Have always had the best experiences with the Diamond Cellar. From working with a designer to create a ring from my Grandma’s diamonds to buying a simple chain for a sentimental pendant. I worked with Ryan to purchase the chain. He was so helpful and the attention to detail amazed me. He recommended changing out the clasp to a larger one as I had issues with the original. I would have never realized you could do that. He was also so patient when I got distracted and wanted to try on different bracelets and rings. I will be a customer for life!

I had a diamond missing from my ring for 3 years and finally decided that i wanted to get a new setting for the diamonds that were left, but nothing I saw was anything close to what I wanted. Ryan & Igor helped me customize the design I wanted into a new wedding setting while being able to use the diamonds from my original wedding ring. I loved the CAD design but when i got it in person, it was better than I ever imagined! I will definitely be going back for future jewelry. I was in Columbus last week for a convention, and wanted to take advantage of proximity to see Daniel at Diamond Cellar. We bought our wedding rings from him in Oklahoma almost a decade ago, and through the years he has helped me with two very special custom pieces. I had a short break and went to his store to visit. Daniel has a knack of knowing my style and preferences, and he knows I have an interest in watches, particularly those with classic lines. With so many quality timepieces in limited availability and on an order- only status, he was excited to show me a gorgeous Patek Philippe Twenty-4 which was available. The green and grey faces are nice, but I love blue (hence the sapphires and turquoise in my custom pieces) and this one had a blue face. I wore it around the store while we looked at a few other things, but we both knew that watch needed to come home with me....and it did! Cultivating relationships is important to both of us, and I like being treated like family. I've said it before: Daniel values the relationship above a singular sale, and this is why he will always be my go to jeweler.

I went to the Diamond Cellar to have the diamond in my antique Victorian snake ring secured and cleaned. I also had a little silver cross necklace fixed at the same time. I didn't purchase either piece of jewelry from the Diamond cellar and the silver necklace is definitely not a jewelry masterpiece, but it means a great deal to me. Emalee is the sales associate who helped me and she treated both pieces as if they were of the same supreme quality as all the inventory at the Diamond Cellar. She took her time, asked questions, cleaned and checked all the rings I wear on a daily basis at no charge. She went above and beyond to make sure all stones were secured as well as showed me how to map all the diamonds in all my rings. The entire process was effortless and enjoyable. My fiancée and I have had an incredible experience at Diamond Cellar throughout our engagement. Ron was incredibly helpful when designing the perfect engagement ring. We gave him the idea of what we were looking to buy and he designed the engagement ring with us on the spot. When it came time to buy our wedding bands, Gabe sat down with us and helped us design a wedding band that would match my fiancée’s engagement ring. The whole process was quick, easy, and incredibly individualized. We cannot recommend Diamond Cellar enough.

Emalee helped us resize my engagement ring and design the most beautiful wedding band to compliment it by creating two mock ups and listening to our vision. The Diamond Cellar designers did a magnificent job rendering the CAD file and made the band to the exact size specifications needed. They also soldered the two bands together at no charge and very short notice before we left for our honeymoon. From start to finish the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to design any piece of jewelry!

My father purchased my mother's wedding ring at the Diamond Celler back in 1977 and I wanted to keep the tradition alive. I worked with Gabe Simms to find my fiance's engagement ring and her wedding band. Her engagement ring was made in house and the quality is outstanding. I worked with Ben to design my wedding band and I was blown away. He drew my version in minutes and the process to have it made was smooth and easy. It looks amazing. Thank you Gabe and Ben!

Our experience at the Diamond Cellar has truly been amazing. We were greeted by a top tier professional, Gabe Simms. Gabe could sense that we had an idea of what we wanted, but he knew his years of experience was the missing piece needed for us to find my forever ring. Diamond Cellar is a wonderful experience. From my first purchase and every one after I have been made to feel like family. Their quality and selection is unparalleled but, it is the human touch that truly makes the difference. The extra time and thought they put into their watch and jewelry events for enthusiasts like me truly shows passion and commitment and I couldn’t think of a better Jeweler to work with in the world. They turn, what could be for some, a potentially intimidating buying experience, into a relationship and friendship that engages and educated clients like me and they are there every step of the way.

We worked with a salesperson & a designer, Gabe & Dan, to draw and create a custom engagement ring & band. We started with hand drawn mock-ups, then progressed to multi-angle photo-realistic CAD drawings. It all came out great, with custom ring & head for the engagement ring and custom side engraving for the band. No pressure, spent a lot of time with us (4-5 hours, including some time to look at mens bands which I haven’t picked out yet), lots of good advice on design & metal choice. Nice environment with drinks & snacks too. Reasonable prices. All aspects of the experience were much more enjoyable than at the chain jewelers & other local jewelers we went to.
