    This location is absolutely disgusting. Dirty equipment, restrooms and floors. I wouldn’t dare use the hydro beds here. The employees are extremely rude. I have the black card and happened to stop here after work one night and was so disgusted with the atmosphere I had to leave after 20 minutes. Upon walking in, the two workers glare at you and don’t say a word. I brought my husband in as my black card guest and when I scanned his key card in before mine I was instructed to do it twice even though it’s tied to my account. I had no problem doing this, but it was the way she asked.

    I've been going here for probably 5 years, as it is cheap, clean, has good machines, and used to be open 24 hours. It has for the past few months become too busy and too often a machine you want to use has someone already sitting on it while looking at their phone. I used to go there 3 times per week, but now it's maybe once and only to do cardio. I'll keep my membership for now, but if it still remains too busy and the hours are still truncated (closes at 10PM weekdays, 7 PM weekends), I'll probably go somewhere else.

    First time going to this location, wanted to use the massage bed but don’t know where it is. The girl was super helpful and that’s the reason I did not give one star. However , she had to take an urgent customer phone call so I was standing there waiting for her to show me the massage bed. Then, the guy next to her came to me and asked why I was standing there.The way he asked was definitely not trying to help but more like questioning. I told him I was waiting for the massage bed and then he used an extremely rude tone asking me “why you just stand there if you need the massage bed? Why don’t you just go use the bed ?” The girl got off the phone at that moment and then he complained to the girl that he doesn’t understand what I’m waiting on, like I annoyed him so much by just standing there. The girl immediately told him because I don’t know where the bed is and she then apologized to me. Maybe he had a bad day that day but I’m definitely not going back to this location ever again. Not a pleasant experience for sure .

    Good price and is nice that it's always open. The fans seem like they're always on too high and I still think it's dumb they don't have any scales, but I just bought one with the money I saved from the cheap membership. Update: Their membership policy is horrible. Moved away from my home club and had to mail in some form to request to end membership?! They make ending your membership so difficult just to exploit people. Never going back.

    I generally rate this gym 3 or 4 stars but after a few negative experiences with manager Kevin I have to lower my opinion. Without bringing up previous incidents, today I decided to push back because enough is enough. Kevin chewed me out about my shoes telling me that after today he is going to tell everyone about me and that I need to find another pair of shoes. He explained to me that they have a policy and slip on shoes aren't okay. I attempt to shoes him that my shoes are in fact shoes. They are secure around my foot, have a running sole, and are considered all-purpose shoes according to the manufacturer. But Kevin only repeated himself. I asked Kevin for his supervisors contact information and name. To my surprise, Kevin didn't know this information. I promised him that I would find these things out for him. I get home and look up the policy and guess what? It mentioned "opened toed shoe's and "sandals." The shoes I wore this day I have used for hiking, biking, lifting, pretty much about everything as the manufacturer states; all purpose. I am so sick of people like this picking on others. There's no reason to be a mean to others Mr. Kevin.

    I had been a member here for 3.5 years. Brian the trainer was very rude and cold shouldered initially when I wanted to have a chat. The location is crowded and going down hill in friendliness and cleanliness. I let the manager know of the issue.

    Probably the most unprofessional people you'll ever meet at a front desk of a gym, if you like people who are unclear and talk down to you, you can go to this gym. Thanks for living up to the planet fitness standard

    I have dealt with many planet fitness employees and the interactions have always been great. However that wasn’t the case with Kevin Stuller at this location. He was very rude and poorly trained. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location!!

    This location has a young manager named Ashton who does not know how to handle himself. We switched my son’s account from a high school account to a Classic account. I had to come to the store when we did this and sign a waiver. Now after 2 months of my son working out they say that I do not have a waiver on file and they told my son he couldn’t work out. When i called Ashton he did not know what happened to the signed copy that i already signed so they said he could workout without me coming back to the facility. He is too young to be a manager and has no sense of customer service.

    Think of it like the mob easy to get in but you have to pay to get out. Hidden annual fee of 86$... Good selling point though only 20$ a month! Id give 5 out 5 stars on their con game

    The same people don't clean off their machines and staff says nothing to them. There are a lot of people that sit on machines for 5-10 minutes in between their sets hogging the machine when there's other people waiting to use them & And the worst is the people having cellphone conversations in the gym.

