUR money. Bullcrap!! The customer service sucks and tells us we'll recieve our check in 5 to 7 business days. Its been well over that.avoid the hassel dont buy from here!😡😡😡😡

    If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. This place, not even just this location but the company as a whole, is just down right terrible with terrible customer service. I got my wedding band from there and my experience has been nothing but horrible. They are always rude and I will never go back.

    Honestly go elsewhere. Do not give Kay’s any of your time, energy, or money. The customer service at this store is beyond awful. Despite the district’s manger, Ellen, and manger, Gabriella’s, promise that this is the best store in Columbus. Service was just as terrible as others What’s the point of making an appointment if that time, and time of the customer, is not honored? Not only was I not serviced 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I was told to take a seat and not a single employee checked in to see what I needed, or update me on wait time. After 30 mins of waiting I informed them I was leaving and staff did not care or try to remediate. After dealing with issue after issue for the last 4 months, I should have expected this. Instead I gave both managers the benefit of the doubt and gave Kay’s one more chance to regain my trust. Clearly that didn’t happen. We will never ever give Kay’s a penny more and will be sure to share our horrendous experience with everyone we know. Save yourself the stress and frustration and go to a locally owned jeweler that actually cares.

    Bad experience in January, the woman I worked with in the store couldn’t get me to spend more so she instantly was rude to me. She lied telling me my jewelry coupon didn’t work, I called customer service and they stated it did work and the store would call me back and never did.

    I have been going to Kay’s for 10 years… and everytime I find myself at this location…I always leave super unsatisfied. Uninviting, unprofessional and super judgmental people here. From the time my husband (boyfriend at the time) bought my first necklace there up until he bought my wedding ring there. The necklace on the chain would constantly break and we would have to send it out every other month for replacement. Finally, we were given a thicker chain, but with attitude behind it from management is crazier, to the promise rings he would buy me there that constantly cracked in half, we were always told because they were cheaper and to small in size for my finger that THEY measured. mind you a 16-year-old doesn’t need an expensive promise ring. To the time He was shopping for my engagement ring with my sister. He was constantly being questioned with jealousy behind our relationship, judgement behind the ring choice. I understand how selling jewelry works and commission, I do and they want you to get the most expensive because “they last longer” but when someone comes in telling you what they want especially being a young kid, it should be more of a respect thing and respected boundaries not attitude because you didn’t get the sale you wanted. Recently, 12/01…I was told my necklace of 10 years wasn’t under warranty that he paid a lifetime warranty on so the chain that was supposed to be better than the last one that is broken again cannot be replaced that we would have to pay. I take that necklace to Polaris and without a problem the warranty was found and the necklace is shipped out. My husband attempts to buy me a necklace (12/17) of what I asked for something longer and more durable, and he was given a longer chain indeed, but it did not fit my pendant. So the lady tells him that he should get a gold one, because “she would not break it as much“ mind you my pendant is silver. I don’t really feel like that’s good judgment. And that he needs to get the warranty on the new chain that’s more durable because it’s not a matter of if it’s a matter of when because it WILL break. These Experiences may small to some but as a customer of 10 years its major. I am glad I have found Kay’s Polaris because they are extremely helpful and care about you and what YOU want and not just the sell.

I’m highly pleased with his customer service. Two other women helped me, as well, and they were also great. Excellent job with the overall customer experience!!

    DO NOT SHOP HERE😡 I wish I could give negative stars💯 I made 3 trips to this location within the last 2 weeks. During the first visit I wanted to see the possible selection in person vs online. I also needed to be sized for a ring. The male associate was VERY judgemental & sized my finger wrong. I went home to make an order online instead & chose to pick up my ring at another location in North Columbus. I received my ring earlier than expected! However, two days later a diamond fell out😡 I was in a crunch for time so I decided to give Easton another try. The second associate gave me inaccurate information which caused us to make a second unnecessary purchase. I called customer service (the representative was extremely professional) to resolve the issue. I was told to return to the Easton location for an exchange. Unfortunately, I was treated horribly by the manager. She was rude, impatient & VERY unprofessional😡 I asked for a full refund which was returned immediately. I decided to go to Zales instead. I was treated with respect & felt very special🤗 My boyfriend & I are EXTREMELY disappointed with Kay.

    We came to Kay to make adjustments to my current wedding band and the service was fantastic. We spent almost an hour discussing the changes until we came full circle and landed on what we had discussed at the very beginning!     Don was incredibly helpful! I came in looking for a wedding band and my friend came in looking for engagement ring inspiration. He was very thorough with his explanations and not too salesmany which was nice! You could tell he was a Diamond EXPERT. Both my friend and I were looking for custom pieces and he was able to share example rings that were close or exactly what we were looking for. You can tell he really cares about how you feel about the ring and prioritizes your budget and what makes you happy! I’d highly recommend!

