😠 Came in for a carryout order of queso and chips, sat at the bar and waited, no biggy, thats as to be expected, and the bartender was super sweet, but I did notice an awful lot of flies hanging out. I got my order, left and walked back home, and whatever they are calling queso is not queso and looks... People often mention order, queso, chips, vegan, good, time,

Came in for a carryout order of queso and chips, sat at the bar and waited, no biggy, thats as to be expected, and the bartender was super sweet, but I did notice an awful lot of flies hanging out. I got my order, left and walked back home, and whatever they are calling queso is not queso and looks nothing at ALL like the photos on their website. There are humongous chucks of what I can only hope is jalapeno? And other congealed lumps And the cheese itself is not the correct blend of cheese, and weird texture. The chips, also nothing what they appear on their website. These definitely look like store bought chips that were stale. Mind you, I arrived at 4:15, and they open at 4, so you would expect the chips to be fresh if they made them in house. Maybe I will give this place another shot with a different menu item one of these days, but I am definitely disappointed.

The best new campus area grub! We got some queso, cinnamon wheels, and a couple OG Crunches with Beef. Sooooo good! The quality of the ingredients totally came through and the quantity was plenty to fill us up (and then some). Absolutely give it a try!

Don't let the outside of this place fool you. It's a bit of a ghost kitchen that operates put of a music venue. If you dine in, you are in venue and likely sitting at a bar, which doesn't bother me at all but it may others. Great for mixed groups with full regular and vegan options. House made vegan queso is amazing!

Ordered via door dash today and right after placing my order the owner got a huge $400 order. Guess who didn't get any food today... the owner decided not every customer is equal today and was planning to force me to wait to get my order until after she took care of the larger one. I was on the phone with the dasher when he asked her to cancel my order so I could order elsewhere.. I was not her problem and 'he needed to stop talking to her.' I've never heard a store owner talk to a customer like that. It was my first time ordering and last.. just like that. Ill tell this story everyti.e some tries to bring this place up for the rest of my life. Not all customers/ orders are equal at Crunchwerks.

I’ve only ever gotten takeout so I can’t fairly rate the atmosphere, although when I’ve picked it up myself-it’s in the Summit Music Hall so not much of a restaurant feel. The food is great, but they occasionally don’t get my order correctly and will run out of Steak for a period of time. On their website they indicate if they’re out of steak but not on DoorDash so you only find out upon receiving the meal. Otherwise, my favorite crunchwrap place, one of my favorite quesos!! I also have a seafood allergy and haven’t had any cross contamination with their seafood products!

Really disappointed with our experience here. We’ve been wanting to try it forever, based on the awesome reviews from the vegan community. We drove 45 minutes to get there (one way). Start our order and realize the option to get vegan chips and queso regular isn’t listed, and there’s no option to make the totchos vegan. Go inside and ask and he says they have it, but he doesn’t know how to help us. He guesses maybe they’re running low and they aren’t offering it because they don’t want to run out. How does that make sense? We verified he has it and he says “yes, but I can’t give it to you because my boss must want us to save it since maybe we’re running low. “ I’ve never heard a restaurant say anything like this before - so what happens to their stock they have now? What’re they saving it for? Ended up leaving and given our drive with 4 kids, won’t make it back since they can’t serve food that is physically in front of them and want to save it for the garbage can apparently.

CrunchWerks is a true bang for your buck kind of meal. The crunch wraps are high quality and fairly priced, with side cinnamon treats and a small queso that add great touch. Their queso/loaded queso is a must try! CrunchWerks operates out of Cafe Bourbon and Summit Music Hall, giving it a great location worth checking on a night out.

This place is set within The Summit Music Hall with little exterior signage, so it was confusing to find. Food was clearly denoted what could be vegan and staff was extremely helpful. The kitchen for take out pick-up is next door. Food was delightful in taste and texture. While there, we went to add order another item and the online ordering went down, presumably because the music hall opened and had an influx of people and the manager in charge decided to limit online orders while dealing with the rush, but it was frustrating to not be able to order.

Legit obsessed with this place. Had my food delivered, and it tasted freaking amazing. Ordered enough to have leftovers the next day, and the food was still brilliant. They even added a little dessert I didn't order for free! Will absolutely be eating here regularly. Already recommended to everyone who will hear me.

Came in for Uber eats because it said on the app to call and the food will be brought out to my car, I call and the operator says come inside a random restaurant to pick it up. I go into the wrong restaurant and it’s freezing outside , all along it should have been brought out to me in my car. Waste of my time.

I've personally ordered in person at Summit and for delivery. The food is ALWAYS on point. The crew is top notch. No negative remarks at all. 10 of 10 will 100% be buying again.

I’ve eaten here a few times now, usually while going to karaoke. The queso is almost always good. I’d say my biggest complaint is inconsistency. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes too salty or just not what’s expected. I’ll qualify this by saying I’m generally a chips and dips/sides orderer and don’t get the wraps that often so take this with a grain of salt, literally.

The crunch wrap and tots were really good! Love that they have vegan options.

Ordered uber eats. Crunch wraps are amazing, if you're in the mood. Guacamole was super bland, and the house made salsa was not very fresh. Half decent loaded queso. I'll have to go in person next time.

Imagine one single menu item at Taco Bell taken to it's logical conclusion in a high quality, huge variety, custom-made "Crunchwrap" concept. That's Crunchwerks. High quality, delicious, and affordable. The opposite of fast food, this is great food fast.

I got the bowl with $5 shrimp. I got 6 shrimps. It is a huge bowl with 6 shrimps. Not worth the money tbh. But still pretty tasty now that I'm eating everything else without my protein 🙄

Just had the Crubchwerks experience at Legend Valley (Secret Dreams festival). Had to take time out of my night to leave this review. They're food is really good! Had a Walking Taco w/chicken. It was absolute 🔥.

The owner was kind enough to contact me regarding a missing delivery, on a Friday night recently. The missing delivery was not even a fault of Crunchwerks and they still made it right! That kind of customer service is extremely rare. Thank you! Recommended: Crunch dip trio. Cinnamon sugar duros. Maybe get two orders of these, to be safe.

The site and the front of the building says it’s open at noon. Kitchen doesn’t open till 3. Need to do a better job conveying what their service times. Drove all the way over to not be able to eat
