Loud/Poorly Managed/Crime The buildings are cheaply built if you value any level of peace reconsider moving here. Especially if you are a professional remote worker etc. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Don’t even bother reporting the noise if it’s excessive you are left dealing with the issue on your own in the end. So, you better learn to live with obnoxious stomping, door slamming and yelling from the other units. Not to mention the garbage dump adjacent to the property that is insanely loud and smells so disgusting in the summer you can’t enjoy the “outdoor” space. Even if the smell retreats the amenities are so overcrowded and obnoxiously loud you will never be able to use or enjoy them. The car break ins have gotten so bad there is quite literally a fresh pile or two of smashed in car window glass every morning in the parking lot. There is after hours security that they have recently “increased” due to the crime. As of today, there seems to be brand new industrial flood lights to illuminate the ENTIRE parking lot. Do yourself a favor and consider the 1000’s of other options you have.

Went to Grant Park to inquiry about apartments and was pleasantly impressed. Khory helped me tremendously showing me different units and prices. If you go to Grant Park ask for Khory.

I've lived here since Sept. 2021 and i love it. I moved here in 2020 and only lived in one other apartment, but i've visited literally over 100 properties and nothing compares. To be in the Italian Village area is the best. I don't drive more than 10 minutes to get to anywhere; short north, downtown, german village, the airport, etc. I love having marble countertops, wood floors, and stainless steel appliances; i love having FREE community events like wine night, brunch, and watch parties, and i love how this is all AFFORDABLE. Rent is amazing here, for all that you get. The best part and most importantly for me is having the maintenance supervisor Shawn in my building and on 24 hour call. He provides an extra sense of security to people like me who live alone. He is always down to help you with anything and literally always has a smile on his face. Before he even officially came, i had a minor issue with fruit flies, he contacted me directly and asked about the problem and fixed it in less than 24 hours. i'm grateful he is nearby and looking out for all of us! This community is truly a family and cares for each resident.

Honestly , this place definitely encouraged me to sign a 18month lease in which the first half of my lease was pretty good for the most part . It wasn’t until management changed (for like the 3/4th time) where I started to have problems . I was told by one person I could park in a designated area where I’ve par for the first 12 months with no problem , new staff comes in and sudden I get my car towed and the tow company nor leasing will notify if you gotten your car towed but continue charging you so be aware . Thanks to BENJI he definitely solved the situation . My biggest complaint is dealing with the lower management . Don’t bother calling half the time you can’t get through . I was offered a job opportunity and Lisa was supposed to get back with me about breaking my lease early . I went this route because I wanted to do right by the apartment complex and follow every protocol . I called her literally 3 weeks before I was offered a position and when it came down to accepting the offer , I couldn’t because I didn’t know what expenditures I would have to take care of since I was moving to Dallas, Tx. I did everything right and even gave her 3 weeks to simply just give me direction and she couldn’t do it . Don’t trust Lisa with anything because you’ll never hear back from her . Finally watch your step for dog poo as people never pick up their pets poo . Rather from the management excluding Benji , it’s another typical leasing agency that wants the commission versus actually providing good service , it’s a reason the turnover rate with their staff is horrendous . I will NOT be resigning my lease with these folks . Please consider the other apartments getting built in the same area which are accepting new tenants . And please don’t believe the hype with the 5 star reviews , they give rewards if you give them a 5 star shout out btw. Take it from the other reviews .

The price and size of the apartment are great but besides that this apartment has been a nightmare. It's extremely noisy between units; you can hear everything above and around you. I hear my neighbors flushing their toilets, doing laundry, in the shower, etc. Communication with management is typically poor and unhelpful. Definitely would not recommend.

After living here for 3 years, I have decided to move out. In the past, the old leasing managers had reached out to see my plans along with giving me a written form to end my lease if I chose to. This year, a new company took over. They did not reach out and did not provide the same form. My assumption was that my lease could end on my end date due to there only being lease renewal options. Upon reviewing documents there is nothing for me to sign. There is no alerts for me to respond to. The email that is supposed to open up to a lease renewal offer does not open up to which I thought again that everything was fine. After finally reaching out to the company myself I have been told that I now have to extend my lease, paying month to month, or pay the 2 months 'insufficient lease end date' fee. They will not allow my apartment to be leased by someone new and allow me to not pay the fee. I tried again to open the documents on my computer, phone, and the app with no luck to even try to see the options or if what they are saying is on there is correct. Many times during the conversation I tried to explain my situation and how the old company did business/lease end dates along with the complications of the email title. The response I received from the manager was 'it's not our responsibility'. I'm very disappointed, sad, and frustrated at this time along with now unsure how to pay 2 leases when I have already moved out.

