    Good location. Not too busy inside. Seems like it had less seating space. Drinks was good, well made. Tables and benches can use a good wipe down.

    Sad, rarely treat myself & family...did mobile app choose pick up drive thru. Said name at window but go no response & I asked am I good a response was yes, pulled up, woman asked if my drink was a blonde something & I said no, and showed my phone with the mobile order, with drive thru option selected. She turned around and got my sandwich & croissant than said mobile Kathleen order....Not sure what is up with Starbucks here...but handed me a bag with cheese goo on it as well as chocolate on the croissant...and handed me drinks with not plugs for the tops....this is extremely disappointing... Will never come back to this one. The woman seemed flustered working and perhaps not a good fit to be the face of interaction with customers. We all have our bad days but her bad day made me a bit bitter....avoid this location

    If you have somewhere to be, this Starbucks is not the one for you. I arrived in line at 12:05 p.m and didn’t leave the line until 12:34. When I got to the window, nobody said anything to me. I had to wait 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. It’s ridiculous.

    As a former Starbucks employee I can say this is the worst run Starbucks I have ever encountered. Compared to every other Starbucks in the area. They’re always out of everything. The people that work there all seem to be good friends but their customer service is terrible. the music is often way too loud and they never can get the HVAC right. I had my drink, forgotten and for a drive-through they are definitely the slowest in the area by a large margin.

    I ordered coffee and was waiting inside. They did not call my name so I was just seating there waiting for my coffee to come out forever. They need to be more aware of who is waiting ans whatnot. If they called my name, I think this would have been avoided. This is the second time this happened. I am disappointed with this location. The coffee does not taste good as well.

    It's a Starbucks. The wait time is gonna be long but you've already convinced yourself that it's worth it for the overpriced coffee. The more words in your favorite drink correlates to the amount of sugar, cost and enjoyment. Vicious Cycle Moment.

    This store sucks. Always crazy busy and they don’t know how to manage orders correctly in the order in which they’re received. I got out of the long drive thru line and ordered online instead…. Went inside to pick it up and When I tell you they cleared the entdrive thru line I. 20 mins…. And STILL didn’t make my order I was super upset…. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:08 for pickup and I didn’t get it til AFTER 10:20. I should’ve just stayed in the drive thru line… I would’ve had mine made way earlier. Customer service is trash too. Nobody acknowledges you at the counter unless you go to the front to order. Even then you have to wait forever on somebody to come

    Drinks are consistent. App is perfect for ordering. Music was a bit loud, but the batista explained that the music program was offline, so they were using a laptop and were unable to adjust the volume.

    Walked in there at 6:58 and there's people inside someone that just came out who had gotten a drink there's people in the Drive-Thru I walk in and the lady tells me we're just getting ready to lock our door so basically she turned me away even though they're taking care of people in the Drive-Thru and had people at the counter!!! Completely unacceptable!!

    This Starbucks does online pickups terribly, it’s always backed up and visibly stresses the workers out. My drink order online took 20 minutes to be made, deceiving what it told me on the app. So if you go to this location no matter how long the drive thru is always just pick that option.

    I made an online order for just coffee that was $3 and the next day my purchase updated to $8? I made a dispute with my bank but beware of baristas giving themselves tips.

    Drive thru took forever which is unusual for most Starbucks locations I’ve been to. Then by the time I got my coffee it was cold and I was almost late for work so requesting a hot coffee was not an option since they were not the most efficient coffee house in the area.

    Not sure what is going on with this location. For the last TWO weeks I've tried to order a Carmel Apple Spice with shot of Chai. They are out of apple juice...Seriously? There is a Target right behind them and a Meijer across the parking lot. I will start visiting the one on Taylor Square Rd. which is further and out of my way but I can get what I ordered any time I stop there.

    Every time I go through the drive thru (which isn't that often anymore) I order a grande latte no vanilla kids temp. I'm told "okay no vanilla, I changed it". When I receive my order it always has vanilla in it

    My daughter loves their acai strawberry drink. It's basically super sweet flavored lemonade to me. We go through the drive thru at least once a week. I have to say that every single employee that we have encountered, at 8 in the morning, has been super pleasant and friendly! Whereas I am not a fan of Starbucks I am a fan of great customer service and it's not easy to find. Thank your wonderful employees for being so pleasant!

    I was waiting a while in the drive thru line today- and the woman is front of me seemed to be taking a long time- and being rude to the employees. When it was my turn, the employee that helped me was very apologetic and thanked me for my patience. I really appreciated her kindness especially right after dealing with a difficult customer. Then she told me my drink was on them. Great service. Thank you!

    After waiting at least 5 minutes to order in the drive through a rude employee gets on and keeps saying What?? Huh what did you say? after clearly stating my order. Then after ordering, sat in line behind 3 other cars for 15min and that was enough for me. Just left the line. I understand staffing issues, but that is out of the realm of what I deem acceptable for a drive thru. Will never go back to this one.

    When you order something here, I think they see it as more of a "suggestion." Paid for an extra shot of espresso in my Frappuccino and it was definitely left out - it barely tasted of coffee and the color was very light. I had to add my own shot of espresso when I got home. They're more than happy to charge you for everything you order, though. This is why I've given up and use my own espresso machine at home on the rare occasion I decide to have coffee.
