Great pool! Lots of slides and water sprayers etc. Diving boards too! The best part is the music! They play good music here. They have lots of lifeguards as well. And the second best part is they only charge $1 a person to swim! Cant beat that. Oh and its very clean. Recommend highly!

I wanted to edit my review from last summer. We have been 2 times so far this summer and things have been alot better. The staff is far nicer than last season. My only complaint is still the inconsistencies amongst guards and rules. Thats manageable though. Def a come up from the way it was ran last season. **My daughter has played ball at driving park for 3 seasons now and we usually love their rec center and facilities. However, the pool employees are so unnecessarily rude. I have personally not had any sort of conflict or altercations with them, but I have seen the way they treat folks. I understand their job can be tough, and people can be difficult. Rules need to be followed but their approach is so wrong. They treat you like an inmate upon arrival, the way the girl checking people in spoke to people was just disrespectful and harsh. It's almost like they want to create a problem (mostly the young female staff, esp the check in girl). I know they have to be prepared to deal with things but their conflict resolution skills are more like conflicting inducing skills. There was one nice lady who checked our bags, it seemed like she was almost embarssed of her co workers and their behavior. If they spoke to my child the way they did some others kids there, there would be some real problems. They need to understand their role, and the people they are working with. I am all about enforcing the rules, having proper swimwear, checking our bags, but all of those things can be done without being disrespectful. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to dodge. It's sad that they act like this considering we only have a few pools even opening this summer. I overheard another mom talking about the vibe/atmosphere so I told her how great Dodge was. This community really needs this pool and need it to be a good positive enviorment so I hope they can get it together. For some of these kids this is as good as it gets, don't let these people ruin that for them. I just feel like they could create some real issues with their attitudes in this area especially. It just made me and my kid feel uneasy. Kudos to the few nice folks they did have, ya'll are the real MVP. Ps. If you are looking for consistency, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE. My 6 year old can go down the slide depending on which guard is at the top. You can't do that to a child, she was so embarssed and almost in tears after being turned away the 4th time she attempted to go down. The first 3 she was allowed but she must have shrunk on that 4th trip. I was on my way up when my daughter asked me not to say anything, probably best I didn't because it would have resulted in a dispute with these folks. They treat people like sh*t and I have no tolerance for it.

Large, clean, great 4 lil kids and big groups. $1 per person for entry and u must purchase a leisure card for$1 one time for entry.

What more can you say about the Columbus Public Pool system. You sign up for a leisure card for $1 and it gets you in each city pool for .50 cents. This pool is never specifically crowded. The kids their can get rowdy but they are just having fun and it is totally cool. My son had a blast and went on the diving board a bunch. FIVE STARS!!!

The entire Columbus recreation and Parks system in regards to the pool is ridiculous. They make up different rules every time you go, one day it's free and you don't need anything, then you get there oh you have to have leisure card, oh you have to complete your registration online before you get here. Oh I'm sorry you had problems at home and you couldn't make it happen and even your screenshot showing won't be enough so now you have to wait behind everybody else just because I said so. oh just excuse after excuse after excuse. Currently there is a heat wave and there's too much to deal with at the door and 100 plus degree weather. If you can make it work for you please share some tips for others otherwise I would suggest going somewhere else. Oh and don't get me wrong it's not just driving Park it's also Dodge and maybe even Lincoln but I haven't experienced Lincoln this year that's based off of last season.

Beautiful brand new pool. Great swim instruction (free) and friendly management. Columbus rec & park swim and dive program is also a great (free) summer activity for kids.

This is a really nice pool. But it's super crowded! Way too many people!

Love the pool itself and the lifeguards are great. But the service for getting our card with accounts we already have, they are doing a terrible job. I have been sitting here for 45 minutes and they have been skipping me for other people when proccessing cards. Check in is a nightmare.

My boys really enjoy going to this pool. Life gaurds and staff are always friendly. I do suggest pre-registering so you don't have to wait in line to enter.

pool is amazing guards are chill and very fun to talk to water is very clean its free now their aren't much people at the pool ever. THE POOL IS JUST GREAT!!! I RECOMMEND

So it was my first time taking my grandkids and I had to stay with the baby my 10 year old grandson was play somewhere and his face has bruises almost like a grown man grabbed him be his face. He never came to tell me I was very upset with him . But I see his face and it was uncalled for. Smh

We went yesterday for the 1st time this summerhad a great time. The kids love the slides!!!!!!!

This place is terrible I had waited 2 HOURS in 92 degrees weather and when we had waited the session kept ending and asoon as we get in we get told we can not swim due to what we were wearing

The lifeguards don't watch the kids!! There was a kid basically trying to drowned another kid literally right under a lifeguards nose & she clearly did not care. I stepped in and stopped it after I seen the kid was choking on water. Last time I went, glass was brought and somehow broke and people were getting glass stuck in their feet. They closed the pool for 2 hours to "clean up" if someone was paying attention this could have been avoided. They also don't have enough guards to keep slides open or diving boards. Its usually either or. I've been here 3 times and was disappointed by the carelessness of the staff. Not a safe fun place for your family. 3 strikes I'm out. Guess I will be driving those extra miles for a better pool. Step your game up guys. Maybe I will see if there is a change next year. Until then ✌

Was at the pool today and a lady had a medical emergency. Lifeguards handled the incident very professionally and called for medics right away. All guards recognized that there was a problem and handled accordingly. Great job

very nice pool , Alot of people , that old lady there I think the manager needs to quit lol she been there since i was a child and I’m 40 now and she taught my momma how to swim also