I called Grant part for a virtual tour and they were the quickest to respond in the Columbus area. The service was fantastic, and the apartment I toured matches the pictures online. The rooms are more spacious than the other apartments in the area, the appliances are modernized, and there is plenty of pantry and closet space. I was just looking for a short term lease, but I can easily see myself living there long term

When I signed my lease, Thrive was the property management company. There was a transition to the new company the day before I moved in. Thrive did not communicate to the new company about my move date change. Thankfully, Benji and the new staff of the new property management group fixed Thrive’s mistakes and was able to rectify the situation. The customer service of the new team so far is top notch. I am excited to continue working for them.

Used to love this place but the new management have become very less personable as old management. If you call into the “office” you are just rerouted to a call center. The units themselves are pretty nice. One thing that I cannot stand is the fact that in their “gym” they only have ONE working treadmill out of FOUR. Two of them have been down for MONTHS with just a sign on it saying a part was ordered. I cannot remember in the last year where all the treadmills worked. Don’t mind if one is down but to have 75% of your equipment broken with absolutely zero effort to actually fix is just flat out disrespectful to your tenants.

Just moved here recently for Florida and came to view apartments in the area upon entry I was greeted with amazing hospitality and helpful information. Jazmine and Lisa were an amazing help a went above and beyond .They Made the apartment viewing and application a breeze. I will be progressing with moving in to the apartment and look forward to good journey. So Thankful to have them !!!

My girlfriend and I have been in search for an apartment all across Columbus. We have both been to multiple apartment complexes but no one beat Jacobs hospitality. He is completely relatable and really made the whole leasing process a rather enjoyable one. I have moved into other apartments in Columbus before and the unit I saw compared to the one I moved into was completely different. Not this time. Everything was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Even after we moved in Jacob and Seth have been extremely flexible and helpful. I could not recommmend grant park more!

I absolutely loved my time at Grant Park - maintenance was always very quick to respond and help out, everyone in the office was incredibly nice, and I never had any issues. It is also in such a great location (10 min walk from Short North and super convenient freeway access). I recently moved out (moved to a different state) and Cory/Jacob were able to help me out with my lease! It's a great complex and recommended it to all of my friends :)

Have lived here for almost a year now. Have had several incidents with people breaking into my car, two times now someone has hit my car in the parking lot, and I do not feel safe walking alone into my apartment after sundown. I wish management would listen to the concerns of their residents, as many of us have highly suggested cameras on the property to create a sense of safety (as well as keep an eye on criminal activity). Staff is very friendly, I enjoy having a leasing office full of people I know I can have an easy conversation with. It’s the higher up management that’s the problem. However, the apartments are beautiful, decently priced for the great location. Wanted to resign for another year, however my safety is my main priority and they’re not taking the right precautions for their residents.

I have lived in this complex for several years now and have really enjoyed it up until the past several months when a new management company took over. They want nothing to do with addressing any concerns. From things like excessive noise to untouched parking lots and walkways in the winter, to security issues, just to name a few. To start, our neighbors are always partying no matter the day. The pool is a constant frat house and I can hear the noise from it in my bedroom 3 floors up on the complete opposite side of the building. But, instead of remedying that problem and enforcing the pool rules that they put in to place, it was recommended that we just transfer to a different unit. It’s been so bad that I considered it but when it came down to it they didn’t actually have any new units to offer me until the summer was over. Parking has become inconvenient because although the spots have been numbered for some time now they have yet to actually assign them. Don’t even think about the parking lot being properly maintained when there are sheets of snow and ice. My car has been broken in to 5+ times and hot wired once. I’ve also had multiple packages stolen and they have done nothing to enforce stricter security even though this is a known and ongoing issue. The apartments are “luxury” and priced accordingly, but I feel like I’m living on a college campus. Please look elsewhere if you’re a working adult who wants a quiet and well maintained complex. I promise there are better options for the price. The location is great, but I can no longer tolerate the atmosphere and lack of concern for their residents.

