EXCELLENT tour! The chocolate-making process is fascinating and Jésus was such a great guide who was so friendly, genuinely very enthusiastic about chocolate-making, super knowledgeable,, and spoke wonderful English. 100/10 - would recommend to anyone!

This is a tour I would highly recommend to anyone who is in madly love for chocolates. They take you on a tour where u get to see how chocolates are made from bean to bar. The tour guide jesus was extremely friendly and knowledgeable n keeps u engaged thruouth the tour.Conversant with English language which was a blessing. Their plantation tour is totally awesome. It's necessary to make a reservation, but that's really uncomplicated. The tour takes around 2 hours. The tour shows about all of the chocolate production - from the plant to the chocolate bar. Our tour-guide - Chucho - was very nice and explained us every step in an easy way, so we can understand how the machines works and why some steps are needed for production.

We had an amazing time on our tour mostly thanks to Jesus. He was our guide and explained everything in detail! Really a recomendable experience from Tabasco!

Had a great tour in English with Jesus. The hacienda looks amazing and they still have a couple of old houses on the property to show the old way of life. Also the chocolate you get to taste at the end of the tour is amazing and really has some special flavours.

Great way to know everything about Cacao. The owners are really involved in how the plants are grown, to the fruit and the ingredients and process that goes into making high quality chocolate. Great Experience

Excellent explanation from Ms Chely, best tour guide ever!. Enjoyed walking through the cacao farm. Enough parking space, restaurant and store. If you have mosquitoes bite allergies be prepared.

Absolutely love this place. The tour is well worth it. They have a botanic garden with various plants and an area where with the old house and belongings of the hacienda workers. You visit the owners’s old house, it’s like a museum. Then you get the chance to create your own handmade chocolate. The best thing is that everyone who works there is super kind and attentive- it was a wonderful experience, loved it!

Great experience!!! We had Alexa as our guide, she was great, super knowleadgeable, happy to show us around and answered ALL our questions. The Hacienda is a little piece of paradise. If you want to learn about this incredible fruit you must definetly visit Hacienda Jesus Maria.
