    This is the rudest and slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They pride themselves on how to make their patrons wait the longest. 45 minutes for 2 coffees. People were so tired of waiting they threw out 6 drinks while I waited.

    This Starbucks has made my trip to Ohio! I was in a meeting that broke for lunch and the cleaning service came in and threw my half drank coffee in the garbage. I was upset and went to Starbucks to get another one. The staff greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was going. I let them know what happened and they instantly responded with a coffee on the house turning my upset moment into a great one. It was great to feel that there were genuine nice and caring people in this world. Especially when your coffee gets thrown halfway through a long day of meetings . The staff is friendly and has greeted me with a smile and by name ever since. The drinks and service are fantastic! They make me feel a part of their crew. I'd definitely return and reccommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area. Thank you for the great coffee and friendly service. You all rock!

    Horrible experience. Waited in line for almost 20 minutes and an additional 30 minutes just to get my drinks. She lied to me and said the QR code in the app doesn't work. They stopped serving food just because it was 0.5 hours till closing and she was too lazy to make it. The staff was yelling at the customers and complaining about how many of us there were. They were messing up a lot of our drinks and getting mad at us for saying so! I only got 1 out of 2 of my drinks and she told me I only order one! I clearly had proof of the transaction on my phone. Overall very rude! I get you're tired of working but if you can't do your job without complaining then you shouldn't be there!

    Pathetic location. Whoever is managing this location should be ashamed of themselves. Without a doubt the worst Starbucks location in Columbus. The women working in here are beyond rude, don’t seem to wanna be there, and slow. I’ve gone several times and gotten my order made wrong. Will not be returning. I hope Starbucks pulls this location from the GCCC.

    I watch 15 people, who ordered after me get their coffee before me. It's my fault when I don't bring it up sooner, the "barista" was extremely rude, and said she had called my name for 20 minutes, however I was stand at said counter during that time. I'll be walking to get my coffee. The cashier was nice, which was the only pleasant part of the experience. Walk a block, skip this stop.

    Beware of the person with the mask on sure they have gloves on. That was my Mistake I now have Covid because of the carelessness of one employee. Starbucks products will always be great!! But it’s the employees that make is the greatest!

    this is the worst starbucks i have EVER been to!!! HORRIBLE service JUST HORRIBLE. SLOWEST LINE. PLUS WHEN I TRIED TO JUST GET A DRINK THEY CANCELED THE ONLINE ORDERS THIS IS PATHETIC

    Good Starbucks location! I was helped quickly and order was made super fast! My drink was fantastic! Super thankful this location doesn’t have inflated prices like other downtown or event center locations. Thank you!

    Very nice location. Convenient for convention attendees. My drink was delicious and made to order. And the location itself is very nice. Lots of tables and some comfy chairs. Big beautiful window and a glass wall on one side. At the time that I was there, there was no wait and my drink was made promptly. There was no line and only one person waiting for a drink. The reason for the 2 stars? Staff not so friendly. Not rude, just seemed disinterested. They were having personal conversations and maybe that's why tables were dirty. One table was sticky. Other tables and chairs had food crumbs. Maybe I'm being harsh but the cleanliness. It makes you wonder about the areas you don't see.

    Ohhhhhh snap y'all! This right here is the spot!! Know what I'm saying? Need a coffee? Boom. Need a latte? Boom. Need to just get away from the world and have a mental break down in a coffee shop?? Duuuuude there's no better place! The employees are super cool and will hook you up with just about anything you could ask for. It's Starbucks y'all. What more do I gotta say??

    The customer service is ah-mazing! I LOVE Starbucks and have a gold card. I literally can't go a day without my coffee. Today, I tried the strawberry refresher and it was delicious. The environment is aesthetically pleasing and this location is always clean. When you visit, make sure to try the strawberry refresher. It's the best!

    Pathetic customer service. Asked for a glass of ice water and was told they did not have enough staff and product to give it to me. I even told them I’d pay for it and I was told not. There wasn’t even a line. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back. So lazy of them.

    Ordered 2 drinks and a cake pop. Received cake pop right away. There were approximately 25 people waiting for orders, and 2 people walked away to go on break. We waited well over an hour, and both of our drinks were incorrect. My Matcha frap was I'm not even sure what! Never seen this drink before. Hubbys Iced Caramel Mac was hot and nowhere near his order. Sizes were not correct either. My drink was thrown away it was so horrible. Granddaughter loved the cake pop.

    Every morning something is broken and not working at this location - the blender, the oven (they have two), the espresso machine and so on. I think the staff at this location simply despise their customers and just don’t want to serve them so they make up stories about failing equipment.

    Believe the reviews!! Vile, nasty and astonishingly rude staff! Closed 30 minutes early and there was so much attitude from the employees, it's a wonder that they're getting paid. First day.. super rude (loud groans, eye rolls, the whole show). The second day we left without ordering due to the sheer malevolence of the so-called baristas. Save yourself from the obnoxiousness and go down to the Market Cafe next door, inside the Hilton. It's a 2 minute walk inside the convention center. Go back out to the main hall from Starbucks, take a left. Much friendlier staff and better experience for paying customers.

