A lot of items here to look at. As soon as you walk in, rows of cases will be to your right. But they are not worth your time for the most part. And you'll need the time. As you go forward into the main area, you will be greeted by aisle after aisle of "antiques" ( many things I would just call mildly old). It's fun to look around, but as you will find out yourself there are not many things that jump out at you. Still worth checking out. As they say, one's man's trash is another man's treasure.

My first time here. They have a large variety of items. I actually bought a few things. Now the bad part. Others have complained about it being dark inside and I have to agree. Some booths I passed by due to it being dark. It was always warm inside today. The AC was set at 78 when it was warm and muggy outside. Finally, I thought most people inside including employees were not very friendly. Everyone acted like they didn't want you there. Overall, I might visit again if I was close by but would not go out of my way like I did today.

What an amazing place. So much to look at and so many collections on sale. The prices are a little high but you can find a lot of gems. It's absolutely huge so give yourself some time. The staff is so helpful and cares about you and your treasures. Really loved this place.

One of my old professors used to say, "if you can't make it good, make it big". This one's definitely a quantity over quality kind of shop, split about 50/50 between decent antiques and modern yard sale rejects. Dim lighting requires using your cell phone flash light if you really want to see while you're shopping. That said, there are some neat pieces mixed in if you know what you're looking for and are willing to really spend the time digging. We found a bunch of items from one dealer, multiples of the same thing, a handful of which were missing tags and brought them to the front to see if they could contact that dealer to check if they were the same price as all the others. We were told that without the tag there was no way to tell what dealer they had come from (despite us knowing the dealer number, booth they came from, and price of the matching pieces) and as such there was no way of even checking. That's a first for us in the country; truly bizarre.

Always friendly staff, ample parking, clean restrooms, a place to hold purchases if you are still shopping, very large consignment shop and the booths are always full! They even have a commercial carpet cleaner for aisles. There are employees who will retrieve larger purchases which is super nice! My only complaint is that a good chunk of the store is dark which can make reading tags difficult. Many booths add their own lighting. I would give this store a 4.5 if I could!

HSAM is a seemingly endless oasis of nostalgia & memorabilia! The strip mall it’s in appears quite desolate, but do not judge a book by its cover. I highly recommend eating before going because it’s enormous & you will be there for hours if you love antiques. No windows, but they are not necessary. All the items will keep your attention busy. Staff there is very friendly. Highly recommend this place !

Easy to get to. This could be a great place to shop if you could see into the shops. It was so dark. Some shops tried to set up their own lighting. Whoever is running the facility is not doing their job. And dont get me started on how hot and stagnant it was in there. I actually thought I was going to pass out at one time. We did try to shop but the conditions made it a very uncomfortable shopping experience. I just know there was good stuff in there that I needed but couldn't see.....

First time shopping here and loved it. It's a huge antique mall so expect to be there for a few hours if you want to look at everything. I found a handmade skull light, so neat!!

LOVE going to this place sometimes just to look around and others to try and find something specific. Great place to go with a friend for an afternoon. Each booth has it's own unique items. I must go if you love Antiquing!!

i’ve finally made it and i am so ecstatic i did. i’m from d.c. so when i first pulled into the parking lot, i debated turning around since it seemed like the location was a bit rough. i’m glad i didn’t. as soon as i purchased this lamp i texted my mom so many pictures of it. a+. only con is it’s hot as heck inside but you get used to it.

Heritage Square Antique Mall has a lot to offer. The setup is different from other antique malls I have visited as they have all the locked cases in the same section and all the big booths in a separate section. It was very clean and well kept, really seems like the owner cares about his business. They also had convenient signage so you know where you are/where an object/booth is. The staff was also friendly. I found the prices to be fair on most things, somethings seemed high. I didn’t find any deals or anything I couldn’t live without though. It also was somewhat dim, but generally wasn’t an issue. As others have said bring comfy shoes as you could spend hours looking around! Here’s a couple cool things I saw too.

While it's absolutely massive inside, the quality seems to be low and it's very dark inside. Many vendors have added their own lights to help. Reminds me of a school gymnasium from many years ago.

Great place, lots of treasures. Some dealers are over priced beyond belief, and don't understand why management doesn't say something to them about their over pricing, however there are dealers whom actually sell with great prices you can afford. The staff is stretched thinly, so help can take a bit. Lighting is bad so takes a while to adjust to dark lighting on the interior. I always have fun here, worth a visit.

Lovely, wonderful place! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and fun to talk to. The selection of vintage and antique items is always fantastic. And I love the oldies music playing overhead. I have been to this antique mall many times over the years and it’s a wonderful experience every visit. I wish I could choose more stars. Head on over to Heritage Square Antique Mall as soon as you can. It’s a perfect place to treasure-hunt and have a great time.

