My
husband
and
I
joined
this
gym
because
they
have
the
option
of
a
kids
club
where
we
can
leave
our
kids
while
we
work
out
and
not
have
to
find
other
childcare.
They
watch
kids
from
12
weeks
to
12
years
which
was
perfect
for
us.
We
got
our
membership
a
couple
weeks
before
our
youngest
was
12
weeks
so
I
wasn't
able
to
go
for
the
first
few
weeks.
Once
we
were
able
to
go
I
really
enjoyed
the
facilities
but
had
some
reservations
about
the
kids
club
as
the
method
of
checking
our
kid
in
was
for
the
staff
to
just
write
our
name
and
number
in
a
notebook.
(I
feel
they
should
have
a
system
linked
to
the
membership
since
they
took
pictures
of
our
kids,
why
not
use
a
system
that
uses
those
pictures
and
links
to
parents
accounts).
The
issue
happened
about
a
week
later,
my
husband
received
a
voicemail
from
the
kids
club
stating
that
our
son
was
crying
and
if
he
didnt
calm
down
soon
wed
have
to
come
get
him.
Here's
the
thing,
we
weren't
at
the
gym
that
day...and
we
dont
have
a
son.
I
called
and
informed
the
front
desk
that
we'd
gotten
this
call
and
asked
that
they
inform
her
so
she
could
contact
the
right
parents.
I
was
told
he
would
let
her
know.
An
hour
later
she
called
again
and
I
answered.
She
said
who
she
was
and
that
she
was
calling
from
the
kids
club
at
the
gym.
I
informed
her
that
we
were
not
at
the
gym
that
day.
She
then
stated
"you
have
to
be
here
when
I
have
your
son
you
can't
just
leave".
I
then
informed
her
that
we
didn't
have
a
son
and
she
was
calling
the
wrong
parents.
She
then
stated
"that's
weird"
and
hung
up.
My
husband
and
I
then
went
to
the
gym
to
cancel
the
kids
part
of
our
membership
(as
at
this
point
we
were
going
to
try
and
rotate
our
schedules
so
one
of
us
could
go
to
the
gym
while
one
of
us
watched
the
kids).
We
spoke
to
someone
who
cancelled
this
for
us
and
informed
us
that
the
manager
(Charles)
would
be
calling
us
later
that
day
to
discuss
this
further.
He
never
called
and
I
feel
that
this
is
very
concerning
when
they
are
supposed
to
be
caring
for
members
kids.
Due
to
this
I
do
not
feel
comfortable
with
this
gym.
I
would
give
more
stars
as
the
facilities
themselves
were
okay
(a
bit
dirty
and
lots
of
equipment
out
of
order)
but
i
did
love
the
classes
offered.
I
just
can't
trust
an
organization
that
is
going
to
have
so
little
care
for
the
well-being
of
my
children
(and
others)