    Came to a convention for the weekend. The employees were very rude each day. We walked out twice. Only went back to see if it would happen again. It did. Highly recommend if you are in the Convention Center just go down the hall and turn left and go to The Market by the escalators. Much more pleasant experience.

    The ladies at this location are absolutely amazing! I was part of the Cultivate conference and so I appreciate all the staff here did for us. They were extremely busy with the horticulture crowd but every single action was pleasant. They were very efficient and kind with every interaction. They helped make this experience an enjoyable one.

    Starbucks is starbucks. The ladies working are nice and if you come by regularly they tend to remember which is always welcome. I always enjoy sitting during break in a cushy chair and listening to the music and decompressing for a few.

    Found the most amazing Starbucks spot! 🌟 It's got this huge sitting area that's like coffee heaven - lots of space to stretch out and relax! 😌 If you don't want to be packed in like sardines, this one feels chill and serene, even during the busy times! 🎉 The natural light is fantastic, and the baristas are super friendly.     Needed some good hot coffee after walking around the Arnold Fitness Expo for hours. Friendly staff , coffee nice dark roast with good flavor. Served very hot. Place was absolutely packed and the staff did a great job getting customer orders out in a timely mamner.

    I waited 40 minutes just to place my order and then another 30 to actually receive it. The workers do not hustle, they stand around talking, AND when I got my drink, it was 95% milk and a small layer of coffee at the top. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that was so ridiculous. The one worker was complaining to her coworker that all the customers were staring at her and Starbucks needed to figure out a way to hide when they make our coffee. WHAT! Long wait, rude service, and incorrect drinks.

    The slowest group of workers I have ever seen. 40 mins for my drink. 8 people standing around talking while one person tries to figure out the cash register. People lined up the door while workers move at a snails pace. Unbelievable.

    First to be fair, The staff there is very nice. However they can’t get the coffee right. I ordered vanilla latte which is my usual. First it doesn’t taste like coffee, I asked them to remake it, which they did. And then it doesn’t taste like vanilla. I gave up and just took it. But won’t ever order again from here.

    Absolutely THE slowest and worst managed. Each day in line for 35-60 minutes! 2-3 people working. Poor staffing. If conventions going on, staff your location! How can you have one register going with over 30 people in line! Yesterday waited in line 32 minutes and then waited 35 minutes to actually get my drink (basic peppermint mocha)! Only Reason for more than one star is that most staff is friendly.

    Super friendly staff! Very clean and organized and amazing coffee! One memeber I believe her name was rubi was so generous and caring! She asked how my day was and kept a convo going and I really enjoyed that! Scale from 1-10 it’s a 10/10 for me 😊 I would highly recommend this Starbucks to everyone!!

    So slow. They need to move at a faster pace. One of the baristas wasn’t really making drinks...just chatting with a friend. I even witnessed the barista make a drink for a friend who just strolled up (cutting the line) and get a drink from the barista in exchange for tip money. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get a latte.

    Absolutely terrible. Was told our orders would take 45 minutes. My friends got theirs, and I still hadn't. I asked the manager 60 minutes in and said Hey, have y'all called my order yet? She's says she hasn't called my name so no. I'm like okay, can you see where it's at? Like, how many people in front of me? Mind you, we are here for a convention and it was okay if it was a little past 45 minutes. She says she doesn't know, and when I tried to ask something else, she just says I don't know. I'm like okay. I wait an additional 30 minutes and nothing. So they tell me if I want a refund, call corporate. I call corporate, and he tells me they can't find my transaction yet and to wait. I'm like why?! You have my money, just give it back! So I'll have to dispute with my bank. Please, go somewhere else. This location was NOT it, and I've been to several. They were telling people it would take an hour and 15 minutes, but why bother? You may wait double your time and not get your order because "I don't know".

    Horrible horrible horrible experience. We were told 45 mins wait for drinks, we said “okay fine”. We ordered, sat down, and waited. 45 mins comes and we get 2 of the 3 drinks ordered. An hour and a half later we’re still missing the last drink. Ask the manager if she can see if the drink has been made or not and all she can say is “I don’t know, if you want a refund you have to call corporate.” We asked if they could just make the drink that was paid for and get the same answer from the supposed “manager”. “I don’t know call corporate if you want a refund.” So after almost 2 hours of waiting for a drink we leave and call corporate. Guess what? They say they can’t refund so it has to be disputed with the bank. Just absolutely a ridiculous experience all around. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.

    When ordering the lady was so rude, she rolled her eyes when I asked for syrup, and just looked like she didn’t want to be there. When I got my order I asked for a venti and received a grande, when I went to ask about getting the venti i ordered the employees were so mean and they all had horrible attitudes, they also demanded I payed for a whole new drink. I waited about 30 minutes for my 1 drink when there was few people there.