    You're looking for a quick workout with a low monthly membership this is the place. You can do about everything here. It is pretty crowded now since more people have signed up for the new year. You do have to wear your mask in and out but you can have it off the rest of the time, which just doesn't make sense. We are also in Delaware county, the most vaccinated in Ohio and with the fewest cases.

    Steph at the front desk is amazing. She is so friendly and attentive to everyone who walks through the doors. Always working hard and ensuring the facility is sparkling clean. Thank you for making this PF location the best!

    Might be a good gym but I’ll never find out, the guy behind the counter was extremely rude when asked a few simple questions. Hire better people or re-train your staff.

    What I like about the plant fitness is that there are some locations open 24 hours, and they do have several locations within the city. And definitely the massage chairs and the fitness equipments are always clean.

    Went in to sign up. I need the massage center for my back but you now have to pay $25/month to get that package. Didn't have all the info they needed so I will have to go back another day.

    Large and clean location. However very rude staff. Have had multiple staff members be passive aggressive with not nicest tone of voices on separate occasions. Thankfully this isn’t my home gym so I don’t have to deal with that behavior daily! Much better options in the Columbus area that are a short drive away.

    Larger than other PFs. Doesn’t feel cramped how others can. Plenty of equipment. Just like all PFs, no barbells and don’t get too excited.

    My only (minor) complaint is that they're not back to being open 24/7. It's not a huge deal, but there are occasions in which I'd like to get a workout in after their current hours.

    Please move closing hours two hours up. We are 3 years since the pandemic started. This is supposed to be a 24/7 gym. And I signed up for the blackbcard membership for the 24/7 experience. At least increase by two hours or heck one hour. The hours are not accommodating some of the members. Closing at 9pm on weekends would be great. Please lol.

    This particular Planet Fitness is very nice because it is not overly packed like some of them can be. Most of the time, there is enough space everyone to do what they want and the machines are available without a person trying to wait or think of alternative exercises because machines or weights occupied. Staff are nice and place is always clean.

    Some nice equipment here, policy throws me off quite a bit. Said you have to wear a mask while walking around gym. A lot of governors are even taking away mask policy due to no benefits. Hopefully they will here too. Lastly staff here said they are not responsible for what channels the tv's are on. If the owner or manager or whoever does it Fox News has been on a tv in planet fitness every time I go to one. This is the only club out of 100 or 200 I haven't seen that channel. World events are important to a lot of people and it would be much appreciated to watch that channel. I just got out of the shower, I cannot grasp this is one day of filth. Looks like a problem

    They billed me TWICE IN ONE MONTH FOR 10.75. I have proof on my phone of them doing that and I moved further away so I wanted to cancel and can’t do it over the phone. I don’t have time to go all the way out there and cancel. Billing me twice is not okay at all.

    I love how responsible they are, They have updated the opening and closing hours on the map for thanksgiving. In my old gym, they were not updating the hours and made everyone drive there, and then the doors would be closed. The gym is always clean and neat and most likely the staff is super friendly, nice and have the necessary knowledge about their job so they can answer peoples’ question.

    Planet fitness is inexpensive and gets the job done for your basic fitness needs. My only issue is the hours. Dillmont is closest location to me and I don’t advise joining there without the black card. They reduced hours with the pandemic and never opened the extended hours like before. Currently they close at 7pm on weekends and 10pm on weekdays. It’s busy weekday evenings even close to closing. They only have 4 smith machines for bench press/squats. It’s hard to get one. Other location near me are open till midnight or 24 hours on the weekdays. This allow more availability to go on off peak times, but I personally feel like if I’m going to drive to a different location I might a well spend the extra money on a gym that has extra amenities.

    Had the best customer service exiperence with an employee named Nathan i believe. Gave me all the info i needed and more to fix a membership issue i had. Professional, courteous, and very respectful. Was considering cancelling my membership but Nathan put all my concerns to rest.

    After having an issue with billing for nearly 3 years after closing my account. A manager who told me he would “look into it” & I never heard from him so I called, Only to have another employee laugh and refuse the name of a higher manager. Absolutely NO customer service or resolve offered….. Support your smaller local gym this gym does not care!!!! Total racket.