These apartments are beautiful but the basic services leave a lot to be desired. As residents, we are currently experiencing a week+ of trash piling up outside of the trash compactor on the property, and there has been no mass communication from management about it. I also had a lot of dog waste end up on the grass and flower beds in front of my apartment over the recent holiday weekend, and after asking to have it picked up, it never was, so I did it myself (and I don't even own a dog). These experiences among others make me feel unwelcome, so I cannot recommend this apartment community to anyone.

I just finished doing a tour here and I cannot wait to be a resident! Natalie took me on the tour answered every single one of my questions, my moms and sister questions in detail. She made me feel super heard and important. The place is a great location, walking distance to short north but far enough away it isn't too loud. Great amenities and at a good price. Also wanting to add in here Shawn the maintenance supervisor and his team have been amazing! I think sometimes this can be a very difficult and thankless role. But wanted to acknowledge how on top of it they have been! Always updating me when parts are coming in for appliance fixes or when there's a possible water inconvenience for a few hours ect.

Everyone is very nice, but had an issue with a leak and was promised reimbursement from one office staff member who is now no longer there then told another thing from someone else then heard another thing from the manager. Benji is incredibly nice and answered all my questions in the end but it was just really frustrating to not have consistent communication across the board and only getting it when I reached out to them to ask questions. Never the other way around. And to know that their own internal communication is not where it should be. I know office staff just got shifted around and are changing with that, but it’s just annoying having dealt with this process for over a month and being very patient and told how to handle reimbursements and a process by people to end up being told they told me the wrong thing the entire time. I completely understand that may not be their policy which is fine but not having that consistent communication and knowing of those policies from the beginning is just frustrating.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 4 years now. When needing maintenance assistance, Sean was extremely kind and helpful! He answered any questions I had and ensured that my inquiries were genuinely acknowledged. I really appreciate the kind staff!

I relocated from out of state and had the pleasure of working with Benji, a manager for the company. This was the best tour that I’ve taken while here in Columbus! I love the apartment layouts and how close this place is to everything, including my job. I’m looking forward to living here.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Shawn the maintenance manager here at Grant Park. A few things in my apartment needed fixed and he addressed the issues as soon as I brought them up. Him and his team had them immediately fixed or replaced - they are rockstars and always so kind and attentive whenever something comes up.

My fiancé and I had an amazing tour at grant park today with Jasmine. We were able to tour the property, take a look at the community amenities and see the fabulous unit with all upgraded finishes. Def not disappointed! Thank you so much Jasmine!

I just moved in this week. I feels like this is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs. Last Friday, I was accidentally been locked out, and it was 5:55 pm already. I ran to the leasing office, luckily, my life saver is still there. I am so grateful for that!

Stopped by the leasing office yesterday and was able to schedule a last minute tour with Bria today. The staff are very accommodating and walked me through the available units and different finishes so I could submit an application on the spot. I look forward to becoming a resident in the near future.

Grant Park Apartments is a great place to live. The community is very friendly and the staff always have events going on each month. The location is also very convenient as it’s seemingly very close to everything!

I just recently moved in and this is the best experience I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. The first thing I noticed walking in was how nice it smelled and how clean and ready my apartment was! The property and amenities are beyond amazing and the office staff is very nice and helpful. Maintenance is always super quick when needed and they are all very friendly.

Lovely community, wonderful amenities and just a skip away from the short north. Erin was an amazing help during our apartment search. She went above and beyond to make sure our search was successful/ the apartments fit our needs. She even stayed one day late to give us a tour on a day that was convenient for us. If you are looking into this apartment community, I highly recommend her as a guide.

Extremely efficient, quick responses, maintenance comes within the day of requesting. Great location, 5 minute walk to OSU campus, 10 minute walk to short north. Awesome amenities: gym & pool. Valet trash service was a plus. Really enjoyed my 2-years living there.

The leasing manager, Cory, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions. He has made my moving process a very smooth and easy experience. He was very communicative and friendly during every encounter. I highly encourage and refer this complex to everyone and have actually had many friends move in here as well.

