    Not very hot for a hotline. A confusing set of menus. Tries to push you to the Internet, then to an automated system. Suggests getting a callback within 24 hours - as if you can sit by a landline waiting for 24 hours. Twice I was placed on hold and after six minutes got a hang up. On the third call, no hang up - just a very long hold until I finally hung up. Let's get real. There is no such thing as an exceptionally heavy calling period: there is only a typical understaffed call center.

    Less than useless. Wish I could give zero stars. Sounded bored or like I just got her out of bed. If I want to change providers she can do that, but she can't provide any info about them. I have to go find it for myself, "somewhere else". It was like pulling teeth just to get a phone number from her for a possible number that "might" be able to tell me whom to call. Absolutely clueless. This is our government, and we trust what they're telling us. LOL. Not me.

    On hold half hour, scheduled a callback which was never received. On hold again for another half hour and I’m pretty sure the hotline is closed but they’re just allowing me to sit on hold as if someone will eventually answer, but they won’t. Because they’re closed. What a joke. People need assistance and their HEALTH is on the line but this organization can’t be bothered to answer the phone or follow up with you. It’s shameful.

    Think everyone has a Computer. Not very friendly. Put you on hold forever with ridiculous music and claim all lines are busy. A very poorly run outfit. Asked for a supervisor and got voice mail . Left a message and got no return call. A very disappointing organization.

    Called 3 times to talk to a live agent and every time I was on hold well over 90 minutes with no answer. I’m new to the state and this is the worst of all time! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

    Im currently on hold....its been 2 hours 6 minutes and 56 seconds .....what the heck? They shut my daughters insurance off months ago and I cant reach anyone to get it back on. I have even went in person to job and family services and they swore she had insurance. Medicaid says its off but i cant get anyone to help. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

    They yell at you for having the wrong info about your case, even though they give you a different answer every time you call. Wait 3 hours and get a wrong answer every time. Great fun!

    Ohio Medicaid needs an overhaul, totally reworked. Transfered 5 times the first day, 4 times the second day and finally on the 3rd day I talked to someone who I thought they knew what they were doing, nope. Anthem needs proof of my Medicaid benefits and all they have to do is fax it over but no we can't do that. So now I don't have insurance so thanks people.

    I just received the worst possible callback ever. The female on the phone sounded half asleep and probably working from home. Terrible experience but what do you expect from something like this I guess. Wish I would have been given the option to report her but she disconnected the line immediately.

    I called in nervous about an insurance issue and I love people so I sidetracked talking to a lady from Haiti as we have a common ground in the fact that I’m married to an immigrant and we know the same struggle. She gave me amazing info on where to go next with my insurance issues and our chat made my nerves better even if i did side track. I needed to have that chat today and it reaffirmed to me that there are good people in this world and we are changing for the better. We are fixing our world we live in with kindness and kindness is everything. Thank you sweet lady. Stay strong, stay safe, and stay well. ❤️

    I try to have patience with bureaucracy, but this is ridiculous. I've waited for hours so that I can ask a yes or no question that should have been answered (clearly) on the webpage. The office is closed and I've spoken to no one.

    Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!! I can’t get to a person just the machine. I’ve been trying to report changes and they keep saying to go to the portal. I been trying that for 2 hours and it is not working.

    The Medicaid representative was so sweet and helpful and not only assured me of the issues i was facing but also helped me be get ahead of the time set up for future enrolment when the season is open.

    1 out 5 stars, as 0 was not an option. The automated system tells me to go online after verifying my daughter is enrolled. Online tells me that my daughter is not enrolled and to call a representative. Then you go through several automated options that take you back to the very beginning. this entire system is an absolute joke!

    Horrible wait times. Says 40 minutes. Have been 1hour 20 minutes and nothing still. Another example of our tax dollars going to poor government management for the public. After over 2 hours, someone finally picked up the phone just to transfer us elsewhere another long wait time. Absolutely redicilious.

    The workers here are horrible. Like why get a job like this and have the nastiest, most rude attitude ever. All i needed help with was renewing my Medicaid and these women on the phone don’t even listen to your concerns. They sound completely uninterested in the person they’re talking to like I’m their friend on the phone or something. This is insane
