😐 I like this place because it has a post office a laundromat a pharmacy a Chinese restaurant all in one area. And I use all of those shops. Panhandling is prevalent around this area. People often mention area, shopping, parking,

The area is rough. Let's get that out of the way. With that being said, the staff is incredible. I love the pharmacist and the staff has always been nothing but kind and caring. Even though this location is no longer close to me, I still go through this CVS because of how great the people are here.

Its a small strip mall, easy in and out. You have food, dentist, pharmacy, post office, laundromat, plenty of parking space. Its great for seniors, all the services and shops in one little space in the middle of a residential area with a senior living complex right behind the mall. Think about, meds, mail, laundry and a quick meal all in one spot.🙂

This is a very run-down area where I have been accosted by homeless people multiple times. The restaurants are not well maintained or staffed, there are potholes all over the parking lots, and overall, I do not feel safe getting out of my car.

Like any other shopping center it's a place you have to go with things that you need

This is going to be a quickly up and coming area, it is now being revitalized and when it comes to life it will be one of the best areas for shopping, events, hotels and attractions to fit the whole family in the mid West and east coast.

I visit this shopping center as little as possible. (Only place I'd exclude from this review is Peking Wok. They are amazing.) At the food locations, 90% of the time, I receive the wrong items AND have several items missing. When I return for my order to be fixed, staff typically acts annoyed and I have yet to receive a single apology for even ONE of the times it's occurred. I've worked in fast food and I know 3 hour old chicken when I see it. That kind of "service" is pretty standard here. So... I'll go ahead and PASS on the food poisoning, but thanks anyway. 🙄 My husband and I now drive much further away, because it's just not worth it and if I want self absorbed attitude and cold, nasty food, I'll talk to my teenager and fish through dumpsters.

Whether a trip to the post office or fast food drive through, expect one or more pan handlers.

This old shopping center is pretty run down. The parking lot need work badly, many potholes. Trash scattered everywhere. Many homeless loitering. The shops still do their jobs well, and this is a necessary area for Franklinton, but it needs maintenance badly

A dirty place. The homeless are making it look like a third world country. It's disgusting and it's filthy. But I still like the restaurants there.

A lot of homeless people hang around this area. Be prepared to get asked for money by at least 2 ppl when going here.

There are a bunch of food places in this shopping area. Arby's, McDonalds and Peking Wok. There is a CVS pharmacy, Franklinton dental group, wash land, a laundromat, and a Post office; which I am not sure about. It's located by a major highway in and out of Columbus, 70 east and west.

Lots of free parking for this shopping center. WashLand laundromat is where I usually do my laundry. It's clean and staff is nice. I also go to the post office there on a regular basis. They never scan my packages (unless I ask them to) but the postal employees are friendly and there is usually no line. The PNC bank has 2 drive thru ATMs and 1 walk up ATM but they run out of money frequently. Especially on a weekend and most definitely on holiday weekend it's out of money by Saturday morning.
