It's disheartening to see the most unattractive building in town. The trees that once stood tall and proud were heartlessly cut down, leaving behind an unobstructed view of the garish neon sign as you drive down High Street. Clintonville loses a bit of its unique charm with every new, uninspiring donut and coffee joint that opens up. It pains me to admit that the influx of these lackluster establishments makes me contemplate leaving the once-enchanting Clintonville behind.

It is good place to take a sip of coffee and have a donut before or after class. One dollar for a donut and three dollars for a sandwich comes with a M/L size of coffee. There are fewer students studying and chatting than Starbucks. BR ice cream is not no longer available. Wi-Fi is fast.

Based this review strictly on the fact that a corporate doughnut places doesn’t belong in Clintonville. Whomever owns this franchise definitely doesn’t know what the phrase “support local” means. Would MUCH rather give my dollars to Destination Doughnuts and support my community than to help line corporate pockets. Also replant the trees you cut down. Just because you were fined $$ doesn’t mean your obligation is finished.

Ordered through doordash, don't do it. Order from another location. They had half my items missing. And the food quality was not it. Extra soggy. All my donuts were missing. The 1 star is cause the drinks were decent.

Male employee was extremely rude to customers when calling out order numbers. They were clearly understaffed so many of us were more than happy to wait and were understanding. However, this employee started screaming at people when they didn't pick up their order the moment it was called out. He made it a very uncomfortable place and we all wanted to get out of there asap at that point.

Don’t come to this one, you’ll always be irritated , your coffee will always taste different their ain’t ever any managers on shift so if a problem arises you have to go out of your way to fix it .

This place is a nightmare and I say that as a customer and as a spouse of someone who worked there the manager called every morning at early hours asking my spouse to come in early waking up the entire household to the point I had to call his boss. He Privately text my spouse at 3am asking her what she was doing awake and she should be sleeping “lol” very inappropriate he was constantly crossing the line which caused issues in my marriage very unprofessional very rude to the staff has minors working alone at closing hours terrible place to work. Called several times asking for HRs number to find out they don’t even have an HR terrible management on all levels disrespectful to their employees talk to them like they are nothing can’t wait to see the results of the investigation

I'm a big fan of dunkin donuts but this location is far to be dunkin donuts. I bought a boston cream donut. Well lets say a boston donut with no cream in it and a drop of chocolate on top, tastes like yesterday's donut. Unprofessional stuff...

recently visited this location and previously in the past, in the past I didn’t get a good vibe from the old GM alli…. It is a incredible turnaround with the new GM Meade. Everyone has a great attitude and my service was exceptional! Will be returning!

My wife goes to this Dunkin RELIGIOUSLY everyday !!! She is a timid person so when they mess up her order she just tries to drink it vs asking for a new one!!! But then today she has worked towards getting a free drink and wanted to use it !!! They then decided that because she gets extra caramel she must pay the $0.20 up charge ….but why ? She orders the SAME coffee everyday paying the extra $0.20 EVERYDAY …so when she earned a FREE drink it should be the one she pays for everyday not FREE but then the caramel you pay for …. SINCE THE MANAGEMENT CHANGE THIS LOCATION HAS GONE DOWN HILL ….would recommend if you want your coffee right to go to the one in Morse RD!!!!

Clean big place great service

Avoid this place at all costs. I should elaborate, slow service, slow at making drinks. I spent an hour here waiting one time for an iced coffee. I was only like 15 drinks behind the last guy when I put in my order. Poorly managed and poor service. Trash.

As someone who has been going to this location for about a year now, the staff is generally friendly with one manager who sticks out to me. She’s super sweet and tries her hardest to make what she’s doing fun and enjoyable for both staff and customers. As an avid user of their app, I often do Mobil orders. When this location was 24 hours, I placed a Mobil order but there might shift worker called off. This manger saw I placed my order so she left the doors open for me a little longer. Though I didn’t feel any inconvenience, she offered me some extra donuts for the short notice! Very sweet lady. Update: This location is still offers great, speedy service with delicious products!

Dunkin’ is Dunkin’ but this one always disappoints me. They don’t know what an energy cold brew is so I have to build it myself which costs an extra $1. No biggie, right? Well I asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel. They charged me for the bagel with normal cream cheese + an 8oz tub.. got a bagel with normal cream cheese! Spent $13 and they always seem like they’re busy but I never see any cars :(

Excellent service manager is very kind running around taking care of guests. Food back in forth. I do not know how she does it. But she's very good at it! Management has become much better than it was four months ago and the stores become much cleaner.

They will talk to you crazy and use their power to control you. There are guns on the premises and if Namma can’t do it she has her husband bring a gun and control people on the property. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. When we walked in the energy was horrible. I had to explain to the man taking my order what a half caf coffee was. It took forever to get our coffees and 2 out of the 3 were nasty. My granddaughter had to ask for extra flavoring and cream and when she got it back she didn’t want to drink it. I was afraid I’d overwhelm them if I asked for anything done to mine. To top it off it was national donut day and our donuts were stale. Very disappointing Dunkin!!

Bagel wasn't toasted. Was just eating egg and cold cheese on a cold bagel. Same with the croissant sandwich. Does not spark joy. The half dozen donuts were not the ones we picked. Pretty poor place to order Uber Eats from. All four of us that were waiting for this order were disappointed and probably won't waste 40 bucks again on giving another chance.

This is literally the worst dunkin I've ever been to. They have absolutely abysmal customer service skills and they almost always mess up my drink. Everyone is so unfriendly and it's always a terrible experience.