    Laziest at its finest!!! Tells my child to go somewhere else to get her watch sized. Yet I brought it from Kay’s Easton location. Yet wasn’t a customer in site, yet act like they couldn’t be of help. Saying let me see what my supervisors says. Can’t say too much but do your job when the watch came from Kay’s. Had to ask the rep did he want my receipt yet he says no cause he knows the watch came from Kay’s

    I cannot say enough good things about this store!! I bought my fiancee's wedding band here and he bought my wedding band/enhancer here as well. They are not only beautiful but made of great quality. Had I known their staff and selection was as good as it is, we would have bough our engagement ring here as well. We worked with Zach, who may very well be the best on staff. He was fantastic!! Never pushy, always friendly and clearly cared more about what we wanted than what he might earn from the sale. He was such a joy to work with, we came back two weeks after we bought our rings and purchased earrings as well. I will never buy jewelry from anywhere else, and will always choose to work with Zach on future purchases. We felt like he bent over backwards for us, especially when we needed sized and adjustments. I rarely leave reviews but I felt like with all the options for jewelry stores out there, it can be stressful to know where to go, and this might help others out there, shopping for rings. Definitely check this location out and talk with Zach before going anywhere else. Thank you so much, Zach we love our rings!!!

    I spent ample time reviewing the required actions needed on a piece of jewelry. The individual documented it and confirmed the spelling of my phone. I got the email my piece was back in. I called to confirm the work was completed prior to coming to the store. It wasn't, then they acted like I never asked. They showed me the documents that proved I did but still denied and want willing to correct the issue.

    We went to Kay Jewelers for wedding bands. We picked one out and they went to place an order. We were then told that they don’t actually sell the ring anymore and had already proceeded to charge us for it. We were told it’d take 3-5 business days before we receive a refund. Nobody even bothered to apologize for the mistakes or attempt to do anything to make it right. Kay Jewelers just lost our business.

    Service was responsive and good. However I was taken back by some of the responses towards my wife's ring. First they suggested that my gems weren't sapphire (which they are) then used condescending tones towards the description of the ring, if I'm not mistaken they were suggestion it was costume jewelry, cause the gems they mentioned, my wife recognized as common gems in costume jewelry (my wife used to make a lot of jewelry when she was younger). She was upset by the situation and expressed to me she wasn't very happy with the interaction. Make it so bad when we went in to pick it up it was the exact tones we recieved the first time. This ring was a custom made engagement ring I had made from her mom and dads original diamond engagement ring and sapphires I hand picked. I have bought her a lot of jewelry from Kay and have a Kay card, but I am doubtful I will shop through them in the future. 2☆ cause they did do a good job of repairing some jewelry at the service center.

    Walked in the store wasn't greeted, I was ignored for at least 10 mins at that point I just left. Horrible customer service.

    Travis and Amelia were great help when we first came in to buy a wedding ring. However, I went back to get it retightened a week later because it was a bit loose but I stood there waiting for at least 20mns for nothing. After the 2 customers on front of me were taken care of, I was left there with no questions asked, and not provided with any wait times while the front lady sat on a chair working on something else, and other 2 selling jewelry. I ended up leaving and this was a Wednesday evening (not busy). Maybe under-staffed. Won’t go back to this location for any services.

    I took my Mothers wedding ring into Easton Kay’s to have the diamonds put into another setting. The first time it was sent to store the rings was set in gold not white gold. They sent it back and then correctly set it in White gold. When I called to inquire on my ring they informed me they couldn’t use the side diamonds that were in my mothers ring, instead put in diamond chips. Although they didn’t charge me for the little chips, they should have called me and gave me the option to choose another design to use all the diamonds. I am disappointed in Kay’s jewelry!

    As any husband I don’t like to get dragged along to the jewelry store but my wife needed her ring fixed and I needed my ring resized, Don made our visit absolutely awesome and I think that’s the most fun I have ever had going to a jewelry store. We will definitely be back

    Travis was phenomenal. He made the experience of ring shopping really personal and gave quality time for what we needed. With having gone to a jewelry store prior to stepping in to Kay’s I was discouraged but Travis took the time to get to know the styles I like with out feeling rushed. He gave the best suggestions and even brought a ring out I would not have chosen for myself but that ended up being the ring I decided on which was amazing. I highly recommend him. I am truly thankful for him and his help!

    I went to this location with my fiancée to purchase my engagement ring. We already knew the ring I was interested in but they didn’t have it in store. I was sized for my ring and then told it could be ordered online and shipped to the store. Long story short, the worker ordered the wrong size ring the proceeds to tell me my ring could be resent back out for resizing and it would take an additional month after already waiting 3 weeks. Who wants to resize a ring they haven’t even worn yet!! Now I’m waiting for my refund, which will take another 10 days!! Save yourself & money and do not go to this location.

    Jamal was awesome! My daughter is a senior and we were looking for a class ring, which we found can only be ordered online. After measuring daughter's finger, Jamal cleaned and polished our own rings. Will definitely return for our other jewelry wants.

    Stopped in to shop engagement rings and a chain. The manager adraigha and Don were extremely helpful! They are really good with their product knowledge. I learned quite a few things. Also they recommended the Kay card which I was extremely impressed with. Glad to see they have financing options available as well as quick and easy to sign up for. Also, they can take care of repairs ans well as cleaning. Warranties seem great as well. All in all a great experience with highly personable staff. Definitely will keep my jewelry business with the Easton Kay’s. 10/10

    I highly recommend KAY Jewelers when you are looking for fine jewelry. The quality and selection are wonderful and the staff top notch. Amelia Rosales really went out of her way to help in the selection of a special piece of jewelry on very short notice and her kindness and patience with every customer is phenomenal. If you have not shopped at this store in Eaton, I recommend that you do so soon . Wonderful and welcoming experience!
