Pulling into the parking lot we were a little bewildered at first as to where we were but out of the corner of my eye a garage door swung up and there was a friendly face waving at me. I ordered the holiday nitro and had some pleasant conversation with the owner. My drink was perfect! Not too sweet, just enough peppermint that it was not overwhelming and perfectly caffeinated. Five stars for customer service and a delicious drink!

Love these guys and their coffee! First got to know them when they were a lil booth at the Grove City Farmer's Market and were trying to get their name out there in the cbus area. AJ & Daniel are both super friendly, fun, and passionate about their coffee and their business. My usual go-tos are the Early Bird & the City Roast, but recently tried the Cannon Powder and I'm in love with how great it smells and tastes! Their coffees are at such a great price point as well. So glad to see that they've now found a permanent spot in Columbus and brewing up the best small-batch coffee in town. They are definitely a wonderful addition to the the Southside/German Village/Merion Village/Brewery District community, especially with their latest cool & fast local coffee delivery via bicycle + a rear rack/cart. Coffee is amazing and for a couple of Muskingum grads they've done great service-wise as well. Love it.

Best coffee in Columbus no doubt. Great nitro selections if that's your thing. I think their pourovers and drop coffees are really unique and hard to find and incredibly well done!

The coffee is fire, but also the people that work here are the nicest you've ever met in your life. As an example, I dropped by today to get 2 bags of coffee (running on a few hours of sleep with a newborn) and accidently left the coffee behind. Without question Daniel dropped them off at my house. I'm in total shock! Thank you Daniel and AJ!

finding this place and the coffee during my sister's wedding weekend was a highlight of the weekend! the coffee is amazing but also Daniel greeted us and had great conversation with us! and remembered us when we came back the next day! I can't wait to go back and see their new place when they move into it! If I lived locally I would be getting coffee there all the time! And now I will be when I'm in town highly recommend getting your coffee here.

Even if their coffee wasn’t amazing this place would still get 5 stars. Daniel and the team are amazing and we are lucky to have them in Columbus. Also the best espresso in town, I love it for making all sorts of drinks at home.

GREAT coffee served by the friendliest guys! This place has an incredible number of options and I’ve never been disappointed by them. It helps that the guys that run the shop will walk you through what’s available like you’re the only one there. 10/10 would recommend checking them out (and yes you should follow the sign that says coffee into what looks like a warehouse parking lot)!

These guys are the best! I'd been reading about AJ & Daniel, and I when I visited their shop, they didn't disappoint. Their genuine & sincere interest in building a meaningful rapport with customers comes naturally. The first time I visited we spent 20 minutes sharing our stories, what our favorite coffee profiles are and how Jennings Java came to be. They let me sample an array of coffee, current and new blends/methods. Ultimately I landed on Life In Columbus. It's such a well balanced roast, a staple in my pantry that after I moved to Austin, TX I make it a point to stop by and pick up several bags when I'm back in CBus. If you haven't checked them out, I highly recommend doing so. It will be the bright spot in your day.

Jennings Java has great coffee, fresh beans and plenty of variety. Most of all, great company. I know it is easy to have your coffee delivered or shipped but I highly recommend stopping at their shop to pick up your coffee. They are very nice and personable, and the conversation will add to the whole coffee experience. I was very impressed and they easily got my business from now on. This is a very cool little local up and coming coffee roaster. The two co-founders were both there and were super nice and super informative. They love what they do and it shows. It's just a garage but it's cool as heck how they are doin it! They gave us a free cold brew to drink and we bought an amazing raspberry matcha drink they created with another local place called Potion Matcha Bar and also got some whole bean cannon powder coffee that smells amazing!!! They take Venmo which is super convenient. We will definitely be by again. It's not far from our house, the products are awesome, and we would love to help support them!

Hands down the best coffee in this city full of roasters. Coffee is heavily nuanced, and everyone has their own technique, but with Daniel Jennings at the helm, it's crazy how much you can taste the passion he has for coffee in every cup they serve you, can of Chai Tea Latte they hand you, or every bag of freshly roasted coffee they send your way. Everyone working is always friendly and talkative, (don't let the coffee viking scare you, he's super nice and loves discussing all things coffee), and we will always be back for more! Update: Still awesome and still slinging the best coffee in CBUS, be sure to try them. Also excited for the upcoming café!

I am obsessed with this place so far. Incredible customer service for home delivery. They had my coffee at my doorstep within 24 hours both times I have ordered. The beans are roasted perfectly and have made some very tasty pour overs! I very much look forward to continuing to order from them! Support a local business and buy from these guys! Your money will go to a much better place than buying at the grocery, and for a much better price/flavor as well! I hope to be able to stop into the shop in person sometime soon. Thank you!

Wow <3 This coffee is seriously delicious! It was delivered to my home in less than 24 hours of ordering (Ordered on Thursday night, delivered Friday afternoon) I live locally, so shipping was free. Customer service was great. The bag had the roast date stamped on it, and it had been roasted just 2 days prior! This was my first time ordering but I will definitely be a returning customer. We love this coffee, it is so tasty! We buy whole bean usually but all of their canned drinks are delicious too - especially the chai! Customer service is wonderful. We ordered our coffee for delivery and they were very prompt and left a nice note on our receipt. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Great local coffee.

The coffee and the people (Daniel) were great! Stopped by for some cold brew which was amazing, and will definitely be back once the espresso bar opens and to buy some beans in the future.

This place has become my favorite roaster in the city. The folks who work here are always lovely, and happy to give recommendations, so it's a joy to stop in and stock up on beans and delicious cold brew.