Love this place

Went to the register and after 5 min on no one acknowledging me someone finally went to another employee and told them to tell us to use the kiosk. So I go to use the kiosk and it wouldn't let me put in my rewards for the points. It also didn't have the option to put coconut milk in the refresher. So went back to the register and stood there, and stood there and stood there. Finally I asked someone and they couldn't figure out why so they asked someone else who i again heard say tell them Use the kiosk. Finally a manager comes up and I explain to him whats going on and he says ill ring you at the register. He scans my rewards and adds my coconut milk. I dont know if the others were new and didn't know how to help customers but I know they way they went about it by hiding in the back and saying tell them to go to kiosk after they already saw me at the kiosk and had a problem is not how you treat customers. I ha e been to many dunkins many times. This was by far the worse service I've had except for the manager.

The folks who work there are super lovely and kind. My kids enjoy it when they get their treats there. Plus the donuts are good and there is ice cream.

Extremely rude staff. I asked for napkins because the dispenser was empty, the worker then proceeded to complain about me and how disrespectful I was. She handed me the bag of napkins to fill up the dispenser myself. The customers around me thought she was unprofessional too because I simply asked if I could get a napkin. Not only this, but my donut was stale. I’ve never once had a decent experience at this location.

I took a picture of the dining room area look how freaking big it is I could do yoga in here with 20 people and they let me hang out for a long time without saying anything.

I ordered a vanilla macchiato with extra vanilla. There was NO vanilla and the cup was only 3/4 full. Also my egg wrap was squished. I usually love Dunkin but not today.

I ordered a large signature gingerbread iced latte. What they put up to the counter was a regular peppermint moca. When I explained that isn't what I ordered they made me a new one. Sadly they must not know that a signature gingerbread comes with whip cream Carmel and cinnamon sugar on top. What I got was a coffee with whip cream on it. I left as I wasn't going to wait another 15 mins for my drink. There's no parking here either. So plan on waking.

I got some real bad food poisoning from the hashbrowns here that led to a not so great "bathroom" experience in a nearby alley. Seems like a fine place otherwise. Staff are nice & stuff.

This is my go-to campus spot for chai lattes because they're delicious from Dunkin and cheaper than the ones at Starbucks. The employees here are always friendly and I've never had to wait long for my food/drink to be ready.

My daughters and I usually love Dunkin but today our drinks were not made very well and tasted bad enough we couldn't drink them. Very disappointing 😞

Don’t ask me if I want an assortment of flavors and then give me 24 pumpkin and 1 blueberry. Unfortunately too far away to return by the time we realized. Not one glazed?!?! The universal donut!! Shame!!

I don't think they've gotten a single order of mine this month correct. I order online, and they still mess it up. Some employees are the furthest from friendly.

I walked in and was the only person there, they had no other customers or online orders. I ordered my drink (just an iced pumpkin spice latte). The lady mumbled to herself and said she doesn’t know how to make it. She then on told me she was an assistant manager… and she doesn’t know how to make an iced drink? It took her TWENTY minutes to get me my coffee, she took her sweet time. I went during my thirty minute break from work, so once she finally finished my drink, i had no time to even drink it. Slow and unprofessional..

Slow stuff they work like they own the place. They talk with each other more than they work, you're not supposed to work and talk about stuff that doesn't have nothing to do with your work, family issues, boyfriends.... Ordered an iced coffee and two donuts Super easy. Took 20 minutes 🤔

One of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. They’re incredibly slow, even when it’s not crowded. I’ve had my online orders stolen more than once. Cooked food comes out burnt, donuts come with the icing stuck to the inside of the bag. Most recently, it took them 10 minutes to make my iced coffee and one donut. The coffee was handed to me black, even though I had pressed oat milk and caramel on the kiosk. DO NOT ORDER ON THE KIOSK. Do on the go (ahead of time!!) if you’re pressed for time, or order at the counter if you can wait 10+ minutes.

Milkshakes were very, very thin with bits of ice which didn't do much to make up for it. Cashier was very friendly, but struggled to understand us even as we spoke louder, and made the wrong order.

Got a half dozen donuts and they put it in a bag and all the donuts were ruined and smeared in each other. Super unhappy by this I’ll probably travel 10 more minutes outta my way to go to the other one on campus

Hello! I was examining the accessibility of this specific Dunkin location. Getting into the building would be a little tough if you are unable to use the stairs. There is a long path through a little bit of construction work on the other side with ramps, but it is a significantly longer path. There are 3 doors, one a set of wide double doors. However, none of them have automatic opening buttons from what I could tell. One inside the space is fairly open with lots of seating options. Many of them would be somewhat low or too high for someone using a wheelchair, and most of the furniture can't really be rearranged. The ordering counter is accessible to all, and there is the option of ordering on a screen if somewhat is unable to verbally communicate or cannot see the main menu. This menu presents an opportunity for options to be added that could help different disabilities, such as adjusted lighting or read aloud features. The screens are pretty tall though, and some may not be able to reach all the options. The main menu is above the ordering counter with a pretty decent font size, which is not to say everyone could read it. The pick-up counter is a good height as well. There is a small patio outside, but the tables are not accessible to wheelchair users since the seats are attached. The restaurant was pretty quiet and would likely not be a huge sensory overload.

The food was quite good compared to a lot of Dunkin’s and other fast food places I’ve been to, and the employees were super nice and overall awesome and quick service
