I decided to check this place out despite it always been closed. I didn't see any no trespassing signs, but there is no parking. It's a very nice trail that follows big Walnut Creek. We saw a bald eagle, beavers, and other wildlife. It's a pretty cool hidden gem.

The name is Cherrybottom Park which is confusing. It is an urban wildlife management area. There isn't any parking except where you can pull off to the side of Cherrybottom Road. There isn't any playground equipment, restrooms, or anything else that you would find in a park. It does have trails, with the most used one being the trail alongside Big Walnut Creek. There isn't any trail signs. It does offer some great views of Big Walnut Creek.

Buggy in summer, but nice and quite unique area with some decent trails down by the big walnut. Parking (off of cherry bottom) is a little sketchy to get in and out of.

This is an undeveloped park. The entrance is off of Cherry Bottom Rd, but it always has a gate closed across it. As far as I know there are no restrictions to visitors, but there are also no facilities.

Great place to watch wildlife. Parking is slim. After hard rains paths will be flooded or puddled up. No paved pathways

Really cool little walk by the river. Only 4 stars because there is nearly no room for parking at the entrance

I've never been here, but the zip line video on this site is from Blendon Woods Metropark, not this park. I'll check out Cherrybottom Park and update this review.

We were actually kayaking the creek. ODNR does a good job of cutting the dead trees that obstruct the creek.

I made the mistake of not reading other reviews… No parking unless you park in residential neighborhood… Does look like a pretty hiking trail if you don’t mind the lack of parking

There's a lot of trees and stuff there good place to stay in shape and ride your bikes there in the woods because it's a great way to stay in shape and if you need a place to lay your head you have a car park right there no one will bug you I did it three days almost died from starvation but it's a great way to stay shape

Small park with isolated, unpaved trails that snake through wetland and wooded areas along the river. There is enough room for 2 cars to park by the entrance, which is off of Cherry Blossom Road, do not go to the neighborhood off of Wyandotte Drive. Go to small parking area across from the residence at 5240 Cherry Bottom Rd.

Not a metro park, so it’s a nice rugged ungroomed path.

Not popular but I consider it a hidden extension of the Brendon Woods!

No parking, trail overgrown. Leads to creek/river. Not much of a park.

Nice secluded park with a pond and small shelter, often visited by parents of small children and bikers. Basketball court available

Not sure if it's still open becauss the gate is always closed now. It was unknown to me until I saw the front gate being repaired, otherwise it's almost invisible because of the trees surrounding the entrance.