Grant Park Apartments has to be the best apartment i’ve experienced thus far. When i first got in touch with them, Sydney Peeples (community manager) was so kind and personable on the phone with me. Following my phone calls to when i came in for a tour, i was kindly greeted by Jacob and Cory. These gentlemen were both amazing and had an in depth response to every question i had to ask and made me feel comfortable and prepared to move in here. 100% recommend this place amazing staff and beautiful apartments with so many amenities that are hard to find in central Columbus. Most well rounded and fairly priced apartments from someone who has be searching tirelessly for the right place, thank you guys so much!

I've lived at Grant Park for a little over a year now and can confidently say that it is the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. The apartment itself is a great value for its price: spacious, plenty of cabinet space, new amenities (fridge, dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer in unit). The location is conveniently in walking distance to both Kroger and OSU, and the management has always been kind and easy to work with. I've rarely needed maintenance and when I have it's always been quick and efficient. Lastly, my personal favorite part of the complex itself is the pool, which was a blessing during the hot summer. My only complain about the pool is that it closes at 10pm (I would love to go for a midnight swim if I could).

I moved to Grant Park recently. Recently Grant Park was acquired by a new management company and of course it is always anxiety producing when new management takes over. This new management has SURPASSED ALL expectations!! They have gone above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible. The staff is understanding, respectful and willing to work with you to make sure your needs are met! Grant Park also promotes a fun and safe living environment. They host various community events in the community room and parties at the pool! I am also very happy with the new security team that has been hired. I often come home in the very early hours of the morning and knowing that there is armed security patrolling the property puts me at ease when I get home! Mrs.Sasha does a great job taking care of the grounds and always says hello, and accommodating! I 10/10 recommend Grant Park and they are the most economical Luxury apartment in Columbus!

Super helpful and friendly staff at the leasing office. They made all efforts to find me the best place to live. The complex and the neighborhood is beautiful. Can’t wait to move in there!!

Grant Park has been an amazing place to live. The ample amount of parking, the glass sliding shower doors, and the large kitchen sinks. The gym is open 24 hours, and so is the club room which is great to get out of the house!

I’ve lived at Grant Park for almost 6 months now and have had nothing short of a great experience. The units are so nice and spacious and maintenance is quick and dependable! The office staff is always nice and has always been more than willing to help me with everything I’ve needed. Especially Sydney, she’s a gem!

Mostly enjoyed our time here! New, nice, spacious and reasonably priced apartments in a quiet neighborhood. One thing to note is that it smells bad sometimes due to a Rumpke facility nearby. The previous management, Thrive Companies, was wonderful, and I was genuinely sad when they left in June. The Thrive team was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They also held a lot of fun events!

I was overly impressed by the staff's willingness to help and answer all of my questions throughout the process. One of the members of the team led me in multiple virtual tours given that I live out of town. In addition, she patiently answered my numerous questions. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to live in Columbus to chat with the staff at Grant Park as they are very welcoming.

Many people have written similar things but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. When I moved in my apartment was dirty and the key I was given was not even for my apartment. The only reason I could get in was because they left the door unlocked. The apartment smelled when I moved in and 1 month in I still can't get rid of the smell. When trying to work through this everyone I spoke with completely unprofessional and not helpful. Fast forward to trying to move in they are impossible to get in touch with or to get anything done. You pay insanely high fees for the amenities but the pool is always crowded, not enough space for everyone and the gym is old. I have lived in many apartments and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. 0/10 recommend moving here, don't waste your time and money.

My friend and visited Grant Park Apartments this very particular afternoon on a tour led by a very nice person who knew all the ins and outs of prices, unit sizes, and move-in dates and -specials. In just the short amount of time we were there we discovered the place's atmosphere's homelikeness. We enjoyed the place so much that, gosh darn, we're applying for a unit tonight!

I’ve lived at Grant Park for about a year now. There were some issues with the old management based on all new construction and appliance supply chain issues, however since Grant Park was acquired by a new management company everything has been easy. Rarely have I needed any maintenance assistance but they were always quick to help with anything. The most helpful thing for me was recently the help I received from the office team. Sasha helped me figure out my best options with my lease here…. I am moving into a house but needed to see options on extensions based on me not knowing the exact closing date. Sasha was extremely helpful and got me the options I was looking for very quickly. Enjoyed my time here and recommend working with Sasha and the team in the office