Everything insight is so clean and organized. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I’ve bought glassware many times and the wrapping of my items are extremely secure. Whether it was glassware, plastic, silverware or a handbag it was always well wrapped. Thank you Heritage Square Antique Mall for caring about your customers and your business. Sincerely, Brenda Adams

I visit antique malls and shops very regularly. I live in California and decided to check this place out for the first time with my grandma while home for the holidays. While I did find a nice set of old caster wheels for a decent price, I was pretty flabbergasted by prices on everything else. Most of the dealers have Pre-EBay prices. Several times I picked up what should have been a $5-$6 item were $18-20. Some of the booths have a nice assortment of items, but there are also booths that are literally filled with boxes of junk. I really wish the owners would police cleanliness a little better with their booth renters. Additionally this place is DARK. There are older sodium bulb lamps that buzz placed every ten feet or so (single bulb) so definitely bring a flashlight or miner’s headlamp if you want to look in the darker booths. Several times I found myself grabbing items and taking them to lighter booths to see them under lights in booths where sellers added additional lighting. I’m 38 and have fine eyesight! The cashier at the front wasn’t very pleasant but these days, whatever, I guess. The restrooms were very clean but the ladies handicap rest room was out of order. My grandma is in a wheelchair and it was very difficult to help her into the regular stall. I would come back if they lightened/cleaned up the place.

This is a very large antique mall! The outside of the mall does not appear to be that large, but the depth is deceptive. Lots of vendors with everything from architectural salvage to vintage clothing. Definitely worth the stop.

Staff won't check to see if a Seller will take less than listed price unless item is more than $80.00. It doesn't matter if buying many things from same booth or Seller.

This place is enormous first of all. It’s easy to spend 3-4+ hours browsing all the booths and cases. Huge selection of antiques & vintage for all interests. Most of the booths were fairly priced, well decorated & organized. The staff is kind & prompt. You can’t go wrong with Heritage Square Antique Mall!

My favorite antique store in Columbus! So much to look at and really cheap too. You can spend 3 hours there and only see half of it. Always something you’ll like if you look hard enough.

I LOVE this place! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the expansive amount of items is amazing. The wide variety of products throughout the store is like going on a treasure hunt without knowing what you'll find. I enjoy shopping here and I only leave when my husband calls to see if I'm still alive and if I'm ever coming back home. 😂

My wife and I love this place. We go just about every other weekend and always find something that surprises us. Sometimes it's a hit or miss with pricing but we always enjoy going. You can literally walk around for hours looking at items. Highly recommend.

First of all, this is a wonderful place. Wonderful. Spacious pods of all kinds of history, well cared for. I'd like to give a 5+. But the lighting in this store was so poor and the entire premises was so dark, that I could barely see stuff. I skipped some of the pods that were just hopelessly dark. I was visiting Columbus this weekend, and maybe the place had an electrical outage or something. Some of the vendors used motion sensor lighting, which almost confirms that the poor lighting was probably not just a fluke. Its just the large show room floor with this problem. I was there for maybe 3 hours and left with eye strain and headache. You've got great displays and I love the stories that some of the vendors try to convey with how they decorate their pods. HOWEVER, if the place is so dark that you have to strain to see, that might be saving you on electricity costs, but people cannot buy what they cannot see. Put some reasonable overhead lights on the ceilings to brighten up the place so that its not a strain to see your vendors' handiwork.

My very favorite antique mall in Columbus!! Whenever I'm in town I make the time to go. The amount of booths and vendors is amazing and the variety is great. I wish I could visit more often and have even made the trip for just antiquing before with this being my first stop. Highly recommend!

There are so many old things, like furniture, jewelry, and even old toys. I felt like I was exploring a treasure chest from the past. The store was filled with all these unique and interesting items that you can't find anywhere else. The owners were really nice and told me stories about some of the stuff they had.

Huge. This place is huge. Plan on spending at least two hours or more looking at all the displays. Well laid out, but easy to get lost in.

This place has anything and everything you could ever hope to find! It's so fun to just explore and find new things. Truly an antique shop with some hints of modern items that really keeps thing interesting. You can truly explore for hours!

It is fine. Nothing real exciting and certainly not high-end antiques. In fact, vintage describes it better than antique. I find their policy of not offering any type of discount until $80 really unusual. Most places will offer 10 percent on anything above $20-$25. This means I will do nothing but buy really low-end items. I like their music and the staff is nice but the mall itself and items are middle of the road.

    Nice place

  • 3/5 Rick C. 3 years ago on Google
As with most older shopping centers, this place looks "old" and needs a face-lift. That it is so does not seem to allow management to attract higher quality merchants. We went to Payless Furniture and glad we didn't let condition of center detract from that choice as we found there what several other stores did not offer.

Well laid out with nice displays makes for enjoyable browsing. Good selection of furniture, ornaments, collectables, toys, media, comics, pictures, decorative nik-naks, memorabilia, etc. from lots of small vendors. Good mix of antiques and what I'd consider 'garage sale' or flea-market items. Prices seem fair and can be negotiated. Friendly staff. Has restroom facilities.
